CP9 at the city of Water 7

After their encounter with Aokiji, the Straw Hats were sailing on the Going Merry to the next island, in hopes to find a shipwright that can repair the ship. It wasn't long before they got to what looked like a train station, and there were railroad tracks in the water. Then much to their surprise, a train rushed by them. Luffy: "What is that?!" Vivi: "It's the Sea train!" Chopper: "What's that?" Vivi: "It's like a train, but it travels through the tracks on the sea, I've heard about it, but I never seen it till now." Usopp: "Whoa... I never knew such a train even exist..." Zoro: "Hey guys... we got company..." said Zoro, as an old woman named Granny Kokoro (voiced by Juli Erickson) and her granddaughter named Chimney (voiced by Lara Woodhull), and her pet rabbit/cat creature named Gonbe, came to the scene. Chimney: "Hey granny, I think they're pirates." Granny Kokoro: "I think so too, but tell me kids, you're not here to cause trouble, are ya?" Usopp: "We're just looking for a shipwright that can fix our ship." Granny Kokoro: "Well you're in luck, for I believe your Log Pose is leading ya to Water 7." Conis: "Wait... Vivi, isn't that the place you told us about?, the one where a lot of shipwrights hang out?" Vivi: "That's right." Usopp: "That's great!, so all we gotta do now is get there and find a shipwright that can fix the Merry." Granny Kokoro: "That is if it can be repaired... I mean just by looking at it, that your ship went through a lot." Luffy: "Yeah, but she'll be fixed soon, now let's go!" said Luffy, before the Going Merry sails off to Water 7. soon, the Straw Hats begin to see the island of Water 7, which looked like an island sized fountain, which was breathtaking for everyone. Usopp: "Whoa...!" Robin: "Lovely." Nami: "So beautiful..." Vivi: "I've seen it before... but it always amazes me..." Conis: "Wow... to think such a place exists... the blue sea world is truly a beautiful place..." Su: "Suu..." Karoo: "Quack..." Luffy: "Alright everyone... set sail to Water 7!" All: "Aye!" said the crew, before the Going Merry sets sail to the city of water. Once they got close to it, there were people who told them to dock their ship on the other side of the island as that's where pirates go. Usopp: "They don't seemed to be freaked out by us." Sanji: "Well I'm sure that they're not worried as long as we're paying customers." Vivi: "Yes, and not to mention that the shipwrights here repair ships of both marines and pirates, so as long as we don't cause trouble here, we'll be fine." said Vivi, before Zoro begins to raise the sails, before the mast snapped in half, much to the crew's shock. Usopp: "Zoro!, what did you pulled the rope that hard for?!" Zoro: "I didn't, I used the normal force... oh man... if the Going Merry is falling apart this easily... it's a miracle we got here in one piece..." Conis: "Oh no..." Nami: "Don't worry, once we trade the gold with some berries, we should be able to find a shipwright that can help us fix the Merry." Usopp: "Then we better hurry." said Usopp, before he, Nami, Vivi, and Luffy, went off into the city and began their search for a shipwright. They managed to find a place to trade their gold for 200 million berries, and put the money in a suitcase and begin their search for the right shipwright to fix the Going Merry. Meanwhile Sanji, Chopper, Conis, Su and Robin were out shopping. Of course while Su was looking around, she noticed some people is costumes in a dark alley. She overheard them talking about a plan to capture Robin by ordering her to come with them or they'll use something called a buster call on the Straw hats. Even though she didn't know what a Buster Call was, she was able to tell that it was bad news, and so she makes a run for it and runs to Chopper and tells him what she heard. Chopper: "What?!, there are people in costumes planning to take Robin?" Su: "Suu..." Conis: "Are you sure?, what else?" Su: "Suu, Suu, Suu." Chopper: "She also said something about using something called a Buster Call on us... and they were called... CP9..." once those words came out of Chopper's mouth, Robin gasped in shocked and her face was filled with horror. Sanji: "Robin?, what's wrong?" Robin: "No... please... not the Buster call... anything but that... not again..." said Robin while trembling in fear. Conis: "Robin?" Chopper: "Something's wrong..." Sanji: "Robin... please tell us what's wrong?" Robin: "Cook... the Buster call... is something that brings nothing but death and destruction... I would know as... it's what destroyed my home when I was only 8 years old... and CP9... is a branch of Cipher Pol which are groups of agents that work under the World Government... and CP9 is the branch of assassins specialists... please you must warn everyone to get out of here!" suddenly, a group of shadows loomed over Robin, who turned around to see the group of of people in costumes, which were CP9 themselves. Meanwhile, Luffy and the others were having trouble of their own, as a man in a Hawaiian shirt, and wore no pants but swim briefs came in front of them. His name was Franky (voiced by Patrick Seitz), and he was a Cyborg who was after the money in the suitcase. Franky: "Super!, the name's Franky, and any pirate who comes to Water 7 is my opponent, and once I take you down, your money is mine." Luffy: "Hold on!, we need this money to fix our ship, but if you want a fight, I'll