Ch.309 Halloween

The Swan-Jones house was decorated for Halloween. The jack-o-lanterns that Killian and the children made were set up on the front steps. Snow White has been coming over to assist Emma while she was in recovery from surgery at home. Killian has been taking care of his wife when he was at home, not when he was working and taking the girls to school. Henry has been playing with Ian and helping Hope with her homework while their Mom was resting.

Killian took photos of his daughters in their costumes before school. Leia was wearing Super Kitties ,Ginny costume as Hope was wearing a Tinkerbell costume; she has been loving the Tinkerbell movies. Ian was Simba from The Lion King onesie outfit over his clothes.

Emma was in recovery in her bed with Ian keeping her company. He sensed something was wrong with his Mama.

Henry enters the room. "Mom, Dad took the girls to school."

"Henwy!"

"Hi, baby bro!" He tickles his baby brother, making him laugh.

"Pway!"

"You can get the toys we can play with!" He sets his brother down who went to his bedroom. He knows his Mom is hurting and hugs her. "Do you need anything?"

"Not now. I am just in pain. I was just walking around up here with Ian." He sits on the bed and hugs his Mom. "I love your hugs, kid. What are your plans for Halloween tonight?"

"Ava and I are going to a Halloween party with her friends. Her friends are slowly becoming mine....we were both outsiders during the curse, it is hard to make friends in town."

"You will have fun tonight, kid, and be careful."

"I will be careful. Gramps is letting me borrow one of his swords for my Halloween costume for the party..."

"Which sword?"

"The one that you used to kill Maleficent to wake me up with."

Emma was in awe and hugs her son remembering how she saved her son and woke up everyone in town after killing a dragon. "Do not hurt people with the sword."

"I won't!" Ian returns with a board game, Shoots and Ladders. "Ian, where did you get that?"

"T-V!"

"Oh, the living room."

"Mama,pway!"

"Mom, Ian wants you to play with us Shoots and Ladders."

"I will play. Ian, you can be on my team." She hugs her youngest son. They played the game, Emma helped little Ian how to follow the rules of the game.

Henry picked up his sisters at their schools after watching their Halloween parades. While their Dad wa at work at the station and their Mom was home resting. He was wearing his knight costume. The siblings return home. Hope puts her backpack away.

Leia went to play with Ian. She finds her Mommy in the living room. "Mommy!"

"Hi, sweetie." She hugs her daughter. "How was preschool?"

"It was fun. We got candy!"

"You did!" She hugs her daughter. "We are going to get more candy soon!"

Hope returns. "Mommy!"

"Hi, sweetheart!" She hugs her daughter.

"Second grade is hard."

"I can help you with your homework tomorrow, before we go to town for Granny's."

"Mommy and Hope time?"

"Yes." She hugs her daughter. "We need our girl time!"

"We do!"
