The lost children on Punk Hazard part 3

With the lab cut in half, it's only a matter of time before it explodes, so Law, along with Smoker and Tashigi need to get out of there as soon as possible. As for Vergo, Law cuts him into pieces and attached him to a wall so he can't escape. Vergo: "You're making a big mistake Law, you think Joker is gonna be beaten once you take Caesar?, you don't know Joker's past as you should... he's more than just one of the 7 warlords... he's like one of the gods of this world." Law: "We'll see about that..." said Law, before he, Smoker and Tashigi left the room. Tashigi: "So... how long are you gonna keep us in different bodies?" Law: "Well... we'll discuss that later, right now we need to get out of here before the place blows." Smoker: "Let's hope the Straw Hats got to the kids in time..." Tashigi: "Hey... where's Caesar?" Law: "Hmm... I guess he flew the coop when Vergo got beaten..." meanwhile, elsewhere in the building, Tommy was still being chased by the savage children, who were out of their minds due to the drugs they were given some time ago, and the Straw Hats were pursuing them. Usopp: "This is bad!, we gotta stop them before they eat that candy!" Nami: "If we don't, they're done for!" Kin'emon: "I don't see Momonosuke with them, where could he be?" Conis: "Hey... isn't that Brook up ahead?" asked Conis, before the others see Brook up ahead, coming towards them while being chased by what looked like a torso without a head or legs, and the Demon trio, who looked pretty mad. ScreamClaw: "There they are!, the little brats!" Nami: "Those creeps?!" Kin'emon: "That's my torso!, but what's with the living skeleton?!" Vivi: "That's Brook, he's a crew member of ours, and it looks like we found your torso." Sanji: "In that case..." said Sanji, before he kicks Kin'emon's head to the torso, which reattached to each other at last. Kin'emon: "You kicked me!, I can't believe you did that!" Sanji: "Stop complaining, you got part of your body back, right?" Kin'emon: "True... which I'm grateful of... now I just need to get my legs back... wherever they are at the moment." ThunderSmacker: "Your legs are the least of your problems..." said ThunderSmacker, as he and the other two Demon Dragons glared at Kin'emon and the others. ScreamClaw: "You're gonna pay for that attack earlier!" Nami: "Well you shouldn't be bullying little kids!" SpaceWarp: "W-w-we weren't bullying them... they owed us their s-s-souls..." Nami: "I don't care what your reason be, nobody messes with children on my watch." Brook: "Oh that reminds me... why are there children here?, and what's with the samurai?" Usopp: "It's a long story I'm afraid." Gidget: "This is bad... the Demon trio's here..." Jokey: "Yeah... and that's not the only problem, look!" Jokeo: "Tommy!" turns out that the savage children have caught Tommy, and were trying to take the candy. Without any choice, he took the candy and ate it himself, much to everyone's shock and horror. The poison was doing a lot of damage to Tommy's body as he coughed out steam from the poison and he fell to the ground. Chopper: "TOMMY~~~!!!" Gidget: "NO~!" shouted Gidget, before she used her psychic powers to send the wild children flying into a wall and pinned them there long enough for Conis to inject some medicine to calm them down, while Chopper went over to Tommy. Chopper: "Tommy... why did you do that?" Tommy: "I'm sorry... but I didn't had a choice... at least now... those other kids... will be safe now..." Gidget: "Tommy... please don't die... I can't go on without you... for you mean everything to me..." Jokey: "Yeah... you're our best friend..." Jokeo: "All we wanted was to sail the seas, to see what's beyond our home just once... was that too much to ask...?" said Jokeo, as he and the others begin to cry. ScreamClaw: "So the fox is dying eh?, how nice, it's only a matter of time before his soul passes away and we'll be taking it." Chopper: "You're not laying a finger on Tommy!" ScreamClaw: "Or what?, we're bigger than you." Chopper: "Not for long..." that was when Caesar showed up, and sees the little fox on the