be happy to give you one!" shouted Luffy, as he and Franky went to battle each other, and neither side was giving up anytime. Suddenly, a net appeared and catches Franky, much to Luffy's surprise. Franky: "What the heck?!" that was when the culprits of the net revealed themselves as people in costumes, similar to the ones that cornered Robin not too long ago. That was when two of them removed their masks, and the first one showed a man with named Rob Lucci (voiced by Ernesto Jason Liebrecht) a pigeon on his shoulder, and the second one was a man named Kaku (voiced by Alex Organ) with a long nose like Usopp but it was square shaped. The sight of the men made Vivi had her face filled with horror. Vivi: "It can't be... CP9..." Luffy: "You know them?" Vivi: "Sort of... a long time ago... they're members of Cipher Pol... agents of the World Government... and CP9 is a branch of special assassins... and the man with the pigeon is Rob Lucci... the most powerful and most dangerous man of all the history of Cipher Pol... but why are they here?" Kaku: "Look... it's the Straw Hats..." Lucci: "Yes, but they're not what we came for, our mission is to capture Cutty Flam and Nico Robin, which we have gotten by now." once Lucci said that, Luffy and the others gasped in shock, and Luffy growled in anger. Luffy: "Hey!, if you think you can steal my crew... then you better get ready for me to kick your butt!" said Luffy, before Kaku used a trick that makes him move so fast that it made it look like he vanished and reappeared behind Luffy and gave him a kick on the back. Then Lucci transformed into what looked like a leopard, as he ate the Cat Cat fruit model leopard, and swatted Luffy into a wall. It wasn't long before the CP9 group took off with Franky and left the scene. Usopp and the others went to check on Luffy, who was still a bit woozy from that attack. Vivi: "Luffy!, are you okay?" Luffy: "Oh... never mind me... Robin!" Nami: "That's right, that guy said they came for Robin!" Usopp: "And the others were with her!, we gotta warn them!" just then, Sanji and the others came to the scene, looking a bit hurt, and no sign of Robin. Luffy: "What happened?!, where's Robin?" Chopper: "They took here away... we couldn't do a thing... I'm so sorry Luffy..." said Chopper, before he started to cry in sadness. Sanji: "Those low life jerks... using us as a ransom to make her go with them... it's unforgivable..." Vivi: "Oh no... we're too late..." Luffy: "Don't worry... we'll get her back no matter what... any idea where they went?" Vivi: "My best guess... to Enies Lobby, which is close by from here... we need to get her before she gets there... because if she goes there and passes through the giant gates of Justice... we'll lose all hope of seeing her again..." Usopp: "But what about the Going Merry?, can she make it?" Zoro: "I don't think so... not without a shipwright..." that was when a man named Iceberg (voiced by Phillip Weber), followed by a man named Paulie (voiced by David Wald), came to the scene. Iceberg: "Are you the Straw Hat pirates?" Luffy: "Yeah that's us... what do you want?, cause we're in a hurry to save our friend." Iceberg: "I'm guessing you mean Nico Robin, right?" Vivi: "You know her?" Iceberg: "Yes... for she was the one who saved me." said Iceberg, before he explained to the crew that CP9 had given orders to kill him in order to get something the Government wants, but Robin, who was ordered to kill him in return for the Straw hats' safety, saved him by pretending that she killed him with a dummy, and told him that he can thank her by helping the Straw Hats fix their ship. Usopp: "Why would they want to kill a normal guy?" Vivi: "He's not normal, he's a great shipwright and the mayor of Water 7." Conis: "You mean he's the god here?" Iceberg: "Well... I don't know about being a god..." Nami's she's from a place where the title of the ruler is god." Paulie: "Really?, well that's interesting... uh... is there money in that case?" Usopp: "Now hold on!, this is for fixing the Going Merry, and nothing else!" Paulie: "Calm down, I was only asking." Iceberg: "So... you're gonna rescue Nico Robin?" Luffy: "Yeah, those CP9 jerks took her, along with some guy named Franky." Paulie: "Wait... they too Franky too?!" Vivi: "Yes, I take it you know him?" Iceberg: "Yeah... Franky and I used to be apprentices to a great shipwright named Tom... the man who built not only the Sea Train, but Gold Roger's ship as well." Luffy: "What?!, your mentor built the king of the pirate's ship!, that's awesome!" Iceberg: "Yes... I suppose it is... but to the World Government, it was a crime, so they arrested him, and when Franky, known as Cutty Flam at the time, tried to attack, he was labeled a criminal, but they stopped hunting him when they believed he died..." Conis: "Died?" Chopper: "What happened?" Iceberg: "He tried to stop the train that was taking Tom away with his own two hands... but failed and got sent flying into the sea... he survived but badly hurt... and had to rebuilt his body with the scrap metal from some broken ships nearby, when he got back, I asked him to change his name so no one would go after him... but it seems that CP9 figured it out and caught him... I know it's noun of your concern... but while you go try rescue your crew mate... can you also save Franky?" Luffy: "Sure... if you can help the Merry." Iceberg: "Well I don't know that even I can do