The wedding on Whole Cake island part 4

After Pedro sacrificed himself, the Thousand Sunny used the Coup Da Burst to get away from the shore, and out of all of the people who were devastated by Pedro's passing, Carrot was the most heartbroken. Carrot: "Nami!, let me go!, I gotta get Pedro!" Nami: "It's too late Carrot!, you saw what happened!, he gave up his life so we can escape!" Katakuri: "Well his sacrifice will be in vain, you will never escape as long as I'm here." said Katakuri, before Carrot gave him an angry glare, ready to attack on the spot he stood. Carrot: "You monster!, get off this ship!" shouted Carrot, trying to take down Katakuri by herself, only to be pinned down by the Mochi man. Luffy: "Get off of Carrot!" shouted Luffy, before he throws some punches at the Mochi man, only it seems to be not effective. That was when Tommy noticed something odd about the cabin's mirror, like it was a portal, which made Tommy gasped in shock. Tommy: "Oh no!, Brulee must be free again, cause she's using the ship's mirrors to get the enemy onboard!" Jokeo: "What?!" Gidget: "I think Tommy's right... we left her in that destroyed wedding cake and forgot about her..." Jokey: "That's bad?" Gidget: "Very bad..." Luffy: "Nami, Chopper, Brook, Jimbei, Sanji, Carrot, Tommy, Gidget, Jokey, Jokeo, leave this Mochi guy to me." said Luffy, before he kicks Katakuri into the mirror, sending the two of them into the mirror world. Chopper: "Luffy!" Brook: "Oh no!" Jimbei: "It might be for the best, Luffy's the only one with the best chance of defeating Katakuri... maybe..." that was when Luffy told them through the mirror to smash the mirrors on the ship so they enemy can't attack them from the inside. Reluctant at first, but the crew knew that Luffy was right, they need to destroy the mirrors, and that's what they did. Suddenly, Pudding came to the Sunny while riding on a living carpet, and Chiffon was with her. Turns out that she wants Sanji and Chiffon to help her make a new wedding cake to stop Big Mom's rampage, otherwise the whole island will be destroyed, and she didn't wanted her family to die. Chopper: "You expect us to trust you after what you tried to do to Sanji?!" Pudding: "I know it was cruel, but I had to do what mama wanted... but I need Sanji's help... please..." said Pudding, as she began to cry a little. Sanji: "No worries, I'll make sure Big Mom has the best wedding cake ever." Nami: "Are you sure about this?" Sanji: "I'm a cook and a gentleman... when a lady needs help or someone hungry, I come by no matter what." Jokeo: "Um... would it be okay if I help too?" Pudding: "Can you cook?" Jokeo: "Yes, I have to know how to cook in order to feed myself and my brother, for we love to eat." Jokey: "It's true." Pudding: "...Alright, but we need to hurry, if we're lucky, we should have it done by 1:00 AM, in the meantime, you must avoid getting caught by my family." Chopper: "Yeah, but what about Luffy?" Nami: "I'm sure he'll find a way back... he always does..." Jokey: "Hey Jokeo, Mr Sanji, if we get out of here alive, could you make a wedding cake for us too?" Sanji: "Sure thing, but first, Big Mom is waiting for her cake, and clock's ticking." said Sanji, before he jumps onto the carpet and joins Pudding and Chiffon to get back to the island to start baking the new cake. Pudding: "Hey Chiffon... I know you don't see mama as your family anymore... but thanks for helping me..." Chiffon: "Well I might have bad history with most of my family, you've been the only one who's been nice to me... and I have to do everything I can to help the people who saved Lola after all." said Chiffon, as she, Pudding, Sanji and Jokeo went back to Whole Cake island, and went into the kitchen, where they began baking the cake. Back on the Thousand Sunny, the ship was being followed by a fleet lead by Daifuku. Chopper: "Oh this is bad... if we don't get out of here... we're dead..." said Chopper, before he noticed Carrot and the other Mink kids looking down, as if they're trying to avoid looking into the sky. Nami: "Hey, are you guys okay?" Carrot: "Yeah... it's just that... there's a full moon out tonight..." Brook: "Yes, is that a problem?" Tommy: "Well not really... it's just that we can't look at the moon yet... not until the time is right..." Jimbei: "I see..." Nami: "You do?" Jimbei: "I suppose they haven't told you about their certain