This takes place at the beginning of season 2. After Meredith found out about Derek wife and is trying to move on from him. But something comes up might change her life forever.
I'm currently getting my pants fitted. The pants for my suit that I had gotten a couple days are a little too long at the bottom of my pants so now I'm getting them fitted.
"Maybe it should go a little above the ankle," Addison says as she's sitting on the couch behind me.
"What? No, why would I want pants that go above the ankle. I want them a bit lower than the ankle," I say. the lady nods and walks away.
"Why the fuck would you say that to her? 'above the ankle' why did you even come?" I mock her.
"Above the ankle would look hot in above the ankle pants," she says.
"Yes, because I care so much about what you think I would look hot in," I roll my eyes as I sit down next to her.
"Well I am your wife-"
"Soon to be ex-wife, and once I'm done with you I can finally actually live a good normal life," I say.
"So the second the divorce is final you're going to move to Seattle and marry that slutty intern of yours?"
"Yes, I am, and then you and mark can live happily ever after," I say.
"How many times do I have to tell you I don't want mark?!" She gets mad.
"Until it sounds real, and I don't care if you do you already know I want Meredith instead of you," I say.
"Why do you have to say things like that?" She yells as she tears up and looks away.
"Because you already knew," I laugh.
"Doesn't mean it doesn't hurt!"
"Oh, well I wasn't too happy when I walked in on you and mark that night but I didn't say anything, I just left you two to it, I don't know why you're so upset about me and Meredith... Mark wants you that's why he came back to New York with us... just.. go be with him and leave my life with Meredith alone," I say.
"YOU DON'T EVEN HAVE A LIFE WITH MEREDITH, YOU'RE HERE AND SHE'S IN SEATTLE," she yells.
"And that's why I'm going to Seattle," I roll my eyes.
"what about the wedding?"
"I'll see Meredith at the wedding while you're... anywhere else," I say.
"Why do you hate me so much?" she asks looking at me again as tears stream down her hair.
"Oh dear God," I roll my eyes and stand up again.
"Addison, you're insane, you cheated on me, you had an affair with Mark while I was in Seattle having an affair with Meredith, you fell in love with Mark and I fell in love with Meredith, you know that... you're not in love with me you're in love with the idea of me, the life I gave you, you're used to it... you like my family and the way we sound together, a neurosurgeon and a fetal surgeon married... then to have children who will become even better surgeons. you and Nancy will always be close, you've got that, don't ask for more," I say.

once I've got my pants fitted I payed the woman who worked there before leaving. I 'forgot' Addison there while she was in the bathroom.
we don't live far from the place so she'll be fine, I'm sure she'll just call Mark to pick her up.

Meredith
Cristina and I are currently at the hospital. I'm giving her an ultrasound to make sure nothing bad happened or nothing went wrong from the 'abortion' she got.
"Well this is why you've gained weight Cristina," I say as I turn the screen towards her.
"You're pregnant," I tell her.
"WHAT!" she yells.
"Calm down. the abortion failed, you're still pregnant and that's why you've put on a little weight," I say.
"So you agree? you think I've put on weight?!" she says.
"shut up. I can't give you an abortion because you're too far into the pregnancy to get rid of it, you'll have to go through with the pregnancy," I say.
"OF FUCK!" she yells.
"calm down," I say.
"I can't have a kid Meredith," she says.
"Then give it up once the pregnancy is over," I say.
"But now I have to tell Burke and then he'll know that I'm pregnant and then he's going to want me to keep it," she says.
"I don't know what to tell you, you should have just let me to the abortion or gone out of state for it," I say.
"you should have been more responsible then to find a guy off of craigslist," I say.