ground. Caesar: "She, Roo, Roo, Roo, Roo, Roo, looks like my candy has been eaten, too bad only one runt had it." Gidget: "He only ate them to save the others!, you monster!" Conis: "How could you be so heartless?!" Su: "Suu?!" Caesar: "Better heartless than being a total fool like you, unlike that fool Vegapunk, I do whatever it takes to make science a success, and one day I will prove the world I am the greatest genius ever!" suddenly, Luffy burst through a wall and came to the scene, and he was really angry. Luffy: "Caesar... you're not getting away from me this time..." Caesar: "You again?, and what's that dragon you're carrying?" Kin'emon: "I'm curious of that too..." said Kin'emon, while Chopper begins working on Tommy in hopes to save him from the candy's poison. Gidget: "That's him!, Momonosuke!" Kin'emon: "Huh?!, is that really him?!, poor boy!, what curse has befallen him?!" Gidget: "Didn't we tell you already, he ate a fruit that turned him into that, but never mind that!, Tommy's in real trouble!" Jokey: "Yeah!, our little buddy risked his life to save those other kids!" Jokeo: "Speaking of which, looks like they're calming down." Conis: "Looks like the medicine's working, but we need a way to get the drugs out of their system." that was when Law, Smoker and Tashigi came to the scene. Law: "Leave that to me, but only if you capture Caesar." Luffy: "Can I still kick his butt?" Law: "Go right ahead, but make sure he lives." Luffy: "Fine by me..." Caesar: "You fool!, don't you realized that if you capture me, Dolflamingo will go after you?, along with Kaido as well?" Kin'emon: "Kaido?!, what does Kaido got to do with you?" Caesar: "You see, Dolflamingo and I were making artificial Zoan Devil fruits for Kaido to build his army, known as SMILES, and if you stop me and Dolflamingo from making them... Kaido will surly go after your heads." Luffy: "I don't care who this Kaido person is!, you harmed my friend!, harmed little kids and you're sick twisted creep who's begging for a serious butt kicking!" shouted Luffy, before he goes to battle against Caesar, and the gas man proved to be really tough as well, and tried to use poisonous gas on Luffy, but it seems that the Straw Hat pirate's immune system has gotten a lot stronger after his fight with Magellan in Impel Down, making immune to most poisons now, so the gas didn't really do much on Luffy. That was when Luffy uses his arms to get really big and round, before covering them in armament Haki and used his palms to send Caesar flying right into a wall, knocking him out cold. Law then used his blade to throw some hand cuffs to Usopp, who was confused at first. Law: "They're Sea Prism hand cuffs, I would have used them on Caesar myself, but due to being a Devil fruit as well..." Usopp: "Oh right, got cha." said Usopp, before he places the cuffs on Caesar, which should keep the gas man from doing any more harm. Smoker: "We better get out of here, the place is about to blow." Tashigi: "I just called the men, they'll be here shortly." said Tashigi, before the marines that work for Smoker and Tashigi came and at first they wanted to arrest the pirates, but Smoker convinced them that they have more important things to worry about. ScreamClaw: "If you think we'll let you leave with those kids, then you're in for a rude awakening." ThunderSmacker: "You can only leave if you get through us first." SpaceWarp: "Y-y-yeah... what they said..." of course the big group did got through them, in fact they ran over them and the trio were now laying on the ground with footprints on their bodies and faces. Soon the huge group went outside, just in time to witness the building to blow up. Once things was calm, Law went to look at the sick fox boy. Law: "So... what are you waiting for, the fox needs medical treatment right?" Conis: "Uh, yes he does." Chopper: "Of course he does!, we need to help him fast!" Law: "Then those with medical skills come with me, and the fox too." Chopper: "Right!... but wait... you're helping us?" Law: "Well you helped me capture Caesar, so I might as well return the favor." Chopper: "Oh thank you!, you're