Ratchet did end up confronting his creators about what the femme said, and they did answer with words he last expected.
He found much evidence too that he was related to this bot, it only came true when his creators fully confessed that they did indeed throw her out onto the streets as some sort of attempt to keep their image because she was nothing like them. all they really wanted was Ratchet from the start, they never actually wanted her at all.
There was a heated argument, one which ended with Ratchet even showing them her dying in the medical bay. They still did not care much about it though and left, as if her death would only do so much more to what they were. He understands they are both top medics, but now they are leaving her to die alone.
When it did come to her final moments, Ratchet decided to be with her, knowing it was his only chance to be with his newfound sister. They talked for a while and it seemed as if they just understood each other, but yet this was the last time they would ever meet. they had many differences, but same intentions, yet he kept knowing she did not deserve this.
In this, Ratchet also asked her about Heatwave, which she happily told him about. He could tell she cared deeply for such a young and broken spark and if she could, she would make sure he was happy. She told him of a gift that she will have sent after her death, one which he needs to keep for Heatwave until he is old enough, but should not be opened until it comes to that time.
She died with many secrets held within her, but she never exposed any of it. Even once she was truly dead, her frame seemed at peace and there was a soft smile on her face as if she knew something much more to come.