ability that awakens during a full moon yet..." Carrot: "No... we haven't told them... but I think it would be easier for them to understand if we show them... when the time is right..." said Carrot, trying to cover her eyes from the sky. Meanwhile, inside the mirror world, Luffy and Katakuri were still fighting. Katakuri: "Hmm... I must admit that you've lasted longer than any opponent I faced for quite a while." Luffy: "Well of course, I'm not gonna end my life here... for I'm gonna be king of the pirates!" Katakuri: "Don't be a fool!, you don't stand a chance against mama, let alone the other emperors and their officers!" Luffy: "I won't know until I try." said Luffy, before he continues his fight with Katakuri. An hour later, Katakuri buries Luffy in Mochi, believing that he won the battle, before he makes a Mochi house where he can have a snack. Of course Luffy was far from being done, as he managed to free himself from the Mochi, and destroys the little Mochi house to face Katakuri. Speaking of which, Katakuri was eating some doughnuts, revealing that he had a mouth of a monster, wide and sharp teeth. When Katakuri realized that Luffy was still able to fight and sees his mouth, he got really angry. Katakuri: "You have some nerve to disturb my snack and seeing my mouth..." Luffy: "Your mouth's the least of your problems, for I'm about to kick your butt!" Katakuri: "You little brat!" shouted Katakuri, before he went to attack Luffy, who was now able to hit him suddenly. Meanwhile, back at Whole Cake island, Sanji, Chiffon, Pudding, and Jokeo continued baking the cake, and were working on the frosting. Jokeo: "How's the cake coming?" Chiffon: "Great, in fact better than I hope, all we need now is to put the frosting on." Pudding: "Right, but I'm worried about Sanji's captain... for I heard that he's fighting with my big brother, Katakuri... the strongest officer we have..." Sanji: "I wouldn't worry about Luffy, he's pretty tough, and even if Katakuri beats him, Luffy would just bounce back until he wins... and another thing... you look so cute in a cook's outfit~." said Sanji with hearts for eyes in the end, as he was admiring Pudding's chef outfit, which made her blush and giggle a little. Pudding: "You think I look cute in this outfit?" Sanji: "Of course." Jokeo: "What about me?, do I look cute and tough in my own chef outfit?" Pudding: "Yes, very cute." Sanji: "And tough in a way." Jokeo: "Thanks, now let's finish this cake and make Big Mom faint with happiness." Sanji: "Yeah, this will surly be the cake she'll never forget." said Sanji with a proud smile, before he and the others begin to put on the frosting on the cake. Back at the Thousand Sunny, they were cornered by Daifuku and his fleet. Gidget: "We're surrounded!" Chopper: "We gotta do something!" Carrot: "Chopper, leave everything to me, as the full moon's out after all." Jimbei: "Wait... you're going to turn Sulong?, have you been trained to do it?" Carrot: "Of course, don't worry." said Carrot, before she gazes into the moon, which suddenly caused her to glow white and then her hair grew longer, and her eyes turned more red, and a huge surge of lightning came out of her body, which caught the attention of everyone, even Daifuku and his fleet. Daifuku: "Oh no... that rabbit mink has turned Sulong... that's not good..." back on the Sunny, everyone was amazed by the sight of Carrot's new form. Nami: "Wow... she looks so beautiful..." Tommy: "So that's Miss Carrot in her Sulong form... amazing..." Gidget: "No kidding..." Jokey: "Wow... I thought she was pretty before... but now she really stole my heart..." Gidget: "What was that?" Jokey: "Nothing..." that was when Carrot jumped off the ship, and was moving so fast like as if she was flying, before landing on the enemy ships and begin taking them down with ease, as she also takes the helms off, causing the ships to crash into one another. Nami: "What's happening over there?" Chopper: "Uh... she's taking them down with ease... I didn't know she could do that!" Tommy: "Yeah, that's the true power of our tribe... when we look at a full moon at night, we change into the form known as Sulong... or Moon Lion." Jimbei: "Yes, it's the mink tribe's trump card... but it's also their greatest weakness." Nami: "What do you mean?" Jimbei: "If a Mink hasn't been trained to control that form, they go wild and attack anyone