hey everyone. im not going to speak for the rest of the day after this bc of homework and other shit I have to do, but it would be nice if you listen to this.
today is September 11. 13 years ago on September 11, 2001 there was a terrorist attack. Two planes destroyed the world trade center in NYC that day and killed many people.
if you live in Washington D.C. or any where around that area you know that there was a plane that attacked the Pentagon.
if you live in Pennsylvania you would probably know that a plane crashed in one of the fields that day.
if you live in NYC, you would know that 9/11 is the day the world trade center was attacked.
if you live in America, you would know many lives have been lost 13 years ago on 9/11
I was a baby when this happened. thankfully I never lost anyone who worked in those buildings. my parents used to work there though but quit their jobs. my parents had some of their best friends die in the twin towers. I know people who lost their parents or relatives that died.
since I was a baby when it happened I never got to see the twin towers. my mom told me that from where we lived you can see the twin towers. now where I live you can only see part of the Manhattan skyline and the freedom tower, which was built in place of the twin towers. the freedom tower only fills the gap in a bit. just a smidge.
even if you aren't affected by it in any way, can you just think about it? if you're religious, say a prayer for the people who lost loved ones? please? just acknowledge it?
