Luffy's ONE PIECE Voyage

The strings of Dolflamingo on Dressrosa part 2

After discussing the plan, Usopp and Robin go with Leo to take down Sugar in hopes to break the spell on the toys, while Luffy, Zoro, Sanji, Kyros, Kin'emon and Violet, or by her real name, Viola, go to the royal palace in hopes to rescue King Riku and Kanjuro. Luffy was of course still crying a little, not crying cause he's said, but happy as he learned that Sabo was still alive. Luffy: "I can't believe it... Sabo's alive... it's a miracle..." Zoro: "I thought Ace was your only brother?" Kin'emon: "I wasn't aware that Sir Luffy even had brothers." Zoro: "Yeah, his older brother is Ace, but I never knew Luffy had another brother..." Luffy: "Well... I thought he was dead all this time... for 12 years now..." Sanji: "Really?, what happened?" Luffy: "I'll tell ya later, first I gotta kick Dolflamingo's butt!" Viola: "He's right, we don't have much time before my father life ends." Kin'emon: "Not to mention Kanjuro's too." Kyros: "Let's hope Leo and the others take down Sugar by the time we get up there so I can fight back." so with that, the group went up the palace, in hopes to rescue the former king and Kin'emon's fellow samurai and friend. Underneath the Colosseum, Sugar (voiced by Natalie Hoover) was turning the people who lost the battles above, including Cavendish, Sai, Orlumbus, Ideo, and Hajrudin into toys, making them work as slaves to transfer weapons that are being used to continue wars around the world. It wasn't long before Usopp, Leo and Robin went down below and saw Sugar eating what looked like grapes. Usopp: "So that's her, right?" Leo: "Yeah, be careful not to let her touch you with her hands... otherwise you'll turn into a toy..." Robin: "So how do we knock her out?" Leo: "With this special grape we made, it might look like like a normal grape, but it's the hottest fruit in the world that can make you breathe fire, the shock will surly knock her own." Usopp: "So we just need to get her eat it?, that's shouldn't be a problem." Robin: "Usopp... I think you spoke a little too soon." said Robin, as a lot of grunts came to the scene, ready to attack. Back with Luffy's group, they managed to get into the palace, but now they need to find the room where King Riku and Kanjuro were at the moment. Sanji: "Now let's not get separated, you'll surly get lost." Viola: "Don't worry, I grew up here." Sanji: "I was actually talking to Moss head." Zoro: "What?!, I don't get lost that easily!" Sanji: "Are you kidding?!, you'd get lost on the ship!" Kyros: "Do they always fight one another?" Kin'emon: "I'm afraid I can't answer, as I only met them only yesterday." Luffy: "Yeah, they do it a lot, but they always get the job down, and they're really strong." Kyros: "I hope so... cause we'll need all the help we can get to take down Dolflamingo and free our kingdom... and give my poor Rebecca a better future..." Luffy: "Rebecca?, the girl with the pink hair that dresses up like a gladiator?" Kyros: "Yes... she's my daughter." Luffy: "Huh?, but you're a toy." Sanji: "Didn't you hear about what Franky learned about the toys, they're really people who got turned into toys and the spell made their loved ones lose their memories of their existence." Luffy: "Really?, so Rebecca doesn't really know who you are?" Kyros: "No... but it doesn't matter, as long as I can make her happy, then I will not stop fighting." back with Nami's group, they were waiting for the others to make their report, when the Demon trio showed up, ready for another round. ScreamClaw: "Alright... hand over the brats or else!" Nami: "Didn't we take you creeps out already?" Conis: "Yeah, I could have sworn we took you down already..." ThunderSmacker: "If you think we're just average demon grunts, then you're in for a rude awaking, we're not gonna let our butts kicked around that easily." SpaceWarp: "Y-y-yeah... what they said..." Law: "This is sad, why don't you try bother someone that you're a match against?" ScreamClaw: "You're starting to annoy us... Trafalgar... D... Law." hearing that made Law gasped in surprise, while the others looked at him in confusion. Chopper: "You got a middle initial like Luffy's?" Law: "Wha... how did you..." ScreamClaw: "We know about those with the Will of D... who are known as sworn enemies of the Gods of this world... the Celestial Dragons." ThunderSmacker: "You know... I do believe that Dolflamingo wants to see you at the palace." said ThunderSmacker, before he fires an electrical beam from his pitch fork that hits Law, paralyzing him before he fell to the ground, and SpaceWarp grabs him and flew off with his fellow demons to the palace. Chopper: "Law!, no!" Brook: "Oh no!, they took Law!" Nami: "At least the kids are safe..." unaware to Nami, Tommy and his friends saw the whole thing, and they felt guilty as they believe it was their fault that