in their path, enemy or alley... not to mention that if they stay in Sulong form for too long, they're drain all of their stamina and would surly die..." Nami: "What?!" Brook: "I see... it's like a double edge sword, it can hurt the user as well as the enemy, she's trying to take out the enemy by stealing the helms so she won't have to fight for very long... in that case, I must help her out." said Brook, before jumping off the ship and running on the water, in hopes to help Carrot in the fight. Speaking of Carrot, she was beginning to feel tired, and trouble came as Daifuku summons his genie to attack her. However, Brook was able to save her just in the nick of time, and carries her back to the Sunny. Brook: "Carrot, are you alright?" Carrot: "I think so... I just need some rest... and cover my eyes so I can change back... also... thanks for saving me..." Brook: "It was my pleasure Carrot." said Brook, before he takes Carrot onto the Sunny, and the others helped her get to the cabin where she can rest. Nami: "Way to go Carrot, you were amazing!" Carrot: "Thanks... I did my best... I just wished I could do more..." Nami: "You did enough, now go get some rest, you earned it." Jokey: "I could use some sleep too." Gidget: "We can't rest yet, not as long as we're in Big Mom's territory." Tommy: "She's got a good point." Jimbei: "That reminds me... the Territorial sea slugs have not been responding to us... I wonder why..." Chopper: "Ah!" Nami: "What's wrong?" Chopper: "It's Big Mom!, she's heading this way!" shouted Chopper, as Big Mom was approaching the Sunny, walking on what looked like a giant slug made of candy syrup. Jokey: "Hey... that guy next to Big Mom... isn't that..." Jimbei: "Perospero... he survived the explosion it seems..." Nami: "Oh no..." said Nami in dismay, worried what Carrot will think, knowing that the man Pedro tried to blow up survived. Perospero: "There they are!, the Straw Hats!" Big Mom: "Those little brats... they're gonna pay for ruining my cake and the only picture of Mother Carmel..." said Big Mom, before she ordered Perospero to create a giant candy syrup tidal wave to destroy the Sunny. However, Jimbei was on the helm, and tries to sail the ship through the green room of the wave, (Note: that's the tube thing the wave makes as it collapses.) so that the ship and everyone on it won't be harmed. Jimbei: "This is one fine ship, with a helmsman like myself, this ship can sail through anything." Chopper: "Whoa... I never knew there was a role in a crew that controls the helm..." Nami: "There is... and I think Jimbei is the helmsman we need..." that was when they noticed that Big Mom was right in front of them, and the emperor tried to attack, but Brook used his sword to cut Zeus, who Big Mom was riding on at that moment, in half as Nami used her Clima-tact to make the cloud burst out lightning, shocking Big Mom, who was covered in smoke a little bit. That was when a sweet smell came into Big Mom's nose, which she seemed to enjoy a lot, before getting a ride on Prometheus to follow the smell, much to everyone's confusion. Perospero: "Mama?!, where are you going?!" Big Mom: "Can't you smell it?, I sure can... the smell of a wedding cake... and it's back home!, I must get it!" said Big Mom, before she heads off back to Whole Cake island, with Perospero following her, leaving the Straw Hats behind. Gidget: "Did you hear that?, she smells a wedding cake..." Tommy: "Is it close to 1:00 in the morning already?" meanwhile in the mirror world, Luffy and Katakuri continued their fight, but it seems that the battle has made Luffy's observation Haki evolve a little, making him see a glimpse of the future too, while Katakuri was starting to worn out. Katakuri: "So... still can fight?" Luffy: "Yeah... now get ready for my Fourth Gear... Snake Man!" said Luffy, before he used Fourth Gear, but unlike Bounce Man, he was smaller, but can move much faster than ever, and his moves are like the swiftness of snakes. That battle was tough, but in the end, Luffy was finally able to defeat Katakuri, who fell on his stomach first, before trying to get up, only to fall on his back. Once the fight was over, Luffy begins to search for a way out of the mirror world and get back to his crew. Meanwhile on Whole Cake island, Big Mom made it back, before seeing the beautiful new wedding cake before her. She took a bite and gasped