Underneath It All

Sakura glanced at herself in the mirror and expressed, "I really hope my boobs stay the same size." She really believed they had grown a bit, even though she was only two months along in her pregnancy. Sakura thought she might be starting to show, but it was still too early to be sure. Ino and Hinata had promised to accompany her shopping tomorrow because her current clothes wouldn't fit her in the coming months.

While Sakura was lost in her thoughts, Sasuke approached from behind and wrapped his arms around her waist. He casually commented, "You know, I actually like how your boobs look." He admitted that he wasn't typically focused on breasts and thought himself of an ass kind of guy. Not only was he attracted to Sakura physically, but he also couldn't imagine being intimate with anyone else. It made sense why he never opened himself to the idea to be physical with anyone other than Sakura.

Sakura shrugged and replied, "I know you're not really concerned about all this, but it would be nice to have bigger boobs. I've always felt self-conscious about them, being just a C-cup." She was quite certain that she had grown to a D-cup now. Although her breasts weren't as large as Ino and Hinata's, they were big enough to eliminate the appearance of a completely flat chest. Sakura had always had a fuller bottom set compared to her friends, Ino and Hinata though. Her body had more of a pear shape rather than an hourglass figure. But with her new breasts, she was starting to fit into the hourglass shape, at least until her stomach started to grow.

Sasuke smirked mischievously and remarked, "I think you're perfect just the way you are. Besides, I think your ass is getting bigger too." He held her closer. Sakura rolled her eyes, aware that Sasuke had always been more of a fan of her rear end. Initially, she had felt lucky about this preference. She was relieved to know that he didn't fixate on the size of her breasts.

Playfully, Sakura muttered, "You pervert," under her breath. Then she turned around, wrapping her arms around his neck, and changed the topic. "Anyway, how was work? What did your father have to say?" Sakura was particularly concerned about Fugaku's reaction to his decision of letting go Sasori. After all, he had been the one who initially formed a partnership with Sasori's family.

Sasuke looked down at her, pulling her closer, and explained, "Surprisingly, he took it well. He said he trusts my judgment, and even if he didn't, he's not the one in charge anymore." Sakura breathed a sigh of relief, glad to hear that Fugaku was supportive of their choice. She couldn't help but feel a sense of uncertainty, not knowing how his reaction would unfold due to his previous involvement with Sasori's family.

Sakura was curious and a bit anxious as she asked, "Has your father mentioned anything about the pregnancy?" While he seemed supportive when they last met, she couldn't help but wonder if he was just putting on a show in front of everyone. Out of everyone, she expected Fugaku to be more concerned. However, she understood his perspective. After all, they hadn't even been dating for a year and now they were expecting a baby. It was quite a whirlwind, considering Sasuke was also the last person she would have expected to have a child among their friends.

Sasuke responded, recalling his recent conversation with his father, "Actually, he told me that I shouldn't avoid them. He wants me to come home and talk about the pregnancy. It's strange to see him acting this way. Maybe it's just sinking in that he's soon going to be a grandpa." He acknowledged that he had been avoiding the topic and going home to discuss it. His mother seemed excited, and Itachi, his brother, would always be supportive no matter what. However, Sasuke was hesitant because he didn't want any tension to arise between him and his father. After all, he had worked so hard over the years to gain Fugaku's attention. The countless hours of studying, the sacrifices he made for his social life, and the efforts he put in to ensure they didn't worry about him were all motivated by his desire to please Fugaku.
