Well, here is the end to this redo of a book, I hope you all found it interesting and enjoyed reading it. Even with this book ending, I plan to fix up the second part to this called 'Transformers Rescue Bots - The Present' and eventually complete 'Transformers Rescue Bots - The Future' as well.
Now here is a little bonus part, which goes with everything.
______________________________________________________________________________________________

Ratchet knows he should leave but he can't, all he wanted was for his children to come home but yet he hasn't heard from them in a very long time. he did not believe his young ones were dead, they may be lost, but he wanted to stay in order to make sure they came home.

war was raging outside, one which he denied to fight next to his lost-term friend Orion Pax (now Optimus Prime) because he wanted to make sure whether or not his children were coming home. he was commented for his coldness when he practically kicked his own friend out of the house when he demanded he wasn't leaving but he had a reason to.

He was on his own once more.

He was basically abandoned at a young age when Blades came into the picture, even so, he was basically finding himself to grow up fast just to take care of him and fight for everything he has now. no part of him wished to give up on that, not yet, he just wanted his children home.

"I see you are hurting."

he nearly forgot about the unwanted guest in his home, but even so, he wasn't about to let any of this get in the way.

"Megatron." Ratchet turns to face him, responding rather coldly. "You know, you could've knocked."

"It was wide open in my optics, but I see you are in sorrow." Megatron looks at him, sitting in the dining room in the one chair. it was a place of joy before but now, it felt so empty. "War has taken so much from you, the Autobots clearly caused this loss for you and your beloved sparklings."

"They have done nothing, now if you can't do anything, I suggest you leave." Ratchet was prepared to kick him out of there.

"but they are the ones who are keeping you away from what you want." Megatron lures, trying to still convince the medic of it all. He then mutters to himself: "even though Shockwave made sure to kill all the rescue forces left."

"I'm sorry?" Ratchet knew exactly what he just heard, and for a mech like Megatron, he now wonders how he did not see this coming. "Nothing is going to make me join you."

"Not even the answers behind the existence of your adopted one?"

Ratchet paused, frozen as those words seemed to repeat. there was no way that Megatron could have such answers at all, he never cared for such a thing, what makes him wanting to know such information. How could Megatron know when he blew up half the planet? Megatron was more likely bluffing, no one knows of it and it all died long ago. Megatron only wanted assets

Ratchet couldn't help but think the mech might actually have the answers, and he would be lying if he said he didn't want to know. that information wouldn't do much for a young one who is dead, overall, maybe not knowing was the perfect closure to ask for.

"Leave my home." Ratchet found himself furious, not wishing to be left with this bot no longer.

Megatron sighed, getting up as he was heading out. Ratchet knew he would never be able to find out the truth from this, but even so, it was unlikely Megatron really knew, right?

"I am disappointed you didn't agree to join me." Megatron goes to leave but leaves one final note: "it was nice knowing you, doctor."

Megatron left without another word, almost smirking as he knew what he was about to do. Ratchet didn't fully register what it was that seemed off with his leaving, until he noticed a little too late.

Optimus silently pulled up to the rubble, transforming and staring at yet another destroyed building. He knew what once stood there, and in the rubble, there was Ratchet.

"Ratchet, we have to go." Optimus noticed how nothing remained, which was clearly told on the medic's face plates. "It is no longer safe to be here."

"Are they really gone?"

Optimus kept himself quiet, honestly, even though he didn't know if they could possibly be alive. all the rescue forces are dead though, which may be the same for those Ratchet waited for.

"Megatron said he knew the truth." Ratchet was still trying to process everything.

"Ratchet, you know well enough those answers died long ago." Optimus tells, somewhat reminding him. "You are hurt."

Ratchet was in the house when it blew into the rabbled pieces it became, Optimus was told of this event and yet, he still found himself hesitant by the random telling when Megatron mentioned it. Ratchet woke up at one point, but he could only stare at the mess instead of trying to figure out how badly he was hurt.

"Happiness has died here today." Ratchet finally let himself chut down so coldly, closing it all for good.

Optimus had some of the other bots help with bringing Ratchet out of the rubble, yet before he was about to leave, he noticed something from the glimpse of his optics. He told them to go on, checking to see what it was.

it was a picture, destroyed, and yet probably the only thing Ratchet would ever have left. Blades and Heatwave were both it but what made him alarmed was by a single feature of the picture that he never saw before.

Purple.