Law was taken, so they sneaked away from the ship and head off to the palace in hopes to save Law. When Nami went to look for the kids, she only found Momonosuke in his dragon form. Momonosuke: "O Nami, we got trouble!, Tommy and the others are going after Law!" Nami: "What?!, why would they do that?" Momonosuke: "They think it's their fault that Law was taken, so they're going to the island to save him!" Chopper: "They must be crazy!" Brook: "They sure are brave for little children like themselves..." Nami: "Oh... what are we gonna do...?, I gotta go after the kids, but I can't leave Momonosuke alone with just Chopper and Brook, and especially not alone with Caesar..." Vivi: "Don't worry, Conis and I will go look for them." Conis: "That is if you let us." Nami: "Just be careful." Vivi: "Sure thing." Nami: "Good luck." said Nami, as Vivi and Conis went off to find Tommy's group, while Caesar was still in cuffs, unable to go anywhere. Caesar: "Face it, the chances of you defeating Joker are zero, you can never defeat him, and even if you could, you'll have to face Kaido's wrath next." Nami: "I won't lie that I'm not afraid of Dolflamingo and Kaido... but I have faith in my captain... if there's anyone who can take them down... it's Luffy." meanwhile, back in the palace, Luffy's group got to a hallway where they see a door that leads to the room where Dolflamingo was, along with the Demon trio who looked down at a chained up Law, King Riku (voiced by Mark Oristano), and Kanjuro (voiced by Ben Bryant). Dolflamingo: "Well this is too good to be true, Law, Riku, and the samurai from Wano in the same room." Riku: "If you wanted to kill me, then you should have down it a long time ago." Dolflamingo: "Well I only speared you 10 years ago due to your daughter Viola joining my family... but she decided to betray me, so it's only fair I return the favor... and to make sure you won't get in my way anymore." Law: "You might get rid of us... but the Straw Hats are here... and they're known to pull off miracles that powerful foes they faced were defeated by." Dolflamingo: "I'll admit that I'm impressed that they got this far... but their journey ends here, and so is yours." Kanjuro: "You might end my life here, but there is still hope for Wano as long as Momonosuke still lives." Dolflamingo: "We'll see about that..." meanwhile, in the Colosseum, Sabo was disguised a Lucy, and he was one of the last contenders in the last round, along with Burgess, Rebecca, Bartolomeo and Diamante, one of Dolflamingo's top officers. Down below the Colosseum, the Tontatta tribe were doing their best to fight back the grunts, while Usopp tries to aim the hot grape at Sugar, but one of the grunts caught Usopp and tied him up. Robin tried to free Usopp, but she was touched and turned into a doll by Sugar, who then took the grape. Sugar: "Sorry long nose, but you along with the Straw Hats are finished, and no one will even remember you... so have this grape back." said Sugar, before she forced Usopp to eat the grape. Once that happened however, fire came out of his mouth and the long nose pirate made a face fault so scary that it scared the living heck out of Sugar, causing her to fall down and hit her head, knocking her out. All the grunts were shocked to see this, and worried what would happen now. At the moment Sugar passed out, the spell on all the toys all over the island began to fade, changing them back to their original forms, and tons of memories were flooding back to their loved ones too. Meanwhile, back at the palace, the Demon trio just got a call from a transponder snail that had one of the grunts on the others side, telling the bad news. SpaceWarp: "Uh... oh... we got a p-p-problem..." Dolflamingo: "What is it?" SpaceWarp: "It's Sugar... s-s-she passed out..." Dolflamingo: "... Hey... is that kind of bad joke?!" SpaceWarp: "I'm not j-j-joking..." ThunderSmacker: "But won't that mean..." ScreamClaw: "The toys are turning back to normal!" back with Luffy's group, Kyros has changed back to normal, and Luffy was amazed by the sight of him, while Viola had tears of joy as she remembers him now. Luffy: "Hey... is that the toy soldier's true form?" Viola: "Yes... he's Kyros... the greatest gladiator in all of history of Dressrosa..." Luffy: "The statue guy?!" Viola: "Yes... and Rebecca's father..." that was when Kyros came into the room, ready to swing his sword at the enemy. Dolflamingo: "It's you!" Riku: "Kyros my boy!" Kyros: "I'm sorry to keep you waiting!, but I shall retake our kingdom at long last!" shouted Kyros, as he cuts off Dolflamingo's head, yet not blood appeared, and the sight of what Kyros did shocked the Demon trio, along with Law and Kanjuro. ThunderSmacker: "He's... dead?" ScreamClaw: "No way... he couldn't be taken down that easily..." Kyros: "Now demons... if I were you, I would get out of the way." SpaceWarp: "Uh... okay... as y-y-you wish..." that was when Luffy's group went in, and Viola went to her father. Viola: "Father, are you alright?" Riku: "Well I've been through worse... and Kyros... I am so sorry for not remembering you... it was as if I too was under a spell..." Kyros: "You are not to blame, it's Dolflamingo and his family that should be blamed for this." Kin'emon: "Kanjuro, it's good to see you're okay." Kanjuro: "Never mind me, where's Momonosuke?, is he alright?" Kin'emon: "Rest assured, he's alright, as we found powerful allies while on the way back here." meanwhile in the Colosseum, the toys that were watching the battle began to change back their true forms, much to the surprise of everyone around them. Gatz: "What is going on?!, all the toys are turning human!, or giant animals!" Bartolomeo: "Whoa... any idea what's causing this?, and why are you crying?, you didn't get hurt." asked Bartolomeo to Rebecca, who was crying at the moment. Rebecca: "It's just... I just remembered that... I have a father!" Bartolomeo: "Huh?, what are you talking about?, how could you forget something like that?" Rebecca: "I don't know... it's if a spell that's been on my for 10 years has been removed..." Bartolomeo: "Really?, hang on... could the toys' transformations have something to do with it?" Sabo: "I believe so..." before he managed to take a chest that had the Flame Flame fruit inside, then ate the fruit itself. It wasn't long before Sabo tests out his new ability and used a Fire Fist attack on the ground, which begins to form a hole that will soon be as big as the battlefield. Down under the Colosseum, all the toys there transformed back to their original forms, and Hajrudin picks up Usopp. Hajrudin: "You suffered so much in order to free us... I am forever in your debt..." Usopp: "Please... show... me..." said Usopp, who was really trying to say 'Please show mercy on me' but was too hurt to complete it. Hajrudin: "Everyone!, here is the man who freed us all from our curse!, I heard from the little people that he is known as Usopp!, remember his face as he is our savoir!" that was when the hole Sabo made appeared, and sunlight shined on Usopp, making him look like a god. Sabo and the other gladiators, who managed to land on a soft spot, watched Hajrudin holding up Usopp. Some of the prisoners began to think Usopp was a god and everyone started calling him a god. meanwhile, back at the palace, Luffy wasn't very happy at the moment. Luffy: "Oh man!, I wanted to kick Dolflamingo's butt..." Kyros: "My apologies, but I've been wanting to do that for 10 long years now." suddenly, they heard the sound of Dolflamingo's laugh, which surprised everyone as his head was cut off, yet he was not only alive but talking. Dolflamingo: "Well you're in luck if you want a piece of me... as I'm still alive..." Kyros: "What?!, how is this possible?!" Law: "He's not the real Dolflamingo!, he's a doppelganger made of strings!" that was when the real Dolflamingo showed up. Dolflamingo: "That's right, and boy... this is a real mess I'm in... I have no choice but to use the Bird Cage..." hearing this made Law gasped in shock and horror. Law: "The Bird Cage?!" Dolflamingo: "Correct... you remembered it, don't ya Law." Riku: "The Bird Cage... I've never heard of it before..." Viola: "Nor have I... but if Law is freaking out by it... then it can't be anything good..." Dolflamingo: "Tell me Riku, you remember that night when I made you attack your people?, well what I'm about to do is something far worse than that night could ever be." said Dolflamingo, before he fires a lot of string into the sky, and strings began to fall and surrounding the island like a bird cage, which was how the attack got it's name. On the Sunny, Nami's group saw the stings and tried to cut it, but it was no good. Brook: "This is some tough string..." Chopper: "Could it be Dolflamingo's work?" Nami: "It must be... but not only that, I can't contact the others, not even Vivi and Conis, I think these strings are blocking the transmission." Momonosuke: "Oh no... father's in there... he could be in trouble... and so is Kanjuro..." meanwhile, inside the Bird Cage, Dolflamingo begins to shoot tiny needles of string at some of the people in Dressrosa, which allows him to control them like puppets, and forcing them to attack one another against their will, and soon chaos was thrown all over the island. Suddenly, Dolflamingo summons a giant stone man that came out of the ground, who was Pika, the man of the Stone Stone fruit, and orders him to take the palace to a large sunflower hill, leaving Luffy's group behind. More trouble brewed for the Straw Hats and their allies as Dolflamingo has announced that he might stop the chaos he has created if the people of Dressrosa captures those with stars on their heads, and each star is worth 100,000,000 berries. The ones with stars are