Yellowstone with Hyuka

Kai zipped through the air even faster than normal. He hadn't been back to the gysers since he went with Taehyun because he honestly forgot they existed. The hot salty water was euphoric for the dragon and with the new baby around, he really wanted the break.

When they landed, the dragon picked his riders up with his mouth so they would get off faster. Taehyun grabbed his boyfriend's hand and told him to run. They ran towards the visitor's center then watched a giant black ball splash into the gyser. Kai began rolling around in it. His scales looked extra shiny as the saltwater ran over his body.

Hyuka got a call from Beomgyu. He put him on speaker and the couple shouted "WE'RE ENGAGED!"

Taehyun and Hyuka yelled "CONGRATULATIONS!" back. The more time the couple spent together, they more in sync they seemed to be. Sometimes they planned it because it was funny.

They talked to the engaged couple until Hyuka saw his dad calling. He hung up on him the first time until his dad called immedietly after. "I have to hang up. My dad is mad at me for some reason. We will see you guys tonight! Congrats again!"

Hyuka put his dad on speaker. "Hi dad!"

"DO YOU MIND TELLING ME WHY YOU BOUGHT AN ENGAGEMENT RING?!"

"Dad! It-"

"YOU ARE ONLY 15 YEARS OLD! I UNDERSTAND YOU'RE IN LOVE BUT YOU ARE NOT GETTING MARRIED ANY TIME SOON ON MY WATCH!"

"DAD! IT WASN'T FOR ME!"

"So you're buying rings for other people?!"

Hyuka mouthed "I'm sorry" to his boyfriend. "Dad do you remember Beomgyu and Soobin? It's for them! They've been together since forever and I wanted them to have the rings they deserved!"

"They couldn't pay for their own rings?"

"I told them to save their money for their wedding!"

"KAI!"

"What?"

"You're not buying anyone any more rings!"

Hyuka joked "even if it's 5 years into the future and I want to marry Taehyun?"

"KAI KAMAL HUENING!"

"Dad! I was kidding!" Hyuka walked away to talk to his father some more.

Taehyun blushed at the idea of marrying him. He watched his dragon play in various pools of sulfur as his mind imagined a full future with Hyuka.

Kai scooped up a mouthful of water, raised his head directly towards the sky, then spit out the stream. He happily roared as it splashed back onto his face. He stopped for a moment to sniff around.

Taehyun realized there was probably prey in the area. Then he saw the black bear with her baby high in the hill. Kai's purple eyes were locked onto the two. Before he flew off, Taehyun yelled "NOT THE BABY!" He really hoped his dragon heard that as Kai faded into the distance.

Hyuka came back. He took Taehyun's hand and began to walk around the paths with him. "My dad was really mad but he finally calmed down when I reminded him of my acomplishments."

"Your dad seems scary. Do you think he will like me?"

Hyuka picked him up and twirled him around. "He will love you cutie! So will my mom!"

When Taehyun was put down, he quickly kissed Hyuka. "So... you've thought about marrying me before?"

"I'm not against the idea. We're a bit young to seriously think about it though."

"I love you so much. I wish you didn't have to leave tomorrow."

"I love you too. Come on!" Hyuka grabbed his hand and began to run. "There's so much to see here! Keep up baby!"
