The Fifth Emperor and the Reverie

It's been a day after the Thousand Sunny escaped from Big Mom's territory, and now with Sanji back, Luffy's group were on their way to Wano. Speaking of Luffy, he and Chopper were looking at a canister that was black and had the number 3 on it. Chopper: "Where did you get it?" Luffy: "No idea, it was in my pocket..." that was when Gidget came over. Gidget: "Hmm... it looks like one of the canister things that Germa 66 had, only this one is black with a number 3 on it..." that was when Sanji took it, and he was not looking happy. Sanji: "It must been Niji while I wasn't looking... this should be thrown away to sea." Luffy: "What?!, come on!, I'll bet you'll look so cool!" Gidget: "Plus I'm sure throwing trash at sea would pollute the water." Sanji: "I don't care!, I don't need some stupid technology to be strong, in fact we don't need science on this ship!" Nami: "Um... Sanji, my Clima-tact is science." said Nami while crossing her arms, which made Sanji froze up. Sanji: "Uh... well your science is alright, I don't mind it at all." Jokeo: "Smooth Romeo." Sanji: "Oh shut up!" Brook: "Hey Nami, where did Zeus go?" Sanji: "Zeus?, Big Mom's living cloud thing?, what about him?" Brook: "Well... after I cut him in half, he shrunk and I gave him to Nami, as she loves things that involve weather, and clouds are like part of weather." Nami: "Yes, it was very generous of you Brook, and as for where Zeus went... he's in my Clima-tact, come on out." said Nami, before Zeus came out of the Clima-tact. Zeus: "Wow, I really like living in that baton, it's really cozy." Sanji: "What the?!, Zeus actually came along?" Zeus: "Well not by choice... Miss Nami kidnapped me... but she does make really yummy clouds with that baton." Nami: "So you don't mind being my servant?" Zeus: "Well... I don't know... if mama comes... we could be in big trouble... and she might punish me..." Nami: "Don't worry, Big Mom's behind us now, and Wano is ahead." Jokey: "Weird... a cloud that can talk... you don't see that everyday." Zeus: "And you're talking animals, what's your point?" Jokey: "Uh..." Jokeo: "He's got you there." Jokey: "How could he get me if he doesn't have hands?" Jokeo: "Never mind..." that was when a News Coo came and gave Carrot a Newspaper, and she was shocked to learn what it says. Carrot: "Hey guys!, take a look at today's paper!" Nami: "What does it say?" Carrot: "It's about what happened on Whole Cake island, about us attempting to assassinate Big Mom, and it says Luffy was the mastermind." Nami: "Mastermind?, Luffy?" Sanji: "Come on, there's no way they would actually believe Luffy would come up with a plan like that." Luffy: "What does it say about Jimbei?" Carrot: "I'm afraid there's no news about him... hey... there's some wanted posters." said Carrot, before showing some wanted posters to the group. Sanji takes a look at one of them and sees that it was for him. Sanji: "Hey look, I got a new bounty... 330,000,000 berries, hold on, what's Moss head's?" Brook: "Last I checked it was 320,000,000." Sanji: "Yeah!, I'm more wanted than him now, and I'm back to being wanted dead or alive." Tommy: "Uh... I think your name changed too." said Tommy, who noticed the name on the poster, and when Sanji took a look, his face turned blue and fell to his knees. Carrot: "What's wrong?" Sanji: "My name..." Chopper: "Hey, they changed it to Vinsmoke Sanji now..." Sanji: "Oh man... it only went up cause of my family's reputation..." Carrot: "Oh that reminds me, the paper says that due to Germa attempted to formed an alliance with Big Mom, they're no longer allowed to attend to the Reverie... that's supposed to be meeting of many royalties of the world, right?" Nami: "Yeah... and it's about to start..." Jokey: "Hey... why is Luffy looking so sad too?" asked Jokey, pointing at the now really gloomy Luffy, laying on the ground sulking. Luffy: "My bounty... it went down..." said Luffy, pointing at his his new wanted poster, which seemed to have gone down. Carrot: "Is that bad?" Chopper: "To Luffy, yeah... though I never heard of a bounty going down before..." that was when Brook takes a better look at the poster, and