really a nice guy!" Law: "Don't rub it in, I'm still a pirate after all." Conis: "Well so are we, the Straw Hats pirates and proud of it." Chopper: "Now come on, we have some patients to heal." said Chopper, before he, Conis and Law took Tommy and the other kids to an abandoned room where they witnessed Law using his Devil fruit to cut their bodies up get the drugs out of their system, before reattaching them. Jokey: "Whoa... now I know how a doll feels after being taken apart and back together..." Jokeo: "Yeah... freaky..." Gidget: "Excuse me?, Dr Chopper, Nurse Conis and Dr Law... is Tommy gonna be okay?" Law: "Well... we managed to get the poison out... though there's 100% guarantee that he'll survive... all we can do now is wait." Conis: "He's right, no medicine can work in an instant, it takes time..." Chopper: "Yeah... though I can't believe he would be willing to risk his life to save those other kids like that..." Gidget: "He's the bravest boy I've ever met... and the sweetest too..." meanwhile outside, Sanji was cooking up a really big pot of soup for there were a lot of people to feed. Once the children were healthy again, they were enjoying the soup, along with the marines. As for Momonosuke, he finally woke up and sees Kin'emon in front of him without his legs. Kin'emon: "Momonosuke, are you okay?" Momonosuke: "Huh... father...?, ah!, what happened to you?!, your legs are gone!" Kin'emon: "Oh, I guess I was so focused on your well being that I forgot about my missing legs." that was when Gidget came over. Gidget: "Maybe I can use my Clairvoyance to find it and get them here too." said Gidget, before she uses Clairvoyance to find Kin'emon's missing legs and uses her psychic powers to bring them in front of her. It wasn't long before Kin'emon jumped up and reattached himself to his legs, making him whole again. Kin'emon: "Yes!, thank you kind mink, I am grateful." Gidget: "You know what I am?" Kin'emon: "Yes, but I can't talk about it here, not with all of these people." Gidget: "Wait... you're part of the Kozuki clan?" Kin'emon: "How did you..." Gidget: "I have psychic powers... and Momonosuke is..." Kin'emon: "Shush!... not so loud, we can't risk people hearing this." Gidget: "Oh right... don't worry, your secret's safe with me." Kin'emon: "Thank you, really, you're a true ally." Gidget: "No problem." that was when Sanji came and gave the samurai some soup. Sanji: "Dig right in, I'll bet you're hungry." Momonosuke: "Uh... should we really eat it?" Kin'emon: "Well they did saved us, and helped us get reunited, so they must be worthy of our trust, and it would be rude not to accept their food." Momonosuke: "Well... I suppose so..." Sanji: "Believe me, you'll love, just make sure you finish every last bite." Gidget: "That won't be a problem with the twins, they got big appetites, and they would eat just about anything, trust me." Sanji: "I have experience on feeding those who love to eat like my captain for example." Gidget: "Good to hear, cause the twins just finished the soup." said Gidget, pointing at the now big empty pot, while the marines were complaining at the twins for eating the soup before they could. Jokey: "Sorry... got hungry..." Jokeo: "Yeah, the soup tasted so good..." Sanji: "Happy to know you enjoyed it, and don't worry, I can make more." said Sanji before he made more just like he said, and that was when Tommy came to the scene, and everyone was really happy to see that he was okay, especially Gidget as she gives the fox a big hug. Gidget: "Tommy!, I'm so happy you're okay!" Tommy: "Hey guys, sorry if I made you worried..." Chopper: "Hold on Tommy, you shouldn't get up just yet, you still need time to heal." Tommy: "Don't worry, I'm okay now, really." said Tommy, before he started to feel dizzy and nearly fell over before Gidget caught him. Gidget: "Maybe you should sit down." Tommy: "Okay..." later, when everyone had their bellies filled, Law switched Smoker and Tashigi back to their normal bodies, but told them to not arrest him or the Straw Hats this time in exchange. Smoker: "Tell me Law... what do you plan to do with the Straw