Once again, I'm using Kasumi as my experimentation character for new art style stuff, this time working on chibis. I haven't drawn Kasumi in a while, so I thought I'd give it a whirl and see how it went. Surprisingly, I think she came out pretty well!
This time, I really wanted to challenge myself, so not only is this no base not clickbait, but I also tried to once again work on my shading. Shading's a hit or miss for me since it takes a lot of energy, but it also brings my drawings to life more and I actually do kinda wanna grow as an artist despite the fact that I only started to get down character designs.
Her hair's still a bit of a challenge for me, but I think I was able to pull something together in the end :)
And now it's time for your favorite part, the taisho era secret!
Kasumi, ever the hopeless romantic, collects romance themed light novels and reads them when she needs to unwind from her bustling day-to-day life- her favorite thing to do is enjoy one with a cup of tea by the window :)
Alrighty, that's all from me, I'll let the drawing do the talking from here—see ya!