he gasped in shock. Brook: "Unreal!, your bounty didn't go down!, it went up!" Luffy: "Huh?, what do you mean?, it was 500,000,000 berries, now it's 150,000,000 berries..." Brook: "Actually... you missed a few zeroes... your bounty is 150,000,000... it's 1.5,000,000,000 berries!" All: "WHAT?!" Nami: "You're kidding!" Luffy: "Really?!" cried out Luffy in joy, before looking at the poster again, and felt really happy to learn the truth of his bounty. Tommy: "Whoa... that's the highest bounty I've ever heard..." Gidget: "That's like the bounty of one of the emperors..." Jokeo: "Um... funny when you mention that... it says that people are stating to call Mr Luffy... the fifth emperor of the sea..." said Jokeo, looking at the newspaper. Brook: "Oh my... our captain is like an emperor now?" Chopper: "That is so cool!" Nami: "Oh man... there's no doubt that big name bounty hunters and marines will come after us now..." meanwhile, elsewhere in the world, at the Red Line, many royal families were docking at the port, and there were bubbles like the ones at the Sabaody archipelago and Fish-man island in the area. Speaking of Fish-man island, it's royal family, including Shirahoshi, were there to attend the Reverie personally too, and many people were amazed by Shirahoshi's beauty, even Morgans himself had hearts for eyes as he sees her. Garp was the one escorting the merfolk to the Reverie. Shirahoshi: "Gosh Mr Garp sir, I never imagined you would be Luffy's grandfather, it's no wonder he was a hero to our island." Garp: "Well it's nice to know my grandson is doing some good deeds, even if he's a pirate... though I wished he would have become a marine..." Neptune: "Well we can't force our children or grandchildren to have jobs they don't want, it's their decision, and even if Straw Hat is a pirate, he's a pirate who shows humans can be friends with beings like us." Garp: "Yeah... he's a man who's with making friends with a lot of people..." Among the royal families, aside the merfolk, there was Riku with his family, including Kyros and Rebecca. Riku: "It's been a while since I attended the Reverie... then again, it only comes once every 4 years..." Rebecca: "Wow... I never knew there were so much royalty in the world..." Kyros: "Yes... and I have a feeling each of them are powerful in their own way..." Rebecca: "And I still can't believe that Lucy made friends with a nice marine like Coby, the one who saved us from those submarine pirates not too long ago." said Rebecca, as she had a flashback of when the time some pirates tried to attack them before Coby came and saved them while on the way to the Reverie. Kyros: "Yes, then again, the straw hats are sailing around the world." Rebecca: "Yeah... I wonder if anyone else in the Reverie are friends with Lucy..." Riku: "Well... the chance like that are low as the Straw Hats are pirates after all." another royal family were heading for the Reverie, which was Kohza and Nefertari Cobra, who was now on a wheelchair. Kohza: "Hey your highness?, are you sure we should come here?, I mean after what happened to Vivi 2 years ago..." Cobra: "I understand you have strong distrust with the Government, but last thing we need is war with them... and they're far more powerful than Crocodile and Baroque Works..." Kohza: "There's another reason of coming here... right?" Cobra: "Yes, I want to ask the 5 elders something that I've been wondering for a long time... the secret of the Poneglyphs..." soon, the royal families went to a large platform that was surrounded by a giant bubble ring, attached to some ropes and propellers, which soon lifted up, bringing everyone to the top of the Red Line, where the Holy Land of Mariejois is located. Unaware to anyone, Sabo and some commanders of the Revolutionary army, were with them in disguise, in hopes to rescue Kuma from the Celestial Dragons. Once the royal families went to Mariejois, they begin to enjoy the food that were served there. It wasn't long before Leo and Sai see each other and were happy to see one another, and so was Rebecca as well. Rebecca: "Wow, Sai, I can't believe you're here." Sai: "Yeah, it feels like only yesterday when we freed Dressrosa