in shock, which made everyone in her family to be worried, before Big Mom screamed in joy, as she really enjoyed the taste of it. Big Mom: "... This is it!... finally!, my wedding cake!, the cake of my dreams!, never in my life have I ever had such a cake that's so delicious~!" said Big Mom in joy, as she continues to eat her cake. Unaware to her or her family, Pudding, Chiffon, Jokeo, and Sanji were watching from a distance, happy to see that the cake was a success. Sanji: "Well... it looks like we made the cake of her dreams." Jokeo: "Yeah... now let's get out of here before Big Mom or her crew notice us." Chiffon: "That goes for me too, I doubt I could stay here any longer after what happened with Bege in the wedding..." Pudding: "I'll take you to him right away." Sanji: "Jokeo and I will need to get Luffy." Jokeo: "How do we do that?" asked Jokeo, before he and the others hear someone crying, and went over to the source, which turned out to be Pekoms himself. Pudding: "It's Pekoms..." Jokeo: "What's he crying about?" Pekoms: "Ah!, Pedro!, why did you have to die?!... it's not fair..." Sanji: "Hmm... he and Pedro have a connection?" Jokeo: "They used to be shipmates long ago, it's only natural for him to be upset of Mr Pedro's passing..." said Jokeo, before Pekoms noticed the group. Pekoms: "Black leg... it's you... what do you want..." Sanji: "Nothing really, I was just off to find Luffy." Pekoms: "Well he's in the mirror world, and you'll need Brulee to get him out." Jokeo: "Yeah... too bad we lost her..." Pekoms: "Well luckily for you... I have her right now." said Pekoms, pointing at the now once again tied up Brulee, who was not only captured again, and but also crying. Brulee: "No!, big brother... how could this have happened?!, Katakuri has been defeated!" Pudding: "What?!, big brother Katakuri... defeated...?" Pekoms: "Seems so... then all we need to do now is get Straw Hat out of the mirror world." Brulee: "You won't get away with this!, I know Pedro was your friend, but you can't help the straw hats escape!" Pekoms: "Well I'm already in hot water the moment I brought the Straw Hats here in the first place, and if I'm about to meet my end, then I'll meet it in my own terms... once I look at the full moon." Jokeo: "Wait... you're planning to use Sulong?!" Pekoms: "Yes, though I never been able to control it, which won't matter as long as you're as far away from me as you can once that happens..." Pudding: "Sanji... before you go... there's something I want to do... something I wanted to do since the moment you admitted that my third eye was beautiful..." said Pudding, before she gives Sanji a kiss, much to everyone's shock, and Sanji was the most shocked. Once the deed was done, Pudding then altered Brulee's memories so she won't tell anyone about her helping Chiffon and the others, then she and Chiffon went back to the flying carpet to sail off, leaving the others behind. Sanji: "A girl... kissed me... a girl kissed me!... A GIRL HAS KISSED ME!" shouted Sanji, which caught the attention of Perospero, who didn't noticed the group until now. Perospero: "Black Leg?!, here?!" Brulee: "Perospero!, help me!" Sanji: "We better leave now!" Perospero: "Release my sister!" shouted Perospero, before Sanji and the others went into a mirror, much to Perospero's dismay. Unaware to him, Pudding was giving Chiffon a ride back to Bege, so she can sail away from Whole Cake island safely. Chiffon: "Huh... you know Pudding... that was the first time you actually kissed someone... you really liked that man, huh?" Pudding: "Don't be stupid... he was a man I was supposed to kill... but still... he was a kind man... I don't deserve someone like him... Chiffon: "That's what I used to think about marrying Bege... but I knew that if I didn't marry that man, I would've regretted it... so if you asked me... I couldn't think of a better man for you than Sanji..." Pudding: "Maybe... but let's face it... I'll never have true happiness..." said Pudding, as she began to cry a little, whole Chiffon tries to comfort her. In the mirror world, Luffy was still looking for a way out, before seeing Sanji, Jokeo, Pekoms and the captured Brulee coming towards him. Luffy: "Hey guys!, are the others okay?" Sanji: "Not sure, but we need to get out of here as soon as possible." Luffy: "Well that's what I was trying to do, but without the branch lady, I