Jason's POV

I watched her enjoy her burger but I couldn't help but chuckle at how she struggled to fight off the wind as she kept trying to keep her hair away from her mouth.

"What?" she laughed.

"shut up and come here." I chuckled and she rolled her eyes before obediently following.

As I held her hair, I couldn't help but admired it. She had a waistlength hair and it was brown. It reminded me of a chocolate fountain-... Okay wait a minute I'm overexagarating this.

I helped her pin it up so that she could finish.

She thanked me and proceeded to enjoy her burger.

The air was fresh but it wasn't empty... Silence wasn't deafening. Not now when the only thing I was paying attention to was how she hummed the melody of a familiar song.

We may not always appear to be on good terms but there was too much that I admired about Bella and hell would I knee myself in the balls if she found out about that.

It's what she does that has me so intrigued.

I picked up the guitar that she didn't have any idea about.

She looked at me, surprised but it was such a pretty sight that I fought with myself to stop and admire.

Admire...

That was the word of the day. My thoughts rotated around that very word every time I looked at her.

She smiled and it was one of those pretty goofy ones that I had to laugh and she made a little victory dance by pumping her fist into the air.

I liked how childish she is. I can't believe I'm saying this but it's undeniably cute.

I'd spend some of my evenings watching her from my bedroom window in awe at how she cooperated very well with Jane and Theo.

Annnnd now I sound like a fxcking stalker.

Remind me to mind my business next time.

"Now try singing that melody you were humming a while ago Marino."

She gasped and her cheeks flushed when I said that and she bit on her bottom lip out of nervousness.

I'd lie if I say that wasn't attractive because it was.

I strummed gently as I tapped my feet feeling the rhythm of the music and began.

I was about to hit the chorus knowing very well that she was staring at me. As I did she harmonized and before we knew it  we had a couple of strangers stopping and they began to watch in adoration.

"More than words
Is all I ever needed you to show
Then you wouldn't have to say
That you love me
Cause I'd already know"

What would you do
If my heart was torn into two
More than words to show how you feel
That your love for me is real
What would you say
If I took those words away
Then you couldn't make things new
Just by saying I love you