from Dolflamingo." Leo: "Yeah, did you hear about the news about Usopp land's captain?, he's now an unofficial emperor!" Sai: "Yeah, seems fitting as he's a commander of his own fleet, which is us and the others." Rebecca: "A fleet?" Sai: "Yeah, after we left Dressrosa, we decided to form a bound with Straw Hat, as his subordinates and his fleet." Rebecca: "Wow... that's amazing." that was when Kohza came to the scene. Kohza: "Did I hear you correctly that you're part of Straw Hat's fleet?" Sai: "Uh... I um..." Rebecca: "Are you a friend of Lucy?" Kohza: "If you mean Straw Hat, sort of... my friend Vivi is with him." Rebecca: "Oh right, I herd Vivi was once the princess of Alabasta, is that where you're from?" Kohza: "Yes... and you know what, if it wasn't for the Straw Hats... Alabasta wouldn't be around today... I'm guessing he helped your country too?" Rebecca: "Yes, he most certainly did, Dressrosa was close to being destroyed if Lucy and his crew didn't stopped Dolflamingo in time... and because of them... I finally got my father back." that was when Shirahoshi came over to the group. Shirahoshi: "You're friends with Luffy too?, that's great!" Rebecca: "The Mermaid princess?!" Sai: "Uh... so you know Luffy?" Shirahoshi: "Of course, I owe a great debt to him... for he saved my home and people from Hordy." Kohza: "You know... I guess I shouldn't be too surprised... it seems the Straw Hats have a knack on saving kingdoms..." that was when another man came to the scene, who was Dalton himself, who was now the king of Drum Kingdom, which was renamed to the Cherry Blossom kingdom. Dalton: "Hmm... so... the Straw Hats have saved your countries too?" Shirahoshi: "Yes, are you a friend of his too?" Dalton: "Well... sort of... the Straw Hats came to the country when their navigator was sick, and had to get a doctor... who would eventually become a crew member." Leo: "Oh you mean Chopper land, so he came from your country?" Dalton: "That's right." that was when another man showed up, something Dalton hoped to never see or hear again. It was Wapol, who was now a king of his own country. Wapol: "What look at this, my traitorous captain of the guard stands before me." Dalton: "I am no longer your captain of the guard, I am now a king, and what are you doing here?" Rebecca: "Is he a friend?" Dalton: "Hardly, he's an evil man that Straw Hat defeated when he visited the Cherry Blossom kingdom." Wapol: "Yes, but after I was sent flying to foreign lands, I used my powers of the Munch Munch factory to create toys that children loved and made a lot of money, which soon lead me to become CEO of my own company, then eventually lead me to become a king again, the ruler of the Evil Drum Kingdom!" Dalton: "I feel sorry for that country, having you as it's king..." then there was trouble, Saint Charloss, the Celestial Dragon that caused trouble for the Straw Hats back at the Sabaody archipelago 2 years ago, came and ordered a large man to capture Shirahoshi, as he wants a mermaid in his collection still. Saint Charloss: "At long last!, I shall have a mermaid!" Rebecca: "Stop it!, you can't treat her like this!" Sai: "Be careful Rebecca!, you can't anger the Celestial Dragons!, otherwise they'll ordered Dressrosa to be destroyed!" Rebecca: "What?!" Kohza: "I'm afraid he's right... there's nothing we can do..." suddenly, someone with a club came and used the club to strike down Saint Charloss in the face, knocking him out cold, much to everyone's shock. Wapol: "What the?!, who did that?!" Dalton: "Wait... isn't that..." it was soon revealed that the culprit was another Celestial Dragon, named Saint Donquixote Mjosgard, who was a Celestial Dragon that Shirahoshi's mother rescued long ago. Mjosgard: "As a fellow Celestial Dragon... I am disgusted by such behavior... you there, unhand the mermaid princess at once!" ordered Mjosgard, before the large man quickly let go of Shirahoshi. Wapol: "He's a World Noble too?!" Leo: "Hold on... did a Celestial Dragon just saved the princess?" said Leo, before Neptune and his sons went over to the mermaid princess. Fukaboshi: "Sister, are you alright?" Shirahoshi: "I'm fine, thanks to this World Noble... but