it... but I'll see what I can do." Paulie: "In the meantime... I know a way how we'll get to both Robin and Franky." Sanji: "Good, then let's do this quick, there's a lady that needs me." soon, the group went to pick up Zoro, before going to a place that has a train that was called Rocket man, the prototype of the Puffing Tom train. Conis: "I know the Going Merry isn't in good condition to sail... but why can't we use a different boat?" Vivi: "Because right now the log pose is locked to this island, not Enies Lobby... and the waters of the Grand line is almost impossible to sail without it, so the only way to get to Enies Lobby is through a sea train... but I thought the Puffing Tom was the only one." Iceberg: "The only official train, yes, but you see, the Rocket man train was a failed prototype as once it starts, there's no stopping it as the breaks don't work." Chopper: "You mean... we'll crash into this Enies Lobby place?!" Luffy: "But it'll get us there, right?" Iceberg: "Yes, it should." Luffy: "Good, cause as long as it can get us to rescue our crew mate, it's fine by me." Paulie: "Mind if my men and I tag along?, we have a score to settle with those CP9 people... those traitors..." Vivi: "What do you mean?" Paulie: "Well you see... some of the CP9 guys used to work in Galley-La, the shipwright company here... only so they can get close enough to Iceberg in order to kill him... if you find them... I want you to give them a message... tell them I said... 'you're all fired', got it?" Zoro: "Got it." Iceberg: "In the meantime... I'll start working on the Going Merry... with any luck, I might be able to get her to sail at least one more time..." said Iceberg, before Kokoro, came to the scene. Kokoro: "You'll need someone who knows how to operate a train, and I happened to be an expert." Iceberg: "Kokoro... be careful." Kokoro: "Don't worry, I might be old, but I still got some fight in me... and these kids will need all the help they can get to save their crew member." said Kokoro, before she gets on the train, while the Straw Hats, along with Paulie and his men, went into the cars, and the Rocket man train begins to take off, leaving Iceberg behind, who goes off to find the Going Merry, in hopes to repair it. Once the train got through the tunnel and got outside, it was already raining hard due to a storm, and the train landed onto the sea tracks, much to everyone's relief. Of course what no one would expected that Chimney and her rabbit, Gonbe, have stowed away onto one of the train cars. Nami: "Are you crazy kid?!, this is dangerous!" Chimney: "But I wanna help, besides I always wanted to have a big adventure, just once in my life... and this would no doubt be my chance." Luffy: "Well she's already onboard, so there's nothing we can do about it... hey Nami, what's that in your hand?" asked Luffy, looking at what looked like Nami's Clima-tact, but a little bit upgraded. Nami: "This is the new version of my Clima-tact that Usopp upgraded with the dials we got from Skypiea." Conis: "With my help help of course." Usopp: "And that's not all... I got myself a new sling shot, called Kaputo, which is also powered by some dials." said Usopp, who was wearing a red cape and a mask that covered his face, while his nose was sticking out. Luffy: "Who the heck are you?!" Chopper: "And why do you have Usopp's nose?!" Vivi: "That is Usopp you guys, but uh... what's with the mask?" Usopp: "What?, if I want to rescue Robin, I wanna do it while looking cool, and by the way... call me... Sniper King!, the king of the snipers, crew member of the future king of the pirates!" Luffy: "Whoa... that's so cool!" Vivi: "You're kidding, right?" Karoo: "Quack..." Su: "Suu..." said Vivi, Karoo and Su while having a sweat drop on the side of their heads. Paulie: "By the way, I should let you know that Enies Lobby is not a normal island... for it's always day time there, even if it's night everywhere else... I should know cause I went there once to do repairs... so let me warn ya again... once we get there... you must do whatever it takes to keep your crew mate and Franky away from the Gates of Justice... or all is lost for them." Luffy: "Got it, and don't worry, we'll get Robin back no matter what." Vivi: "Hey Paulie, Iceberg said CP9 wanted to kill him for something... what is it?" Paulie: "Well... it's the blueprints... of Pluton." once he said that, Vivi gasped in shock, and so did Karoo. Luffy: "Pluton?" Zoro: "Wasn't that the ancient weapon Crocodile was after back in Alabasta?" Vivi: "Yes... but there are blueprints to recreate it... and Iceberg had it?!" Paulie: "Well... yes and no, he had them for a short time, but passed it to someone else... and he's one of the guys that we're going to rescue." Conis: "The one called Franky?" Paulie: "That's right, that's probably another reason why CP9 took both him and Nico Robin... in hopes for the World Government to get their hands on the weapon... so that no force with stand up to them..." Usopp: "But... a weapon that can blow up a whole island with one shot... that's crazy!" Sanji: "Yeah... it's no wonder they want Robin and that other guy so badly..." Nami: "Well if they want Robin, they'll have to take us down first." that was when one of Paulie's men called out and told everyone that he sees daylight ahead of them, meaning that they're close to Enies Lobby, meaning the fight to get Robin back is about to begin.
