it was a big mystery throughout the academy as to what was put in the energon that nearly doomed the entire academy and who it was that did such a terrible thing in the first place. there was some luck as some students at the academy didn't inhale the liquid that squeezed everyone else's insides.
there was a whole investigation as so many medics were called as well as law enforcers and some scientists because it was as dramatic as it could seem to be. no one ended up dying from the whole thing because it was pretty much just food poisoning, but even after everyone cleared out and things went back to how they were, rumors were very quick to begin right after.
one rumor went around that a bot was trying to get revenge on their ex and was really only trying to poison their energon but somehow accidentally made it go to pretty much everyone for some random reason. there was another rumor that a teacher went dumpster diving and then hid what they found in the brew that would be eventually be taken out but still contaminated regardless.
even with all the rumors, none were actually close to the real thing. as it had turned out, the shipment of 'add-ins' from the best company in the world were very defective and in the long run, ultimately left many poisoned and the company being forced to shut down. there then was a whole assembly regarding the rumors that were made as some were quite rude and extremely wrong.
