A/n: title is a work in progress. This is a SU story and most will be set before the show as a flashback, maybe a few years after the rebellion and corruption of all gems on earth. Steven will be gender bent to be Nora instead.
3rd POV:
Nora and Connie are seen in Beach City's library searching through old, dust covered books cleaning them and then returning them to their homes.
"How long have we been in here?!", Nora complained before being hushed by the librarian.
"Umm, ten minutes.", Connie replied as she checked her watch.
"What?! Only ten minutes? We'll be here for eternity.", she exclaimed thrusting her arms outwards causing her to hit her hand on one of the hanging portraits causing it to fall.
Before the painting hit the ground Nora and Connie reacted quickly and caught the delicate work and rested it onto the floor before looking back up to where the painting once was.
What was hidden by the large painting had surprised the duo, it was a tapestry which had three unique designs on them:

Amazed by this find Connie took a photo of the tapestry, "This almost looks like those gem murals that you showed me.", she recalled as she turned to Nora.
