The undersea route with a Kraken

At the Sabaody archipelago, The Fake Straw Hats managed to escape from the marines, but they were caught by Caribou, who orders his crew to bury the Fake Straw Hats alive. Fake Zoro: "Please don't bury us!" Fake Sanji: "We'll do whatever you want, just let us live!" Fake Franky: "It was Black's fault!, this whole thing was his idea!" Fake Luffy: "Who side are you on?!" Caribou: "Oh please... even if you were the real Straw Hats... I would have out to kill you anyway." Fake Luffy: "W-what do you mean?" Caribou: "It's simple really, the real reason I want to join the Straw Hats was to kill them myself and collect their bounties and fame without them knowing a thing... of course that plan backfired as you fools had the nerve of tricking me and all the others to follow orders from a bunch of low bounty losers like you... wish yourselves a peaceful death." Fake Nami: "No please!, peaceful yes, but not death!" Caribou: "Well today's not a total lost... I did find the real Straw Hats..." said Caribou as he made an evil chuckle and his tongue sticking out. Elsewhere, Sentomaru was making a report to Navy HQ. Sentomaru: "We couldn't get to the Straw Hats due to Rayleigh interfering, he's as strong as Uncle Kizaru, but we did managed to capture most of the pirates that were tricked by the Fake Straw Hats, who were taken by Caribou and his crew as revenge most likely... as for the Pacifistas... they were both destroyed by the real Straw Hats, proving that they have gotten a whole lot stronger than they were before... which is bad news for the marines of the New World... so be on your guard." said Sentomaru, finishing his report as the marines take away the arrested pirates. Elsewhere, Rayleigh and Shakky were looking at the spot where the Thousand Sunny used to be. Shakky: "Looks like they're gone..." Rayleigh: "Yeah... I'm sure they'll be alright..." Shakky: "Of course, they're quite tough, and you know... they remind me of you and Roger back in the old days." Rayleigh: "Yeah... and that hat Luffy wears... it has found the perfect man... a man who will one day become the king of the pirates... just like Roger before him..." meanwhile, under the sea, the Thousand Sunny was sailing down, thanks to the coating Rayleigh gave it, which works like a bubble around it now. Chopper: "Wow... so this is what the sea looks like underwater..." Brook: "It's breath taking, this would make my eyes pop out if I had any..." Conis: "Wow... the Blue sea world is full of wonder and beauty... it amazes me every day..." Vivi: "Yeah... and here I thought we seen it all..." Robin: "How lovely..." Sanji: "Yeah... it's a sight to see." Zoro: "Big deal, I've seen it before." Sanji: "Cause you got on the wrong ship earlier!, don't ruin the moment for us!" Franky: "Wow... the Shark submerge has got nothing on this..." Usopp: "Check out the fish..." said Usopp, before Chopper noticed a large eel like fish swimming behind a large tree root. Chopper: "Whoa!, it's huge!" Nami: "Giant tree roots?... oh right, the archipelago is made of the world's largest mangrove trees..." Robin: "They must go all the way to the bottom of the sea..." Luffy: "Never mind that, check out the fish!, let's get some." Zoro: "Sweet, I could do some fishing." said Zoro, before he takes his swords out and Luffy getting ready to punch the bubble. But Usopp and Chopper beat the pulp out of the two before they could make a move. Usopp: "Are you nuts!, you'll destroy the bubble in the process!" Chopper: "Are you trying to kill us?!" Nami: "Well if small things go through the bubble, that's fine, but if the bubble gets too many holes at once, or getting eating by a giant Sea King, it'll pop, at least that's what the instructions that Rayleigh gave me say anyway." Franky: "So uh... do we need to do anything at the moment?" Nami: "No, we'll just let the current steer us right now." Franky: "Well in that case, this might be a good time to tell you guys something..." Luffy: "Is it some new robot secrets?!, like how did you get so super cool looking?!" Usopp: "And can you transform into a tank?!" Chopper: "Tell us Robo bro!" that was when Franky pressed his metal nose for 3 seconds, and his shaved head grew out hair, before styling it. Franky: "Well... not really... it's about what happened with the Sunny during the 2 years of our training." Vivi: "Something happened to her?!" Sunny: "Well... not exactly... you see... after Luffy's message of the training... Hachi and Duval were guarding me until you guys can show