While Blades was slowly gaining some sort of consciousness, Boulder, Chase and Heatwave decided to get to know each other for the sake of it.
they all had some perplexing differences to what they had in life and what they went through, being from different places with different stuff, not to mention who they were around. In the long run, they also discovered each of their likes and dislikes, which had some similarities but not a whole lot.
Ratchet did end up showing up at one point because he was called regarding what happened, which is how he found out Heatwave could actually speak and nearly gave the medic a full out spark attack because it was a little too shocking in the moment. This led to the unique moment to Ratchet and his little adopted child and seriously questioning how in the world Chase managed to do something he couldn't do for a very long time.
when Blades did get up, he nearly went on and passed out again when Heatwave asked him if he was alright because the bot was still registering the fact that the red bot was physically speaking to him. he did manage to get a bit of understanding to Heatwave and him talking for now on but to him, it was still a bit freaky to handle, and Ratchet very much agreed.
Boulder was mostly confused for this though because he was completely unaware that Heatwave had been silent for most of his life.
