The wedding on Whole Cake island part 1

Some time after leaving Zou, The Thousand Sunny heads off to Whole Cake island, in hopes to rescue Sanji, though it seems the rescue team might meet their end before they could get to Whole Cake island, due to having no food left. Gidget: "You just had to eat all the food at once... didn't you...?" Jokey: "I didn't know it would take more than a day to get to Big Mom's place!, and also you ate some too!" Gidget: "Yeah, but Tommy and I only ate a few things, you and Jokeo ate everything else at once!" Tommy: "Please... stop arguing, we're already in enough trouble without blaming who got us into this mess." Jokeo: "Tommy's right... Mr Pedro is mad at us already by stowing away." that was when they noticed the water of the sea was getting hot enough to have bubbles coming out of it, which made Nami and Chopper very concerned. Chopper: "I don't like the look of this..." Nami: "Me neither..." that was when Luffy and Brook, who were fishing in hopes to get some fish, got a bite on their line and pulled out a large purple fish. Luffy: "Alright!, we got ourselves a big one!, finally we can eat!" Brook: "Yes, I was worried that I would turn into bones... wait... I already did that over 50 years ago... Yo, ho, ho, ho, ho, ho, ho!" Carrot: "I'm more into carrots over meat, but right now I can go for just about anything." Chopper: "I better take a look at the book of fish to see what kind this is, just to make sure it's safe." said Chopper, before he takes a look at the book he was looking for, and when he found the match, he gasped in shock and ran up to the others. When he got out though, the fish was already gone. Tommy: "Hey!, we needed to eat too!" Luffy: "Sorry..." Chopper: "Oh no!, you didn't eat the fish's skin too, did ya?!" Gidget: "No, we didn't get to eat it at all as Luffy swallowed it whole." Chopper: "Oh no!, this is bad, that fish's skin was poisonous!" Tommy: "What?!" Jokeo: "It was poisonous?!" Jokey: "And Mr Luffy ate it..." that was when everyone looked at Luffy, who fell down and turned pale and steam came out of his mouth, due to the poison taking effect. Chopper: "Oh no!, this is very bad!, he needs a doctor fast!" Nami: "You're the doctor!, remember?!" Chopper: "Oh right!, I better help him fast, or the poison will kill him!" Pekoms: "Honestly, that Straw Hat never thinks anything else but his stomach..." Pedro: "What about Big Mom?" Pekoms: "Uh... okay, fair enough, but she's more into sweets than meat..." Jokey: "Hey guys... there's a Snail coming this way..." said Jokey, before a giant sea snail, which is being used as a ship, came to the scene and a stranger jumped from it and landed on the deck of the Sunny. Carrot: "Who are you?!, a foe?!" asked Carrot, before the stranger, who was a woman named Reiju (voiced by Alexis Tipton) turned around and looked the crew. Reiju: "Relax, we're not here to cause trouble... not this time at least." Gidget: "Hey... is it just me... or does that lady look a little like Sanji?" Jokey: "Was Mr Sanji really a woman?" Gidget: "No you idiot!, she's a lady that looks like him." Tommy: "I wonder if she's related to him..." that was when Reiju looked at Luffy. Reiju: "Well... it appears that man has eaten the fish with the poisonous skin, how lucky, cause the poison of the fish is my favorite snack." said Reiju, before she went over to Luffy, grabbed his head to lift it up a little, and started smooching him, much to everyone's shock. Nami: "HUH?!" Brook: "Luffy's getting a smooch!" Pekoms: "How daring!" Pedro: "Hold on... is she sucking the poison out?!" asked Pedro in shock, as Reiju was indeed sucking the poison out of Luffy's body through the smooch. Chopper: "Hold on!, if you suck the poison, then you'll be the one in danger!" shouted Chopper, before Reiju finally released the smooch and ate all the poison, and some purple steam came out of her mouth, which everyone gasped in shock. All: "HUH?!" Reiju: "Well... that was delicious." Chopper: "Wait a minute!, you sucked all the poison!, are you okay?" Reiju: "No need to worry, I was genetically designed to devour poison, which is how I got the name Poison Pink." Carrot: "Poison... Pink..." Reiju: "That's right." said Reiju, before Luffy got up and gasped for air, before seeing Reiju. Luffy: "Huh?, Sanji?!, why are you a girl?!" Nami: "That's not Sanji you idiot!" Reiju: "Ah, you must be the crew my little brother was in." Luffy: "Huh... little brother?" Pekoms: "Yes... she's the oldest sibling of the Vinsmoke family, Reiju the Poison Pink, they are known for their technology, which is why Big Mom wants your cook to marry one of her daughters, so she can have that tech." Luffy: "Wait... since when was Sanji a scientist?" Reiju: "He's not, but he was created through cloning and genetically