So, up above is the image I used for a pose reference, because you wouldn't believe how hard it was to find one that fit my ~vision~
I was inspired by that one scene with Rui and Nezuko (that scared me so much at first I stopped watching the show for like a few months), specifically with the "red threads cutting into the skin." Although, in this case, she's not literally strung up by threads, it's moreso a metaphorical kind of thing of her former relation to Muzan (hence why she's dressed like that).
Honestly a main challenge for me was that the pose reference was of an older girl so I had to do some experimenting—while she does have a more "aged up" form a la nezuko, I didn't think it would work here. Then there was the expression which for some reason kept looking angry at first. I think I managed to overcome both of these challenges though because I'm actually pretty proud of this-

Now if anyone here is wondering what happened to her pupils, it's for ~dramatic effect~