Hats?" Law: "Well... let's just say they're gonna help me make Dolflamingo cry, especially when I see him at Green Bit." Tashigi: "Green Bit... isn't that close to Dressrosa?" Law: "Yeah, but don't tell anyone, got it." Smoker: "Fine, it might be for the best, last thing I need is Navy HQ finding out I needed the aid of a pirate to take down a traitor." Tashigi: "You mean Vergo... I can't believe he was a pirate all along..." Smoker: "Nor could I, but that's behind us now..." soon, Tashigi went to Nami, telling her that she must leave the children to the Navy. Nami: "Are you kidding?!, those children went through a nightmare and almost died because of the navy!, I mean a navy vice admiral lead them to shear torture!, you expect me to trust the marines with them now?!" said Nami in anger, before Tashigi bowed and had tears in her eyes. Tashigi: "I know... that's why we need to make things right... I promise we'll get them the care they need... then take them back to their parents... please put your trust in me with them... otherwise I'll never live with myself..." said Tashigi, as she began to cry in shame, before Nami let out a sigh. Nami: "You better take care of them... otherwise I'll hunt you down and make you pay." Tashigi: "You have my word..." that was when Usopp came to the two. Usopp: "Are you sure about this?" Nami: "Yeah... I think it might be for the best, as I doubt the parents would feel comfortable knowing their kids are with pirates like us." Usopp: "Yeah, I guess you're right." Nami: "Plus... while I might have a bad history with a lot of marines... woman marine soldiers just make me feel safe..." Usopp: "Oh yeah... your adopted mother, Bellemere was with the marines." Tashigi: "Really?, then why did you become a pirate?" Nami: "Well... I owe Luffy a great debt for saving my village... and besides, someone has to get Luffy the right directions, otherwise he'll get lost." Tashigi: "Is he really that bad at sailing the seas?" Nami: "Girl... you don't know the half of it..." this of course made both of the girls to laugh. At long last, it was time to go, the marines picked up the children and sailed away to who knows where, while the Straw Hats continued their journey, with Law and the captive Caesar with them. Zoro: "So... is this guy a new crew member or something?" Law: "Not exactly, I needed a ride to get back to my crew, though that's not the only reason I'm here." Luffy: "What is it?" Law: "Well... you might not know this, but in the New World, the 4 emperors are the rulers here in these waters, there's only two ways to survive here... either be working for them, or fight against them... and Straw Hat, you don't seemed to be the type who takes orders from anyone." Luffy: "Nope, I'm the captain." Law: "Well... what do you say we work together to take down one of the 4 emperors?" Usopp, Nami and Chopper: "WHAT?!" Zoro: "That plan sounds pretty great." Usopp: "No it's not!, we're talking about the 4 emperors!, they're like the strongest pirates ever!" Conis: "Um... which one are we aiming for, out of curiosity of course." Law: "Well if you really want to know... I'm talking about Kaido, commander of the Beast pirates." Kin'emon: "Surly you can't be serious!" Momonosuke: "Kaido..." said Momonosuke, who was feeling scared, and the others turned around to see that Kin'emon and Momonosuke were on board. Usopp: "Kin'emon?, Momonosuke?, what are you two doing here?, I thought you went with the Navy?" Kin'emon: "Well... where they're going is not the place we need to be, for we need to go to Dressrosa, as one of our comrades is there." Law: "Really?, interesting to know as that's where we're going, well to Green Bit really, but Dressrosa is next to it." Kin'emon: "Really, what good fortune." Zoro: "Hold on, who said we need to go there?" Law: "Cause that's the place where we'll make the trade." Sanji: "You mean Caesar here?" asked Sanji, who points at Caesar who was not only cuffed up, but was getting beaten up by Jokey and Jokeo, who along with Tommy and Gidget were on the ship somehow." Jokey: "That's for everything you put us through, you gaseous