modified to be not only strong, but emotionless and heartless,... as father saw them as a weakness... however, unlike my other siblings, Sanji was the only one who still has his emotions due to our mother trying to use a drug to keep him from being emotionless and heartless, but she passed away as a cost..." Nami: "That's awful..." Reiju: "Yes, and when father found out about Sanji being normal compared to the rest of us, he treated him like garbage and locked him up with little food and forced him to wear a mask, making my brother wished himself to disappear..." Luffy: "Sanji's dad sounds like a real jerk..." Reiju: "Yes... then one day, using are snail here, we climbed over the Red Line to the East Blue, and that's when I helped him escape, and that was the last time I saw him... at least until now, as he taken to Whole Cake island by those demons." Tommy: "The Demon trio..." Reiju: "That's right, now if you want to see my brother, he's getting ready for the wedding, not just because he wants to get married, but to protect those of the Baratie and you." said Reiju, before she jumps off the Sunny and went back to her own ship with her brothers. The one with red hair is Ichiji (voiced by Howard Wang), the one with blue hair is Niji (voiced by Austin Tindle), and the one with green hair was Yonji (voiced by Clifford Chapin), and they were nowhere being as nice as Sanji. Ichiji: "Why waste your time with those people?" Reiju: "Cause one of them had my favorite snack." Niji: "So they're the Straw Hats huh?, those losers that Sanji joined?, they don't seem like much, not really a surprise as Sanji is lame himself... though that woman with the orange hair... she's a real looker." Reiju: "Not as much of a looker as the Straw Hat boy to my eyes." Niji: "Well of course you would as you're a girl." Reiju: "Maybe, but I'm not the type who would chase down anyone of the opposite gender like you three." said Reiju, before the Vinsmoke ship sailed away from the scene. As for the Straw Hats, they noticed that the clouds were raining cotton candy. Chopper: "Wow!, cotton candy!" Carrot: "Yummy!, it might be candy but it's still food!, and we gotta eat something!" Pekoms: "This means we're just about to enter Big Mom's territory... and there's a good chance the Territorial sea slugs will detect us." Pedro: "Yes, whenever a ship goes near them, they emit warning waves that transponder snails pick up, alerting the enemy we're here... which won't be long now..." said Pedro, as he was right, the territorial sea slugs begin emitting warnings waves to let the enemy know the Straw Hats were entering their turf. However, once the ship got to the island, only Pekoms was spotted, telling the guard that he stole the ship from the Straw Hats when they weren't looking, which the guards fell for and let the ship passed. Once the ship got a place to dock, Nami, Gidget and Carrot got some new outfits to blend in, while the guys got some outfits too. Carrot: "Wow... this place is full of all kinds of people, there's even some minks, it's like a Utopia of all races..." Pekoms: "That's the whole point of this place, it's Big Mom's dream, to create a utopia where all races are family, she's a mother of many children, and they managed to have children of their own, and mama sometimes marry more than once to have more children, and same would go for the children." Brook: "My goodness, she really is a big mom..." Carrot: "Oh... so that's why she's called that..." Pedro: "Maybe... but I wouldn't say she's a really great mom to have..." Pekoms: "Well nobody's perfect..." that was when Luffy, Chopper, Carrot, and the hyena twins ran off as they see houses made of chocolate. Gidget: "Uh oh... would they get in trouble if they eat the houses?" Pekoms: "Not if the houses were about to be expired... why'd you asked?" Tommy: "Cause Mr Luffy, Miss Carrot, Mr Chopper, along with the twins just ran off to eat the houses..." Pekoms: "What?!" gasped Pekoms, as Luffy, Carrot, Chopper, and the twins were indeed eating the houses. They would have gotten into trouble if a lady named Pudding (voiced by Jill Harris) came and covered for them, telling the folks that they came to eat the houses as they were about to be expired, which the folks believed and minded their business. It wasn't long before Pudding introduced herself to Luffy and his team, who went into her house so they can have a chat. Luffy: "So you're the girl who's marrying Sanji?" Pudding: "Yeah... he seems like a nice man... though I doubt he would want to marry me." Nami: "I wouldn't say that, he would do anything to win a woman's heart... believe me..." Pudding: "Even so... he's only marrying me cause mama and Germa 66 plan to attack you and the Baratie in the East Blue if he doesn't cooperate, and I sort