Anna (holds one side of her hair back while the wind blows after reaching Keith): I'm quite fast when I use my wind magic. Anyway, what do you think about the view?

Keith: It's been a very long time since I saw a great view at the beach.

Anna: How long?

Keith: When I was a kid before my home got involved with the war.

Anna: Sorry to hear that.

Keith: Anna I've been curious but not sure if you would answer this question.

Anna (looks at Keith): It depends on the question.

Keith (look at Anna): When did you join the war?

Anna (in her mind after thinking): That's strange. I should remember when I joined the military.

Anna suddenly heard a static in her mind but the more she tried to remember the louder the sound got making her head hurt.

Keith (see Anna in pain when she touches her head): Sorry if my question brought up bad memories. You don't need to remember.

Anna (while moving her hand): It's not that. I don't remember much about my past after joining the military.

Keith: I see. (in his mind while a sudden screen appears in front of Anna) I know it is normal to forget but how Anna just reacted. Something must be blocking what she tried to remember.

Anna (after a screen disappears): Let's head back. The sun is about to set.

Keith (follow Anna when she starts walking): Did you get a message?

Anna: Jack told me we have a meeting tomorrow.

Keith: Meaning I'll meet the other lieutenant?

Anna: Don't worry they won't pick on you tomorrow.

Keith: How are you sure?

Anna: Just trust me.

Keith (in his mind while they got in the car): You're hiding something again.

(Forest)

Keith (while Anna drives): Once we reach the base can you drop me off near the entrance?

Anna: I can do that but can I ask why?

Keith: I need to talk to Jack about something.

Anna: Okay. Leave your stuff with me. I'll be heading to my room once we arrive.

Keith (smiling): Thanks.

(base Jack office)

Jack (after entering): Welcome back.

Keith (sitting on an open window): Sorry but I let myself in.

Jack (closing the door): How did you get up here? You know this floor is far from the ground.

Keith (look at Jack after closing the window): It's thanks to my training. Climbing a building is way easier than climbing a mountain.

Jack (walking to his desk): So what brings you here? It must be important since you sneak into my office.

Keith: It's about Alice. (while Jack sits down) Why can't she remember her past?

Jack (after leaning on his chair): I'm not sure. After taking Anna in we were told someone found her when she was eight years old.

Keith: Then when did Anna join your team?

Jack: At the age of eighteen. However, don't ask Anna about her past again until she remembers.

Keith: Alright.

(night Anna room)

Anna (in her mind sitting at her desk having her bandage off): It's been seven years since the last time I had that feeling of trying to remember my past but this time it felt like I was getting close to something. (notice her lamb on) I didn't notice how late it got. (standing) I must have spaced out while dealing with these papers. (after stretching) I'm just going to throw my pyjamas on and take a bath tomorrow.

(Keith room)

Keith (in his mind while sitting on the window side wearing a jungle green shirt that has middle-length sleeves with black buttons and black loose trousers): After being saved she spent seven years at one location before spending five years at this base. (looking at the view from his window) Does that mean Anna was alone at a young age?

(next day morning meeting room)

Anna (walking with Keith wearing their soldier outfit and her blindfold): Good evening everyone.

Lieutenant one (mad while Anna and Keith go to their seat): You're late.

Lieutenant two (sitting next to Lieutenant one): Leave them alone.

Lieutenant one (at the same time Anna sat down next to Lieutenant three while Keith stood behind her): A woman like her shouldn't even be a lieutenant. That rank is for a man.

Keith (in his mind): Is he serious?

Lieutenant one: She even allows a demon to live. How disgusting.

Anna: At least we put in the work unlike you.

Lieutenant one: Oh shut it, woman. I have to agree with that soldier you kick out from your squad. Those eyes made you soft because they belonged to a demon.

Anna (tone deep while Keith senses her aura rise): Excuse me.

Lieutenant two: This is getting out of hand. I saw Anna training with her soldiers. That's the reason should be fine to be a little late for a meeting.

Lieutenant one (standing): You're getting on my nerves. Every single time I say something you always defend her.

Lieutenant two (looking at Lieutenant one): That woman has a name. Remember she saved us many times with those eyes so be respectful.

Lieutenant one: Saying that woman's name is a waste of time.

Lieutenant three (after a kunai hit the table near Lieutenant one): Can you zip it? You're being too loud.

Lieutenant one (look at Lieutenant three): Stay out of this.

Jack (while entering): A bit early for an argument. (look at Lieutenant one at the corner of his eye) Is someone still moaning about something that has been decided?