creep!" Jokeo: "Yeah!" Nami: "Tommy?!, Gidget?!, Jokey and Jokeo?!" Vivi: "What the heck are you doing here?" Karoo: "Quack?!" Conis: "And how did you get onboard?" Gidget: "Sorry for stowing away, but we need to get home, and it's not where the other kids are going..." Tommy: "Yeah, plus the twins wanted more of Mr Sanji's soup." Sanji: "You really loved it, huh?" Jokey: "Yeah, it was the best soup ever!" Jokeo: "No fooling, I'm a cook myself and I never had such good food in my life." Sanji: "You're a cook too?" Jokeo: "Yup, I have to be in order to feed myself and my twin, for we both love to eat, I can show you some of my cooking if you like." Sanji: "Sounds great." Law: "Anyway, Kaido is using Dolflamingo and Caesar to make those SMILES that Caesar mentioned, but now that we got Caesar, no more SMILES can be made, at least not the chemicals in Punk Hazard, the factory where the SMILES are made however is in Dressrosa." Kin'emon: "Really?, well one of our comrades, Kanjuro is there, being imprisoned by Dolflamingo." Luffy: "Really?, is he a samurai too?" Kin'emon: "Yes, and he has a mysterious power after eating a fruit like me." Franky: "You mean you ate a Devil fruit too?" Kin'emon: "Is that what their called?... well it makes clothes, watch." said Kin'emon, before placing a stone on his head, then said 'poof', and with a puff of smoke came around him. Once the smoke was cleared, Kin'emon was wearing a different outfit, one that looked like Luffy's own outfit. Luffy: "Wow!, he's got my clothes!" Chopper: "That is cool!" Zoro: "So back with Caesar... what are we doing with him again?" Law: "We're using him to convince Dolflamingo to give up his title as one of the 7 warlords of the sea in exchange of having him back." Robin: "Would he really do that?" Law: "Well either he does that, or face the wrath of Kaido, and I say let them take each other out." Luffy: "Oh... but I wanna fight him myself." Law: "That's a bad idea Straw Hat, Kaido is the most powerful beast in the world." Nami: "You mean he's not human?" Law: "You could say that." Momonosuke: "Um... I hate to interrupt... but how do I change back?" Jokey: "Well we can help ya, as we got Devil fruit powers too." Usopp: "Oh yeah... you two transformed back on Punk Hazard." Gidget: "Tommy and I got Devil fruit powers too, I ate the Psychic Psychic fruit, which makes me a psychic girl." Tommy: "And I ate the Toon Toon fruit, which makes me a living Toon." Chopper: "A Toon?" Tommy: "Yeah, like cartoon characters." Luffy: "Cartoon?, what's that?" Tommy: "Uh... I don't know, it's something that a friend of ours told us about once." Momonosuke: "Um... so can you help me?" Jokey: "Well to tell ya the truth, we're still new with our own powers too... but I think they turned on when you focus hard enough, and change back the same way." Chopper: "That's right, as a fellow Zoan, I should know." Momonosuke: "Okay... here goes nothing..." said Momonosuke, before he tries to focus on the thought of his human form and then with a puff of smoke, he changed back into his human form. Jokey: "What do you know?, it worked!" Gidget: "Ah!" Jokeo: "What's the matter?" Momonosuke: "Is something the matter?" asked the other kids, while Gidget covered her eyes. Gidget: "Well it's just... you're naked..." said Gidget, before Momonosuke looked down and gasped as Gidget was right. Kin'emon was able to help though by using his powers to give the boy some clothes of his own. Law: "Anyway, now that we got Caesar, the next stage of the plan begins." Gidget: "Are you sure it'll work?" Law: "Don't worry, as long as we don't let Dolflamingo tick us off, nothing can go wrong." Nami: "Oh you shouldn't have said that... for whenever someone says that... something's bound to go wrong..." Tommy: "Yeah... Boney 10 once said something like that happens in cartoons... which I still don't know what it is... but my point is that when someone says that, something goes wrong." Law: "Whatever..." unaware to the people on the ship, they were being followed by the Demon trio, who were determined to get Tommy and his friends and their souls, one way or another.