up, but a year ago... the marines found me and tried to take me, but Hachi and Duval managed to stop them, but they got injured in the process... I was still being protected though by another ally... someone who sent us flying just before the war... Kuma..." this made everyone gasped in surprise. Franky: "Yeah... I was surprised too... turns out that Kuma was on our side the whole time... Rayleigh told me and Sunny about Kuma sent us flying in order to escape, and that the navy and government was turning him into a living machine, and by the time the war happened, he lost his personality." Chopper: "Hold on... if that's true, why did he protected the Sunny if he lost personality?" Franky: "Well it turned that he made a deal with the man known as Dr Vegapunk to give him a secret program into his brain... to guard the Sunny until one of us returned... so even if he turned into a mindless weapon, he was able to follow his own orders." Zoro: "But why?, he barely knew us... and yet did so much." Franky: "Well... it turns out that Kuma was really a member of the Revolutionary army... so maybe he did it to help Luffy." Usopp: "Oh yeah, II remembered hearing from Luffy's grandpa that the boss of the revolutionary army was Dragon, who was also Luffy's dad." Luffy: "You know... now when you mention it... Rayleigh did mention something about that... so I guess maybe the bear was kind of a good guy." Franky: "Well whatever his reasons were, we should be grateful, if it weren't for him, we wouldn't be alive today... he was no doubt our greatest ally until he took his last breath as a human... sadly we won't get the chance to thank him as he's now a mindless machine, that's all I wanted to say." Sanji: "Are you kidding?!, do you know where he put me, if I ever see him again, I would kick his metal face off!" Brook: "Now, now Sanji, we all had struggles in the passed 2 years, and we managed to get a lot stronger through that, so let's not hold a grudge on Kuma for trying to help us back then." Sanji: "You wouldn't say that if you knew what I went through!" Su: "Suu!, Suu!" Conis: "What is it girl?" Karoo: "Quack!" Vivi: "Something wrong Karoo?" Sanji: "They're probably hungry." said Sanji, before Su changed into Nami, much to his surprise. Su: "Actually, I was trying to say is that a ship's heading this way!" Usopp: "A ship?" Su: "A pirate ship!" that was when the enemy pirate ship came next to the Thousand Sunny, and it was being pulled by a familiar sea monster that was like a sea cow. Nami: "Wait... is that... Arlong's sea cow?" Sanji: "Hmm... now that you mention it... that thing does look familiar..." Luffy: "Yeah... it kinda does." that was when the sea monster sees Luffy and the other Straw Hats, and memories of it's last encounter with them came back, and it was scared out of it's wits. Once the bubbles of the two ships touched each other, Caribou, who was the captain of the other ship, jumped through and ready to attack the Straw Hats. But before Caribou's crew could come over, the sea cow swam away in fear, trying to get away from the Straw Hats, taking the ship and crew with it. Caribou: "Alright men... attack the Straw Hats and send them to the afterlife!... um guys? [looked behind him and gasped in shock and eyes bugged out] ah...!" Usopp: "Well... this is embarrassing..." Chopper: "Yeah..." Franky: "So... throw him out?" Caribou: "Wait!, you're not gonna throw me into the water, are ya?!, that seems a little too cruel!" Franky: "Says the guy who was gonna try to attack us and send us to the afterlife!" Caribou: "Uh... well when you put it like that..." Nami: "Hey you, that sea cow that was pulling your ship, where did you get it?" Caribou: "Oh my, what a vixen, I take it you're the famous cat bugler." said Caribou, before Sanji kicks him in the face. Sanji: "Watch it pal!, nobody drools at the navigator but me!" Nami: "Anyway... the sea cow?" Caribou: "Oh... that thing... who knows, I just caught it at sea somewhere, when you're traveling underwater, having a sea monster to pull your ship is the best way to travel to Fish-man island." Luffy: "Really?, awesome!, let's go get a sea monster." Sunny: "I hope it's gonna be a cool one." Usopp: "I don't know if that's even a good idea, for all we know, any sea monster we'll catch would try to eat us." Robin: "And even if we do find one, catching it would be a challenge." Zoro: "Oh please, it would be a breeze for me, a big challenging for the dirty cook though." Sanji: "Oh come on moss head!, I can catch a sea monster that's bigger