Despite what Boulder's creators do for a living, they still managed to get robbed.
Well, they never actually ended up losing anything because of Boulder. The robber came in and had planned to take things with the sack it had brought but Boulder was up and walking around even though he should have been recharging along with his creators.
The robber had been extremely confused by the sight of seeing the young one, which distracted young Boulder enough to steal the blaster the bot had. Boulder could've easily cried or yelled after this to try and get some help but no, he used all of that to his advantage and did something truly shocking.
When his creators did finally come down to see what the commotion happened to be, they found Boulder holding the blaster as he was playing a game with the random bot who had broken into the home. There was a stack of multiple other games, meaning this had gone on for quite some time, and the robber looked like they were scared for their own life.
Authorities were called afterwards and the bot was taken away, leaving Boulder a little bit sad now that he couldn't play anymore. The situation was explained to the enforcers and in the long run, it was quite hilarious, leaving some to chuckle at the pure joy and intelligence that the little one had.
The story was constantly used for a while, even being put out there without full out specific names as to who had it happen but it was quite the interesting story to read with the news for a good while.