Rebecca, Sabo, Kin'emon, Riku, Kyros, Law and Luffy, as for who has the most stars, that would be Usopp, much to his shock and horror as he'll be the most wanted one. The ones who were still loyal to Usopp were Hajrudin, Cavendish, Sai, Ideo, Orlumbus, and Leo and the Tontatta tribe, who must protect Usopp at all costs. That was when the SMILE factory was being moved, thanks to Pika of course, and now it was at the surface. As for Sabo, he has reunited with his teammates, a Fish-man named Hack (voiced by Garrett Schenck), and Koala (voiced by Jeannie Tirado), the little girl that Fisher Tiger saved now grown up and a member of the Revolutionary army, and Sabo was the Chief of staff now. Sabo: "Well this is fine mess... Dolflamingo must really want us dead..." Koala: "Well that's no surprise, we learned a lot of dark secrets that he didn't want to be exposed." Bartolomeo: "Hey... the man with the long nose... is he by chance... Sniper King?" Robin: "Yup, his name is Usopp." Bartolomeo: "Wow... it's so awesome that I get to meet not only Sniper King, but the woman that the Straw Hats would declare war on the World Government to save!, this is a dream come true!" Hack: "... This is the same guy who hurt my hand?" Koala: "He did?, how?" Bartolomeo: "I have the power of the Barrier Barrier fruit, which allows me to create barriers that are tougher than steel and stuff like that." Robin: "Sounds pretty handy for defense." Bartolomeo: "Sure, but it can use as a weapon too, like ramming the barriers into things." Koala: "We better get moving, before more of those goons show up." Cavendish: "Let them come, I have a score to settle with them and Dolflamingo." Ideo: "No kidding, he's gonna pay for making slaves out of us like that." Hajrudin: "Indeed, he has no honor." Blue Gilly: "I'm gonna kick his butt to next week!" Sai: "Hold on!, I'm gonna be the one who gets to beat him!" Orlumbus: "No way!, I'm gonna be the one who'll make Dolflamingo pay!" Leo: "Hold on!, what about us?!, we've been waiting for 10 years to make him pay!" it wasn't long before the group started to argue more about who gets to make Dolflamingo pay, before Usopp shouted them all to stop, which caught their attention. Usopp: "If there's anyone who should do it... that person should be my captain, Luffy." Leo: "Oh yeah, Luffy land is your captain, is he really strong enough?" Usopp: "You bet he is, as he already took down some of the other 7 warlords of the sea before Dolflamingo." Sai: "Really?, that's reassuring." Usopp: "So let's have faith in Luffy on defeating Luffy." that was when Vivi and Conis came to the scene. Vivi: "And if you still want to fight, you can deal with the top officers of Dolflamingo's crew." Orlumbus: "I guess that can work." Usopp: "What are you doing here Vivi?, shouldn't you and Conis be at the Sunny?" Conis: "We were, but Nami sent us to find Tommy the other kids, they're somewhere in the city." Su: "Suu~, Suu~." Usopp: "What?!, you mean they could be in the middle of the chaos up there?!" Vivi: "I'm afraid so... we need to find them fast." that was when Usopp's Transponder snail rang and Luffy was the one calling. Luffy: "Hey guys, did you see Usopp's stars?, that was funny." Usopp: "No it's not!, you better not be calling us just to make fun of me!" Luffy: "Nah, I wanted to know if you found the factory." Usopp: "Well it was here, but something made it moved up to the surface..." Zoro: "It must have been that giant stone man that moved the palace..." Sanji: "Say... didn't Tommy and the other kids mentioned him earlier?" Zoro: "Yeah, which means as long as he's around, we won't be able to get to Dolflamingo easily..." Luffy: "Hey Zoro... that stone guy is yours if you want." Zoro: "Sure thing, and Dolflamingo's all yours." that was when Rebecca came over to the snail. Rebecca: "Lucy... the toy soldier, is he okay?, and did he turned human too?" Luffy: "Yeah, and guess what, he was that statue guy Kyros, and your dad too, bet cha looking forward to seeing him, huh?" hearing this made Rebecca cry a little, before smiling a little. Rebecca: "Yes... I sure am... is he with you?" Luffy: "Uh... he was, but he's gone, and I don't have a clue where he went." Viola: "If I had to guess... he's going after Diamante, for he was the one who killed Rebecca's mother, Scarlett." Luffy: "Oh... I guess it's personal..." Rebecca: "... Father..." Luffy: "Listen Rebecca... I'm sorry that I couldn't let you get the Flame Flame fruit... I know you wanted it to get stronger... but I can promise you this, I'm gonna give Dolflamingo the butt kicking of his life, just you wait and see!" Rebecca: "... Yes... I wish you good luck Lucy... be careful..." Luffy: "Don't worry... I'll be fine... and trust me, Dressrosa is gonna be free again." said Luffy, before he ends the call and gets up, ready to fight Dolflamingo and free Dressrosa for Rebecca's sake.
