The minute Chase's sire broke out from prison basically started one of the most insane hunts within Cybertron.
it was all over the news, the mech's escape from a top guarded prison and now running on the loose, it basically brought panic for a good bit. Chase knew his sire was going to be looking for him but there was nothing for that mech to go by, meaning Chase was still well into hiding from him. Despite being in hiding from that mech he looks so similar to, Chase still faced the problem at his academy.
with him looking like a dangerous criminal, he was basically treated like one. time at the academy started to feel tense while everyone only stared at him. It was slowly getting harsher for him as it seemed everything anyone would do to make him a fool, some sort of protection as they all feared he was just like his Sire. Some went as far as physical, but no teacher really tried to stop them either, and he knew that he was feared, stopping them was him losing his chance to this academy.
He started ignoring Heatwave, Boulder and even Blades because of this. he knew they probably thought the same but yet he still hid himself when they tried to find him. He left the dorm room early enough so they never saw him and return when they were all into recharge, making sure he was never caught being out his dorm past curfew. Doing this made him forget to have energon multiple times too, but all he was trying to do was stay at the academy.
He didn't was his past messing everything he has, but it might have already done so.