than you!" Zoro: "Oh yeah?!" that was when Vivi bopped both Zoro and Sanji on the head. Vivi: "Knock it off you two!" Brook: "Hey guys... can an octopus be as big as a small island?" Conis: "Hmm... I don't know, I seen some octopuses at Skypiea... but they're weren't as big as small islands." Usopp: "Why would you even... uh... ah... ah!!!" Chopper: "What is that?!" Caribou: "No... it can't be... it's the Kraken!" yelped Caribou, as the Thousand Sunny was right in front of a giant octopus that was as big as a small island. Usopp: "The legendary giant octopus monster?!" Franky: "Hey... it's got some ships in it's tentacles... it must like making meals out of ships..." Sunny: "Like me?" said the Thousand Sunny's Klabautermann in fear, watching the Kraken squeezing a ship that looked familiar. Conis: "Hey... isn't that the ship that tried to attack us not too long ago." asked Conis, before Caribou walked forward and was shocked to see that it was his ship, and sees that his crew were in the water, not moving at all, showing that they were goners. Caribou: "No... my crew!" said Caribou in sadness. Zoro: "Huh... they're like jellyfish..." Caribou: "Dang it Roronoa!, that's too cruel!" Luffy: "Hey... I got an idea... let's get it to pull our ship!" All: "... HUH?!" Usopp: "Have you lost your mind?!, that thing is gigantic!, it'll make fish food our of us and the ship put together!" Luffy: "But if we tame it, the octopus won't eat us." Usopp: "Come on!, how in the world are we gonna beat that?!" Caribou: "I'm with the long nose one on this one, noun of us stand a chance against something like that!" Luffy: "Hey... what have we been doing in the passed 2 years?" Usopp: "Uh... training..." Luffy: "Yeah... and why did we trained for the passed 2 years?" Zoro: "So we can be strong enough to handle the New World." Luffy: "Right, so if we ran away now, we won't be able to enter the New World... think of this as a warm up before we go there." Sanji: "He's right, no way I'm gonna get beaten by some overgrown sushi." Robin: "How do you plan on fighting it underwater without drowning or getting crushed by the water pressure?" Caribou: "Um... perhaps I have a solution to that..." said Caribou, before the scene changes to show Luffy, Zoro and Sanji in what looked like the same bubble coating that the Thousand Sunny has. Zoro: "Huh... so the coating can be used on people too." Luffy: "This is awesome!" Usopp: "I don't know... should they be fighting the Kraken in a distance?" Caribou: "Would you rather have them fight the Kraken here on the ship, rising the big bubble to be popped?" Usopp: "Well... when you put it that way..." said Usopp, before Luffy, Zoro and Sanji used their bubbles to get to the water. Nami: "Wait you guys!, you need the safety ropes!, you're gonna get separated!" but it was too late, the Monster Trio have already got to the water and were now facing the Kraken. Zoro used his swords to cut down one of the tentacles, while Sanji heated up his leg to leave a burn marking kick on one of the other tentacles. As for Luffy, he stretched out his arm, and his fist got bigger and got covered in what seemed to be black armor, which was Armament Haki, and gave the Kraken a punch on the head, knocking it out, much to the crew's shock. Usopp: "He took it down with ease!" Nami: "What kind of training did Luffy go through?!" Robin: "Who knows... but it looks like it paid off really well." Conis: "Yeah... it sure looks like it..." that was when a current started to pull the Kraken, the monster trio, and the Thousand Sunny down to the bottom of the sea, which was a really rough ride for everyone. Once everything finally settled down, the Thousand Sunny was in a part of the sea where it was really dark, and the Sunny turned on the lights that were shining through the eyes of the lion figurehead. Franky: "Looks like we went really down... though not at where Fish-man island is quite yet..." Chopper: "Oh no!, we lost Luffy, Zoro and Sanji!, the current must have dragged them somewhere else!" Robin: "Oh dear... there's a chance that the bubbles would pop soon and the water pressure will crush them." Usopp: "Don't say stuff like that!" Brook: "Hey guys... where did that pirate go?" Conis: "What pirate?" Brook: "The one who tried to attack us earlier." Franky: "Oh right, I forgot about him... maybe he fell overboard while on the way down here." Sunny: "No... he's still here... I can sense his presence... as to where he is on me... I'm not sure..." Usopp: "So... he's still here and we can't find