of feel guilty for that..." Brook: "Don't be hard on yourself, I'm sure Sanji would be happy to marry a nice girl like you." Pudding: "You really think so?" Carrot: "Sure, Sanji is a really kind man, in fact he saved my home not too long ago, not to mention he can make really yummy soup." Luffy: "So do you know where Sanji is?" Pudding: "He should be at the castle, beyond the forest... but let me warn you, the forest can play tricks on those it sees as an enemy." Jokeo: "What do you mean?" Pudding: "Well... mama has the powers of the Soul Soul fruit, which allows her to take parts of people's souls, including her own, and put them into other things so they can come to life." Nami: "Really?" Chopper: "Creepy... that sounds a lot like how Moria's powers worked back at Thriller Bark..." Brook: "Yes... except these aren't zombies really... I wonder if they'll love my music...?" unaware to the others, Gidget couldn't help but feel really uneasy around Pudding, like she knew something about her that was unsettling. Tommy: "Hey Gidget, something wrong?" Gidget: "Huh?, uh no... not really... my mind was just... on other things..." said Gidget, before Luffy's team went off to the forest, unaware that at that moment, inside the castle, Big Mom (voiced by Pam Dougherty), just got word that Luffy and his team were already at her doorstep. Big Mom: "Mama mama... so he's here already?... good... ♪You're... mine... Straw Hat~♫." which was really tricky as not only was the forest alive, but they keep moving around, making it easy for the group to get lost. Things got worse for the group as they ran into Brulee (voiced by Rachel Robinson) a woman who has the powers of the Mirror Mirror fruit, which allows her to travel through a dimension of mirrors and change the reflection of herself and others into anything she wants. She managed to trap both Carrot and Chopper into the Mirror world, but lost track of Luffy and the others. Brulee tried to cook up Chopper and Carrot, but it turned out that she only captured animals that look like Chopper and Carrot through her powers by mistake, and the real ones managed to get the drop on her and captured her. Brulee: "You little brats!, how dare you used my own powers against me!" Chopper: "You were the one who used it, now how do we get out of here..." Carrot: "Hey... I got an idea, we can use the mirrors to find Sanji and the others!" Chopper: "Oh!, that's great thinking!, let's do it!" said Chopper, as he and Carrot ran off through the Mirror world, while carrying a sack that had Brulee all tied up in. As for Brook and Pedro, they got separated from Nami and Luffy, along with Tommy's group, but they had to keep going, and need to get a rubbing of Big Mom's Poneglyph. Tommy's group were still lost in the woods, but that was the least of their problems, for they have once again run into the Demon trio, who were waiting for them. ScreamClaw: "Well if it isn't the little brats who owe us their souls, how nice of you to come." ThunderSmacker: "Yeah, saving us the trouble of finding you." SpaceWarp: "Y-y-yeah... what they said..." Tommy: "Oh you got to be kidding me..." Gidget: "Run!" Jokey: "Yeah!" Jokeo: "Run!" shouted the little mink children, before they make a run for it, while the Demon trio were chasing behind them. ScreamClaw: "You know... I love it when they run, it gives us a good workout on our wings or legs." ThunderSmacker: "They better not make the chase end too soon, otherwise it would be too boring." SpaceWarp: "If we can c-c-catch them that is..." ScreamClaw: "Oh shut up!" shouted ScreamClaw, before he and the other demons continued the chase to catch the little mink children. Back with Luffy, he and Nami were facing one of the top officers, known as Cracker, and he was tough. Luffy had to use Fourth Gear to take him down, but it really wore him out, and that was when a lot of guards showed up and caught both Luffy and Nami. Back with Pedro and Brook, they went into the chamber where the Poneglyph was located, and Pedro was served as the distraction while Brook gets the rubbing to copy the text on the stone. However, just when Brook finished with the rubbing, Big Mom showed up, ready to attack the skeleton. Brook tries to fight back, but her skin was really tough due to her armament Haki, and with the help of her living sun minion named Prometheus (voiced by Alex Mai), and her living cloud minion known as Zeus (voiced by Kevin Thelwell), along with her living hat minion named Napoleon (voiced by Aaron Campbell), which can turn into a sword, she managed to beat Brook with ease, and plans to keep him to her collection of rare and unusual things. Big Mom: "Ah... of all the rare things I got in my land, the living skeleton is very special..." Prometheus: "You can say that again, it's not