We decided to go to sleep. I quickly jump into the shower. I grab some underwear and walk to the bathroom. I turn on the shower and undress. Then I step into the steamy shower.

I put my new pajamas back on and blow-dry my hair, which I then put into a loose bun. I walk back into the room. Meri is already in bed. I also crawl into bed and lie half on top of him. He puts an arm around me. "Good night" I mumble. "Sleep well Sage" he says and presses a kiss to my hair. I close my eyes and fall asleep.

The next morning I wake up to that damn alarm clock. Does anyone happen to have a hammer that I can smash that thing with? Meri wakes up with her eyesight. "Hammer please" he sighs. I chuckle. He looks at me questioningly. "That's just what I thought," I laugh. "Telepathy" he grins. He sits up and presses a kiss to my cheek. "Good morning babe" he says. "Hey, I'm not your babe" I chuckle and push him away from me. He shakes his head laughing and stands up. I also walk to the wardrobe. "You wear this," Meri grins and pushes a set of clothes into my hands. It's black pants, a blue sweater and a baseball jacket from Meri. Which, by the way, is much bigger. I chuckle and walk to the bathroom. I get changed and comb my hair. Meri knocks on the door. "Can I come in?" he asks. "Yes," I say. I let my hair hang loosely over my shoulders. I brush my teeth. Meri puts in his gel and also brushes his teeth.

"Hi mom" I say as soon as we get downstairs. "Hi ma'am" I hear Meri say from behind me. Mom is very chaotic. She puts on her coat and presses a kiss to my temple and pats Meri's shoulder once. "I'm going to work, so you can order pizza or something. There is money on the counter!" she shouts as soon as she walks out the front door. I chuckle. "Yeahh pizza" Meri grins. I grin and grab 2 sandwiches. Meri spreads 3 and quickly stuffs them down. "We have to go to school." I hear him say with his mouth full. I chuckle and look at the clock. Oopsie 10 past 8. It's about 15 minutes by car from here. We can still make it. I grab my bread and bag and quickly sit in Meri's car. Meri gets in on the driver's side and races away.

We arrive at school just in time. We are now at mentor hour. I sit next to Arya and Meri next to his popular friends. "Okay guys and girls, I have a nice announcement. We're going on an exchange!" says the mentor enthusiastically. "Where to?" is immediately shouted. "Italy. We are going by bus, so we have to drive a bit to get there," says the mentor. I nod happily. Italy is really my favorite country. Arya looks at me enthusiastically and Meri glances at me briefly, grinning. Their favorite country is also Italy, so that works out well. I love that country. There's lasagna, pizza, mountains, waterfalls and so on, because if I were to tell you everything I wouldn't have finished. But I'll spare you that trouble. "Your parents must sign this note. It has to be handed in to me on Thursday," the mentor continues. I nod. He hands me the note. I just need to know if I'm not the only one in this. If people say that the note is for my parents, will I still read it as if it were meant for me?

It says it costs $150 total. You have to fill in some information about yourself and your parents have to sign everything. I look at the piece of paper with a smile. I'm already excited.
