Hello my lovelies!
Well, perhaps the title is a tiny misnomer—I've actually been wanting to pair these two up as friends for quite a while, and I figured that since I just have Amaya's design a few updates and I've been having daily thunderstorms for about a week or so now that it would be a perfect use of my time (I also gave Hiyori a subtle hair change because her bangs before were an actual pain in the wrist-)
I honestly just thought the idea of two girls who know what it's like to be disregarded by people for being "strange" finding each other and becoming friends to be really sweet, plus I thought their personalities worked well together—Hiyori's calmness can balance out Amaya's more excitable/intense nature—and their fighting styles would look cool together.
These two really need more love from me, they're my underrated queens- XD
Now, the artistic process was...certainly an endeavor. By which I mean that everything else was fine, but their faces took 68584939393 attempts. Why? Who heckin knows, I'm just having a bit of an off day today I guess. However, I had a lot of fun with the clothes and hair! Surprisingly Amaya's didn't make me want to throw my phone out a window, so yay to that!!
I've also been really working on drawing bows, since I just think they're cute. My sister says I'm obsessed with it but she's the one who got me into this hobby so I can do what I want :3
