Here I am with he first book of the series that has been defineitly fixed due to the fact the original bits were bothering me. (Honestly, I feel like I am constantly rewriting things). Anyway, this is before Sigma 17 gets to Griffin Rock following the moment in which they have life to the unfortunate moment they end up attacked by the Energon Eater
S is for Scene and H is for Headcannon - now let us get into it with our warnings!

Warning, this book has:
- things that are more likely not true in the real series (fanon life)
- terms (which there may be many)
- funny (because some of it will be)
-angst (let us face it, they are too young to deal with this)
- sad (because some of it will be sad)
- innocence (they are all innocent sparklings)
- parents (yes, they all have parents. . . . .only for this)
- biology (because things only make sense when explained)
- a ton of chapters (because it needs to match the other ones)
- swears (Cybertronian ones and it will probably only be from one bot)
- fluff (things need to be fluffy)

From the minute he had life, Chase became the violent burden to a dark bot.

She never made it.

that night seemed to just be so darn cold, a warm spark being violently changed as there was much witness to two things. he watched as the spark which gave his lover life die out so fast that it could not be saved, all because she let in another light, one which she was suppose to help and care for to raise into the evil bloom it was supposed to be.

he was left so frustrated, none of what he witnessed was truly meant to happen. they were in prison, supposed to raise their sparkling together. Once they were free, they could all be the ruling family that they were known for, with their constant crimes and bad behavior. none of that was it though, now she was gone and he already knew who he had to blame for taking his one and only love.

Honestly, the child should not be blamed for a thing out of its own control because things like this can happen. That young one had no idea what had been done and yet it truly was not his own fault for the death that had been brought to that prison the night he finally was able to see the world.

There was only one choice that could be made in that very moment that he could ever think of, revenge. He beat down the couple of medical workers that were in the room cleaning up his disgusting menace of a son, throwing many punches that felt all out cold and very dented all over. The officers on the outside of the cell were desperately trying to get in while they hurried to try and get in.

"Chase, my son." He had an ordinary object within his servo, one in which could become the murder weapon that killed his one and only child. "I thought we could truly be family."

the guards couldn't seem to get in, as if they should have better organized their keys to unlock the cell doors. The weapon in his hands was slowly being lifted up, as if death was only a few feet from the door.

"Chase, your moments alive were more precious when with her." he says, preparing for the blow. "Now you too can also be dead beside her."

One of the medical staff managed to get up to try and stop him, which they partially succeeded in doing. He did hit Chase, but it truly was not enough force to kill that little sparkling and instead that force was placed upon the one who was stopping the bot from hurting a young sparkling.

They managed to get the little one away from that insane bot who was truly supposed to be his sire, but the medical staff that helped bring him to life were all dead from the beatings. Chase found himself growing up in the care of other prisoners at first as he was much under the age before being placed into an orphanage.

Despite most prisoners there being quite the menaces and very much evil when being around everyone else, they seemed to be bundles of joy whenever Chase was around. Chase somewhat gave them that new beginning that some of them had wanted, but still needed to wait for as they still had their time to serve.

Chase actually had no idea which one was really his creators as it seemed he was constantly rotated between bots, leaving him a bit more confused than he should've been as he was blossoming into the age in which he could finally leave such a place.

He played with his duck, one which was gifted to him in his very first solar cycles. One of the bigger bots that scared many of the other prisoners there for his mean looks he gave as well as his large scale of size had gifted it to the young one as he reminded Chase of a son he once had but died from disease. Chase loves that duck very much, being a toy he cherishes deeply to the point in which he sometimes goes to find the big bot and together they can play with it.

One night as he played with his duck, he watched as a mech entered the cell. Chase was slightly confused on why the bot walking towards him felt somewhat familiar, despite the fact he never saw him.

"Chase, it has been long, son." he closed the cell door, which locked. "Honestly, I should've made sure to kill you right then and there when I had it."

he screamed so loud when he saw the knife the mech was holding, his young processor being both scared and confused. That same bot who gifted him his duck came to aid, leading to Chase witnessing one of the worst fights that would ever go down in that prison.

no one had died, but the two bots were very injured from their battle. Overall, Chase now feared the mech who gave him such a gentle duck, and was constantly keeping himself away from the two mechs that had traumatized him. He was very quiet, mostly being kept with femmes until he then reached the age to finally be let go.

and that mech who gave him the duck? he found that thing back in his cell the day Chase left for good.