can't get out." Pekoms: "Well she's right here, so we can get out of here." said Pekoms, before he and the group went off to find a mirror to escape. Elsewhere at the beach of Whole Cake island, Big Mom was on the ground with a big smile and hearts for eyes, not budging from the spot. Big Mom: "Wow... what a treat... my wedding cake..." Perospero: "Mama!, I need to you to snap out of it!, we'll lose the Straw Hats if you don't get back to your senses!, not to mention that Brulee has been captured again!" said Perospero, before Oven and a lot of guards came to the scene. Oven: "So... Pekoms has betrayed us too and took Brulee to aid the Straw Hats?" Perospero: "I'm afraid so... and there's no telling where they might come out from the Mirror world..." said Perospero, before Luffy and his came out of the nearby mirror, surprising everyone in the area. Oven: "There they are!" Pekoms: "Straw Hat, you get out of here... I'll hold them off as long as I can..." said Pekoms, before he looks at the moon, and turned all white and got larger, and started to act like a wild animal. While Pekoms was keeping the guards busy, Sanji, Luffy, and Jokeo make a run for it, leaving the tied up Brulee behind, who then got freed by Oven. Brulee: "Oh Oven... I'm so sorry for letting them capture me again..." Oven: "Never mind that, we need Katakuri back here to finish off Straw Hat and Black Leg before they get away." Brulee: "That won't be possible... cause Katakuri... was defeated by Straw Hat!" said Brulee while crying, which shocked Oven and everyone of the Big Mom pirates as they heard that. Oven: "No way... Katakuri... defeated... by that runt...?, that's impossible!" Brulee: "I know it's hard to believe... but it's true... I saw the battle with my own eyes through the mirrors... and there was nothing I could have done to help him... I'm so sorry!" Oven: "Fear not sister... I won't let Straw Hat get away with this... men, capture Straw Hat no matter what!" shouted Oven, as the guards tried to attack Luffy, but the Sulong Pekoms kept getting in the way. Then more help for Luffy came when Germa 66 came to the scene, and Niji secretly put something into Luffy's pocket without anyone noticing. Sanji: "Why are you here?, shouldn't you be out of here already?" Judge: "Funny, I was gonna say the same thing about you." That was when Gidget teleported to the scene, surprising everyone. Gidget: "I'm guessing Big Mom got her cake?" Sanji: "Yup, just like we planned." Luffy: "Huh?" Jokeo: "We had to make a cake for Big Mom while you were fighting that Mr Katakuri guy." Luffy: "Oh." Jokeo: "Hey Gidget, could you perhaps get us back to the ship before these guys kill us?" Gidget: "Sure thing." said Gidget, before she uses her psychic powers to teleport herself, Luffy, Sanji and Jokeo off of Whole Cake island, much to the Big Mom pirates' dismay. Perospero: "No!, they're getting away!" shouted Perospero, before Big Mom finally came back to her senses and stood up. Big Mom: "Wow... what a wonderful dream I had... such a wonderful wedding cake..." Oven: "Mama!, we have a situation!" Big Mom: "Huh?, what do you mean?, and have the Straw Hats been captured yet?" Perospero: "I'm afraid not, they're getting away even as we speak..." Big Mom: "What?!, why haven't you told me?!" Perospero: "I've been trying to tell you earlier, but you were too busy enjoying the cake." Big Mom: "Oh... well can you blame me?, that cake was so wonderful... but now that I had it... time to settle the score..." said Big Mom, before she orders Prometheus to give her a ride to go after the Straw Hats. Back on the Sunny, Gidget, Luffy, Sanji, and Jokeo appeared on the deck, and everyone on it were happy to see their friends back in one piece. Chopper: "Luffy!, you're hurt, I better patch you up quick!" Luffy: "Come on, it's not that bad." Chopper: "Don't be silly, you're lucky that you're still alive." that was when Carrot came out of the cabin, and went to look at the horizon behind the ship. Carrot: "Everyone!, Big Mom's heading this way!... but it seems that... a group of fish-man are trying to hold her off!" Jimbei: "What?!, they're still here?!" Nami: "They who?" Jimbei: "My crew, I told them to leave the island as soon as possible... wait... of course... I should have known..." Tommy: "What is it?" Jimbei: "My crew's doctor, Aladdin, who I choose as the Sun pirates' new