Well, this was a part in my art journey that I wasn't sure if I was ready for—I used to do the occasional full body piece with no base in the beginning, although those sucked cause I couldn't figure out how to take my ideas from my head to the page

Well, this was a part in my art journey that I wasn't sure if I was ready for—I used to do the occasional full body piece with no base in the beginning, although those sucked cause I couldn't figure out how to take my ideas from my head to the page.

However, today, I finally bit the bullet practicing on my love, princess tutu :)

I don't know why I immediately went into practicing a ballet pose, but this was where the cookie crumbled so I ran with it. I tried to shade her clothes, but I think I need more practice on that.

I'll admit it, I lost my energy and didn't shade the jewelry/crown. Why you ask? Because I forgot to draw them and only realized after I finished coloring and shading everything else.

The first version of this drawing that I did was an impulse doodle so I'm not gonna do the whole comparison thing cause I don't like to look at it not gonna lie XD

Therefore the best solution was to draw it from memory

The last one I was doing more of the early-2000s anime meets five second doodle, but this time I tried to let my own style come through :)

See ya!