everyday you get to meet a living skeleton." Zeus: "Too bad he's not something I can eat, I'm hungry..." Napoleon: "You're always hungry!" Big Mom: "Now boys, no fighting with one another, save your energy for the assassination of the Vinsmoke family once Black Leg and Pudding are married, for once they're dead, I shall have full control of Germa 66." this made Brook gasp in shock, realizing that Sanji and his family were in terrible danger. Speaking of Sanji, he was carrying a basket full of food, when he heard the sound of Pudding and Reiju talking behind a door. Turns out that Pudding not only had a third eye, but she has an evil side that comes when she wants to, and has the powers of the Memory Memory fruit, which controls the memories of others. She shot Reiju on the leg earlier and told her about the assassin plan against the Vinsmoke family, and were only using Sanji just so the Big Mom pirates can have Germa 66's tech. Pudding then used her powers to remove Reiju's memories of what she just seen and heard, and telling her that she had an accident and will need some rest. Unaware of Pudding, Sanji heard everything and he was heartbroken, and then heard one of the nearby guards that Luffy and Nami were captured not too long ago, which made Sanji gasp in shock and quickly made his way to find and rescue her crew mates before it's too late. As for Luffy and Nami, they were both prisoners, but then someone took down the guards, and came in front of them, someone they weren't expecting, but happy to see. Luffy: "Huh... Jimbei?!" Nami: "Is it really you?!" Jimbei: "Yes, it's good to see you again." Luffy: "Boy are we happy to see you, but what are you doing here?" Jimbei: "Well... the thing is my crew and I have been allied with the Big Mom pirates since Whitebeard's passing, but tomorrow, I'm severing ties with her... so that I can join your crew." Luffy: "Really?!, that's great!" Jimbei: "Yes, but first we need to get out of here." that was when Sanji came to the scene, and he was shocked to see Jimbei along with Luffy and Nami. Sanji: "Jimbei?!, what are you doing here?!" Luffy: "Sanji!" shouted Luffy, before he and Nami went to hug him, much to Sanji's surprise. Sanji: "Uh... yeah, it's me, I heard you were prisoners... so I came to help ya out... but I guess Jimbei beat me to ya..." Jimbei: "My apologies, I thought you were getting ready for the wedding." Sanji: "Well... I don't really know if I'm looking forward to it... for I learned about Pudding's true colors..." said Sanji, before he explained to them about what he heard. Luffy: "What?!, she tricked us?!" Nami: "I guess we should have seen that coming... she is one of Big Mom's daughters... speaking of which... one of the guards tried to force me to tell them where Lola was." Sanji: "The pirate lady we met on Thriller Bark?" Nami: "Yeah... turns out that Lola is one of Big Mom's daughters... but they see her as a traitor and want her dead..." Sanji: "Really?, boy... this is one rotten family... just like mine..." Luffy: "Hold on, your sister's not really that bad, I mean she did saved my life." Sanji: "Really?, how?" Nami: "Well... she sucked the poison out of him after he ate the skin of a poisonous fish..." Sanji: "When you said sucking..." Nami: "She smooched him..." Sanji: "WHAT?!, HOW COULD HE HAVE A SMOOCH BEFORE ME?!" Luffy: "What's a smooch?" Jimbei: "Um... could we perhaps talk about this somewhere else?, like where the enemy can't find us?" Nami: "Good idea." said Nami, before the group ran off to find someplace to hide in, while Sanji was looking down, crying a little bit. Luffy: "What's wrong?" Sanji: "Well it's just... I'm so happy that you came for me... even though I'm a failure..." Nami: "What are you talking about?" Sanji: "Well... Reiju probably told you about me being a failure to my family, right?" Luffy: "Yeah, but you shouldn't listen to them, you're no failure, you're the best cook ever, the man I want to be my cook, I wouldn't pick any other, in fact I won't anything unless you made it." Sanji: "Really?" Luffy: "Sure." Sanji: "Dang... you're such an idiot... but then again... I wouldn't have it any other way..." Nam: "Same with me..." Sanji: "Still... even if my family are rotten scumbags... I just can't let them die... once the wedding starts... they're done for..." Luffy: "... Then let's crash the wedding!" Nami: "What?!" Sanji: "Huh?" Luffy: "Come on, we can save them that way, right?" Sanji: "Hmm... yeah I guess so... hey Nami, would that be okay with you?" Nami: "Well... if you come back with us... sure." Sanji: "Thanks, and I promise you that you'll have a great dinner when we get out of here." Nami: "That's the best news I've heard all day." Luffy: "Alright!, let's do this!" shouted Luffy, before he and the others continued to run.
