yesterday i was out all day, it was my brother's birthday, so thats why this is going up now at 4:30 am EST
i was actually going to do a whole chapter on saying happy birthday to people because of how many birthdays there were
but joey
it was joey's birthday too
and he came out.
first reaction was kinda scream
then my mom called me down for cake i when she did i didnt eat it
instead i told the news to everyone and i was just crying and having nervous giggles
i was having nervous giggles bc of what my friends would say theyd be like "I TOLD YOU SO I TOLD YOU SO HAHA AHHAHAHAHAH"
my friends were as taken aback as i was
but i was crying more
not out of sadness tho, out of being overwhelmed
bc i d k okay i was just wow
hes so great i love him so much
this is why i love him
he's literally the best person ever he didnt even have to "come out" to get the point across
okay but i gotta say, before i knew anything about this, about a month ago when his book was announced i kinda was thinking "but what if joey actually came out" bc i feel like he'd get so much hate
BECAUSE HE ALREADY DOES GET SO MUCH HATE LIKE WHEN CONNOR CAME OUT IT WAS LIKE "JOEYYYYYYYYYY WHEN YOU COMIN OUT" and i was crying over that too
but whatever IM SO PROUD OF MY LITTLE BABYJOEY
