The dining room was filled to the brim by the time we made it there. Packed with both our club and all the other chapters arriving for the service tomorrow.

I was suprised that Dom wanted to go out for the day, half expecting him to be needed here at the clubhouse with all the extra people around. I guess everyone was giving him a bit of space; this week was going to be full on, and as President I can't imagine it slowing down much anytime soon.

Last night had been a bit of a reality check last night, and after the initial shock had worn off, I was determined to be the best old lady I possibly could.

The second Tilly laid eyes on Dom, she flew across the room and into his arms.
"Unky Dom! Did you know daddy had so many brothers? Look at them all" she said, pointing her little finger around the room at all the bikers.

Dom chuckled. "I know princess, good luck ever trying to have a boyfriend."

"Eww, boys are yucky" she squealed, scrunching up her nose, and I couldn't help but laugh.

"Yes they are" I agreed with her, earning a scowl from Dom and giggles from Tilly.

"Well, if boys are so yucky maybe you don't want to come shopping with me? I'll just have to buy all the toys for myself."

She stared at Dom with her arms crossed over her chest, trying to stare him down, and the little lady won too.

Dom was the first to break the stare down, chuckling and ruffling her hair. "Come on Squirt, let's go see if your mom and dad mind you coming with us for the day."

After getting permission, and watching helplessly as Dianna struggled to move her car seat from their vehicle to our SUV, we were off.

Tilly talked non-stop the entire half hour drive to the city, and as we pulled into the same shopping mall Dom and I had once visited together, she squealed with excitement.

"Holy mole Unky Dom, I never seen such a big toy shop in all my life."

Dom chuckled. "Let's go then little lady."

It felt so natural, walking through the man together, with Tilly in between us holding a hand each. People looked and stared, whispering amongst themselves and I knew it was Dom's giant presence that garnered all the attention, but I didn't care.

He may have been a big, bad scary biker to them, but to me he was anything but. And he was mine.

As we stood in the 'girls' aisle of the store surrounded by a sea of pink, I had to laugh at how out of place Dom looked. But he was taking it all in his stride.

"What about this one?" he asked Tilly for the hundredth time, holding up a doll set with a push bike, helmet, and some little pretend road cones. We'd been given strict instructions from her parents before we left no too spoil her, but I didn't think Dom was going to listen either way.

"She's pretty, but I want her to have a motorbike just like you and all my new uncles!" Dom grinned.

"Well little lady, I just don't think there's one here. You'll just have to pick..."

Her little face pulled into a scowl.

"These ones are boring."

I had to laugh. I don't even think she knew what boring meant.

"I've got an idea..." I piped up, earning a curious stare from both of my shopping companions.

"How about..." I grabbed a Barbie off the shelf, the only one not wearing a dress. "We grab this one here. Now follow me."