captain, is married to one of Big Mom's daughters, who is also a mermaid, and her singing can put any sea creature in a trance.... She must have been the one to lure the territorial sea slugs away from their posts so we can escape!" Nami: "Really?" Jimbei: "Luffy... can I ask you a favor?" Luffy: "... You want to help them escape, don't ya?" Jimbei: "Of course, they were my crew after all, if it was your crew that needed help, you would do the same, right?" Luffy: "Yeah... but if I let you go help them, you gotta promise me that you won't die, and meet us in the land of Wano, okay." Jimbei: "Of course, as you wish... my captain." said Jimbei, before he jumps into the sea and swims up to the Sun Pirates, to aid them on holding back Big Mom and her fleet long enough for the Straw Hats to escape. It wasn't long before the ship got to the edge of Big Mom's territory, as the clouds were raining cotton candy. As for Sanji, he couldn't help but feel guilty and looked down in sadness, thinking about Pedro at the moment. Sanji: "Pedro... I'm sorry that I couldn't saved you like how you tried to save me..." said Sanji, before Carrot went over to Sanji, trying pet his head, even though she too was heartbroken. Carrot: "It's okay... Pedro gave up his own life in his own will... so we can move on... so please... don't feel guilty... just be grateful..." said Carrot, as she began to cry and Sanji went to hug her, trying to give the rabbit mink comfort. Sanji: "I understand, I know Pedro meant a whole lot to ya... we'll never forget him and honor his memory forever..." said Sanji, as Carrot began to cry even harder. As for Nami, she was doing her best to give the little mink kids comfort too as they too were heartbroken of Pedro's passing. Tommy: "It's not fair!, Mr Pedro was a really nice guy!" Gidget: "First our parents... and now Pedro..." Nami: "I know... but it's gonna be okay... I promise..." meanwhile in the mirror world, Brulee went over to Katakuri, putting down the first aid kit to help him. Brulee: "Big brother... there's something I don't get... you landed on your stomach the first time... why did you get up just so you can lay on your back?" Katakuri: "Honestly... I wonder why too... but Brulee... that the 'I never lay my back on the ground' rumor, it held no truth... it was a lie..." Brulee: "I know, for I seen it through the mirrors." this made Katakuri gasped in shock while blushing a little. Katakuri: "Oh... I guess I shouldn't have known better than to have mirrors in my room..." Brulee: "Maybe... listen... I knew what you were doing... pretending to be invincible and perfect all these years... you did it for my sake... right?" Katakuri: "I had to... those jerks I beat up just for making fun of my mouth... they hurt you as payback... and you were just a little girl when it happened... I never wanted that to happen to my little sister again..." Brulee: "I know... but it wasn't your fault, and it doesn't matter what others would say about your mouth, you'll always be the perfect big brother to me." Katakuri: "Thanks... by the way... did Straw Hat get away or got captured?" Brulee: "Do you really want to know?, well he just escape from our territory... I'll never forgive him for what he did to you, and what are you smiling about?" said Brulee, as Katakuri smile. Katakuri: "Well... not sure, but I think that news gives me hope for a rematch..." Brulee: "Hmm... I guess so..." back on Whole Cake island, Pekoms was on the ground, badly hurt and his life was fading away. Oven: "You fool... you just had to help them all because you wanted to honor the memory of your former captain." Pekoms: "...Pedro..." said Pekoms, before he finally fell to the ground, lifeless now as he passed away. When morning came, the Sunny was sailing off to the next island, Wano itself. Sanji: "Hey... anyone want some breakfast?" asked Sanji, before everyone on the ship jumped in joy and went to hug the cook, who was surprised by their reaction of his words. All: "OF COURSE WE DO!, WE'RE SO HAPPY TO HAVE YOU BACK!" shouted the group, before they continued to hug him. Sanji: "Whoa... have I been gone for that long?, and you haven't ate a thing?" Carrot: "No... but we don't have to worry about food anymore, cause you're here." Luffy: "Yeah, let's eat!" Sanji: "Alright, better get started." said Sanji, before he heads off to the kitchen and started cooking.
