Pov Sage

Meri got me a red cup. I drink it in one go. It burns in my throat. I blink a few times. Axel looks at me in surprise. "What?" I laugh. "I didn't expect you to be able to drink like that," he explains, laughing. I chuckle. I look at Meri who is already busy hitting on the girl behind the bar. I shake my head laughing. Axel looks from me to Meri. "Do you have anything?" he asks. I shake my head. "No, we've been friends for a long time," I say. "Bye guys, you're having fun," Meri grins and looks at the girl behind the bar. I chuckle and nod. "Yes, it will be fine," Axel laughs and throws back the last bit of his drink in one go. I sit on a bar stool. Axel follows my example. "So tell me something about yourself," says Axel and runs one hand through his hair.

I place my hands on Axel's chest, laughing. My head feels light. Axel puts his hands on my lower back. I swing along to the beat of the music. "Wait my phone is ringing." He says laughing. "Do you hear that?" I ask laughing. "My leg suddenly vibrates," he laughs. I chuckle and nod. He lets go of me and walks away. I'm very hot so I'm going outside for a while. Meri is bumbling in the hallway. That guy can barely stand on his own two feet.

"SAGE" sings oh well he tries to sing. I sigh. I have to get that drunken monkey home safely with my drunken face. Although I think he has had a lot more than me. "Hey," I chuckle. My head still feels light. He drops his cup on the floor. "Oops" he mumbles and laughs awkwardly. "That chick was really great. Pfff" he says and shakes his head laughing. I chuckle. Meri pulls me towards her. "But you're much better," he grins and presses a kiss to my temple. "Meri?!" I laugh and push him away from me. He tumbles a bit to the side. Maybe we should go home. "I'm going to tell Axel that we're going," I say. "But I still want to do something fun," Meri whines. "Here, have a drink," he says and tries to drag me to the bar. Because hey, he can barely walk. He comes back with a redcup. "Here," he says and hands the red cup to me. I drink it in one go. "Hey Sage there you are" I hear Axel shout. I turn around. "We're going home," I say. He nods and points vaguely with his index finger. He walks to the bar and grabs a beer mat and a pen. "Please," he says and walks away. He gave the beermat to me. I don't have time to look at what's on it because Meri almost falls over. I quickly put the beermat in my pocket. He's really had too much. I support him and walk outside.

"If you wouldn't fall over, that would be a lot easier," I laugh and try to keep him upright. There is a bench along the canal. I walk there. Meri plops down on the bench. Phew, that makes a big difference. I sit next to him on the bench. "Sage" he sighs. "What?" I mumble. "I'm tired," he whines. "Yes, then go to sleep," I sigh. "Okay" he mumbles. I look around. Not much later I feel Meri's head on my legs. He has his eyes closed. "Not seriously idiot" I chuckle and push him away from me. "Oh yes, that's possible too," he mumbles. A girl walks by. She shakes her head laughing and walks towards me. "Here's some water for him. Maybe it will help. she chuckles. "Thank you," I smile. My saving angel walks away again. "Drink Meri because I want to sleep too." I sigh. "Okay because it's you," he sighs. I take the bottle and take a few sips, pouring almost half of it over his shirt. Good job Meri. Good job. Applause for you.
