Chapter 50: The Galactic War of the Mammalians

(Unknown Facility)

In a very large, unknown facility, a large glass container stood in the center. Inside was the titan that powered the populated cities of Inkadia, the Great Zapfish. Soon, a very large hairy creature was slowly stomping its way towards the glass container.

"Yes..... Preparations are all completed....." The creature said in his deep, raspy voice. "Once I get a sample of Inkling fluids from the old senior, the plan to reshape the world can finally go into motion....."

(Future Utopia Island, Alterna)

After barely escaping an ambush from the Fuzzy Octarians, our heroes recovered a third of this mysterious machinery and are taking it back to camp. The ship was now making a landing in the waters next to the camp. The gangway is lowered, and everyone helps carry this thing next to the others.

"Oh! Back with another one!" Orla shouted in excitement.

"Yeah, you can thank Ash and the rest for getting them all." Said Marie.

"Yeah, you all crushed it." Hallie said with a thumbs up.

"Aah, thanks, guys!" Said Callie.

"Thanks, we've worked hard getting these. And we couldn't have done it without Shiver and Big Man." Said Ash.

"Thanks..." Shiver said timidly.

"Ay! (It was no problem!)" Big Man ayes.

Soon, Pikachu and Glowy run towards Ash and Callie.

"Pikachu! I missed you!" Ash shouted in joy.

"Hey, Glowy! Have you been a good boy?!" Callie shouted as she held Glowy in her hands.

Suddenly, Marie is getting another distress message from gramps.

"Come in! Do you copy?!" Gramps said in the communication.

"Are you okay? What's happening, where are you?" Marie replied.

"Hah! Finally, I got this dadblasted thing working again! Okay, so....here's my report." Said Cuttlefish. "I'm being held captive by someone or something calling themselves Mr. Grizz. I heard that loud and clear. As for where I am? Beats me. But my left knee is aching something fierce, which means I'm at altitude. Somewhere high up!"

"Well, that's a pretty good hint. There's only one place that fits the bill, right?"

"Well, well. Your injured knee may have betrayed this location, but don't expect any workers comp!" A new voice spoke on the mic, and it was very familiar to most of the gang. "Thank you for this, by the way. I won't underestimate the legendary leader of the Squidbeak Splatoon again. I'll just go ahead and deal with you now....before you become an inconvenience."

"Wait a min... Hey! What's that? What do ya think you're doing? Gyaaah!" Gramps shouted in agony.

Then, the communication was cut off.

"...Huh. That didn't sound good for gramps..." Marie said in worries.

"Gramps! We're coming for you!" Callie shouted in worries. "Just as soon as we figure out how to get to wherever you are..."

Soon, everyone had their eyes on the rocket ship in the center of Alterna.

"So, Gramps is up there..." Marie whispered.

"If that's the case." Ash said as he put on his Ink Suit, then closing the helmet. "Let's do this!"

"But there's too much fuzzy ooze in the way." Said Callie.