him... he might try to kill us once we let our guard down..." said Usopp, while Caribou was hiding in a barrel. Caribou: "You have no idea how right you are... and once I take you and the other Straw Hats down... I will take over this ship and let the world know that I am the man who killed the Straw Hats single handily... Hee, Hee, Hee, Hee..." said Caribou, unaware that Franky sees him. Franky: "I found him guys!" said Franky, before he summons a little robot hand out of his big robotic hand to use a hammer to trap Caribou inside the barrel. Caribou: "Hey let me out!, I wasn't doing anything!, I swear!" Brook: "How did he even managed to get in there?" Franky: "I don't know, but I saw his body turned into goop... must be a Devil Fruit power or something. Caribou: "Of course it is, it's the Swamp Swamp fruit, a Logia type." Vivi: "Oh great... those are the hardest to beat..." Conis: "Logia... those are the element types right?, like Eneru was?" Robin: "Correct, but it looks like he can't get out as long as the lid doesn't open up, so he won't try to kill us while we sleep." Chopper: "Please don't say stuff like that..." Conis: "Hey... is it just me... or is it getting cold down here..." Nami: "That's natural, the deeper we go down, the colder it gets." soon, the ship went to down further, and that was when the crew see the sea floor below them. But what got their attention was that there were some small mountains with smoke coming out of them, and it was getting hot. Chopper: "Hey... I thought it's supposed to be cold down here... and yet it's so hot..." Conis: "And since when does smoke appear underwater?" Nami: "Oh no... this is bad, this is a volcanic area, and if any one of those sea volcanoes blow... we're as good as dead!" Usopp: "Then let's get out of here!" Conis: "Um... what's a volcano?" Vivi: "You don't know what a volcano is?" Conis: "Not really, we don't have those at Skypiea." Robin: "They're like mountains, but blow out smoke and lava." Conis: "I know what smoke is, but what's lava?" Robin: "Molten rock, hot enough to melt nearly anything." Conis: "Even... people?" Usopp: "And that's why we need to get out of here!" Brook: "Uh... I think we got another problem..." said Brook, as he and the others see that there was what looked like a sea giant in front of the ship. It was a giant Fish-man named Wadatsumi (voiced by Trina Nishimura) and he was part of a fish-man pirate crew lead by Vander Decken. Wadatsumi: "Prepare to be pounded humans!" Usopp: "Can't we ever get a break?!" Chopper: "We're dead!" suddenly, the Kraken from earlier showed up and beat the living pulp out of Wadatsumi, much to the Straw Hats' surprise, before Luffy, Zoro, and Sanji came to the scene inside one bubble. Once the Monster trio got into the ship's bubble, they were free and the crew reunited with them. Luffy: "Hey guys, did we missed anything?" Nami: "Luffy, where have you been?, do you have any idea how much you made us worry?" Luffy: "Sorry, but look, I managed to tame Surume." Nami: "Who?, the Kraken?" Usopp: "Figures that you would name it..." Luffy: "Yeah, he's on our side now, and he'll carry us to Fish-man island." said Luffy, before Surume placed the Thousand Sunny on top of his head. Suddenly, the sound of the ground rumbling was heard, and the ground began to shake too. Nami: "Oh no... we gotta get out of here, the volcanoes are about to blow!" Usopp: "Oh man!, you gotta be kidding!" Nami: "Luffy, I don't know how to control the Kraken, but you gotta tell him to make a run for it!" Usopp: "Uh... I think he's running already..." said Usopp, as the Kraken was indeed running away from the volcano that's about to blow up. Robin: "He runs terribly." Franky: "Give him a break, I'd rather be clumsy and alive than graceful and dead." Brook: "Like me?" Franky: "Uh... not exactly..." suddenly, the volcano erupted, and the lava was heading right for them. Surume jumped into a trench, and once he and the Straw Hats got to the bottom, they see light, which was shining on a large bubble that had an island inside. Chopper: "Is that..." Vivi: "That must be it..." Luffy: "Fish-man island..." Franky: "Super!, once we're done with this place, the New World is next!" Sanji: "Finally!, I get to see the beautiful mermaids!" Brook: "Oh yes, can't wait to play my music to them." Conis: "Hey... how is there light down here?" Zoro: "Who knows and who cares?, at least we finally made it." Luffy: "Alright Surume, off to Fish-man island!" said Luffy, before Surume takes the Thousand Sunny to the island.
