Hi friends!
This was requested by my lovely friendo, avaaviesflowergirl, and features two of her characters—our lovely nature siblings: Sora and Mitsuko Kobayashi! I hope you don't mind the wait, it took me a few days to finish since I've been working extra hours and had to get it done in bits in pieces XD
You know, it's kinda funny how we both had the same idea of shipping Sora and Shouko together. I had so many ideas for what I wanted to do with this drawing since I was given pretty much creative freedom, and I decided to do a three-panel kind of thing showing their interaction as well as Mitsuko and Nagisa being the proud older siblings as a bonus panel :D
With that said, oh my g o d Nagisa was an endeavor. I went through so many poses and drew his face at least a dozen times. Even now I still don't know how I feel about how it came out, but it's the best it's gonna get so hopefully the others make up for it—sorry Nagisa I know I already make you suffer enough XD
On a more positive note, I had a lot of fun with drawing Sora and Mitsuko! Sure Sora's hair also took me a few attempts but I think he came together nicely—it was very much a trust the process sort of deal. I still really enjoyed drawing him though! I also had a lot of fun drawing Mitsuko—surprisingly she was the easiest for me even though it was my first time. Her hair bow was my favorite part, I'm a sucker for bows.
I also decided to challenge myself by doing backgrounds, using the butterfly estate as a guide. I'm no architect, but I still think it came out okay!