why?" Mjosgard: "Well it's the least I could do to honor your mother's memory..." Neptune: "Wait... it can't be... you're the Celestial Dragon that Otohime saved many years ago?!" Mjosgard: "Yes... it's good to see you again King Neptune... and I'm terribly sorry about what just happened... people like him shouldn't treat others like that... world noble or not..." Neptune: "Well... you seemed to have changed a lot since I last saw you..." Mjosgard: "You can thank Queen Otohime for that, she has shown me that life is important to protect... if only I was able to save her from her fate..." Neptune: "It wasn't your fault... and as for Otohime's killer, he has finally behind bars." Mjosgard: "Good to know..." Neptune: "Yes... and I must thank you for saving my daughter..." Kureha: "Well look at that... never thought there would a Celestial Dragon with a heart... how about that..." Dalton: "Yes... if only the other Celestial Dragons are like him... maybe this world could be a better place..." elsewhere in Mariejois, Saint Charloss was being taken away to a place where he can heal from his injuries. Unaware to anyone, Sabo was at Mariejois too, who is in the search for Kuma. Of course Sabo was not the only one who is worried about Kuma, there was also a certain pirate who in the form of a child right now, who was Jewelry Bonney, one of the super rookie pirates that was in Sabaody 2 years ago, who seems to have a connection with Kuma somehow. Inside Mariejois, the five elders, Saturn (voiced by J.B. Edwards), Mars (voiced by Randy Pealman), Valkyrie (voiced by Kurt Kleinmann), Nusjuro (voiced by Doug Jackson), and Ju Peter (voiced by Michael Johnson), were walking toward a room that's known as the empty throne, for nobody sits in the throne in there. Saturn: "So... there's been Intel that King Cobra wants to talk to us privately..." Ju Peter: "The Nefertari family were the only royal family that didn't joined the other kingdoms when the government was form." Mars: "In a sense, they are traitors... not to mention the princess is currently with the Straw Hats." Valkyrie: "Yes, but now we need to see you know who, find out what he wants to do about the situation." Nusjuro: "Yes, he is in charge after all." soon, the five elders were in the empty throne room, waiting for someone to come. Unaware to them, there was someone hiding in the shadows, which was an elder Demon dragon named Boney 10 (voiced by Mel Brooks), who was doing his best not to get noticed. Suddenly, a mighty roar was heard, and a very large Demon Dragon, named MegaTrog (voiced by Tim Curry), came to the scene, and sat on the empty throne. MegaTrog: "Ah... how nice to see my loyal subjects before me..." Saturn: "We await your commands my lord." Ju Peter: "Who do you want to be erased?" MegaTrog: "Hmm... nobody at the moment, let us wait until after the Reverie is over... after all, we don't want to cause a scene while they're here." Valkyrie: "Of course my lord, last thing we need is people knowing about you..." MegaTrog: "Yes... if the public find out that the Government is under the rule of me... MegaTrog... the Dragon Devil... they would surly panic... and we can't have that... not yet anyway..." Saturn: "My lord, King Cobra wants to speak with us once the Reverie is over, should we accept?" MegaTrog: "I don't see why not, it's not like that sick old man can be a threat... as long as he doesn't ask too many questions..." Nusjuro: "And the Straw Hats?" MegaTrog: "If you mean Nico Robin... send Cipher Poll to get her." Mars: "That could be a problem, for I heard that the Straw Hats are heading for Wano... and they have made quite a scene in Big Mom's territory." MegaTrog: "Yes... but no matter, we'll need Nico Robin to find the ancient weapons... so the plan I've been forming for centuries could finally come true..." said MegaTrog, before he lets out an evil laugh that echoed throughout the room. As for Boney 10, he left the room and tries to use his cane to move faster. Boney 10: "Oh boy... I better get to Wano as soon as possible... the Straw Hats must fulfill their destiny... for the world's sake..." said Boney 10, before he heads off to who knows where.
