Hello hello again! I'm back with another drawing after what feels like a while, this time featuring my two most recent beans Shouko and Miyuki!
Honestly this was a pretty random idea of mine, but something about the fact that they're both similar in skill level made me start branching off into the idea of them being training buddies after being introduced through Nagisa (of course), and from there forming a bond! After all, they both need friends and I think these two would be good for each other and really help each other improve :3
I did briefly consider a ship between them, but later decided that they'd be better as a friendship since a) platonic relationships can be just a beautiful and b) Miyuki's already in a ship and I don't want to add unrequited love to the list of ways I hurt Shouko XD
I may or may not have a one shot possibly in the works for this storyline, but I thought I'd test the waters with a drawing first!
With that said, this drawing was far from easy- the struggle I had with the heads and faces was very real my friends, and I lost count of how many attempts Shouko's took- that, and the ribbon on her cloak as well as Miyuki's hair bow were giving me a lot of trouble for some reason.
Well, at least the clothes and hair weren't too troublesome—those are usually my favorite things to draw and luckily they have relatively simple outfits and hairstyles to save me the hand cramps
Yes I know I do these designs to myself and they're only as complicated as I make them, leave me alone I like to have fun XD
