Chase was adopted by two Femmes who originally were trying to adopt those who didn't have homes, but when they did have Chase for a while, they realized much.
Chase clearly had a lack of sense to him, which his own state helped to be towards the entire case being made regarding his treatment but then was sort of stalled when they found out about his past. It was clear to tell that Chase was being harmed mentally and did not want to hurt anyone intentionally.
They decided to not adopt any others once they had enough time with Chase, knowing he was a bot who needed more love than anyone else out there. They didn't care that he came from criminals and only wanted what was best for him and to help him to understand the correct things he should learn.
They kept him homeschooled at first to help him slowly ease up and they made sure to help him understand that what had happened to him before was all wrong. They made sure to get Chase the help he needed and did fight for him on many different occasions and knew Chase would learn to do the same when he was older.
Although he suffered from nightmares sometimes, his adopted creators loved him dearly and Chase loved them a lot for making him feel like he was not a criminal.
