Anna (blushing): You sure?

Keith (touches Anna's hand before a bit of his magic flows into her sword): Isn't it better to have more than one protection? While Shoto boosts your strength I'll gift you some of my lightning.

Anna (shows a gentle smile): Thank you.

Sabrina: Should I give you two some space?

Keith (while standing): No. I have to get ready to leave.

Anna (sword returns into a necklace at the same time returning to her normal form): Where are you going?

Keith (while putting the necklace on Anna): While Sabrina is here I'm going to help Yurei in the shadow realm.

Anna (look at the necklace): Why did you put my necklace on me?

Keith: Even though it can turn into a weapon it has a hidden spell to protect you when you need it. Plus I just felt like doing it.

Anna (after kissing Keith when she stands): Try to be careful. I'll catch up when I can.

Keith (smiling): Alright. Then I'll see you at Renji base.

(Keith room)

Keith (wearing his battle outfit while putting his coat on having his hair out and old bandage on the table): You said it's been quiet?

Yurei (near Keith's bed): Yes. Me and my people had a meeting thinking their waiting to set a trap. However, the Shadow King has been sending his people to the human world.

Keith (while tying his hair): It's a good thing everyone went back to their base.

Yurei: You think it's a good idea to help with a deep cut?

Keith: Thanks to the antidote the military gave us. We can heal our injuries normally.

Yurei: I forgot they gave us more because we were running low on that.

Keith (while his symbol appears underneath): I'll meet you there.

Yurei (while disappearing before Keith teleports from the symbol glow): Alright.

Keith (in his mind while disappearing): Why do I have a bad feeling all of a sudden?

(between dimensions)

Keith (in his mind while floating): What is the Shadow King even trying? First, he had people go after us and then challenge Anna to a duel while getting things ready for the invasion.

Keith suddenly turns around seeing a portal appear before getting knocked out from lightning. That allowed a hand to come out of the portal to grab Keith before pulling him into the portal.

(vampire realm palace Anna room)

Anna (after dropping her book while sitting on a sofa): What did you say?

Sabrina (standing in front of Anna): I was told by Yurei that Keith got captured while heading to the shadow realm.

Anna (while Sabrina picks up the book): I never thought it was possible to get captured like that.

Sabrina (pit the book on the table): I've been thinking. Since Keith keeps interfering like how you did when he and Sosuke fought. The Shadow King might try to brainwash him to fight against us.

Anna (at the same time hitting the table): I won't allow that. We should go after him.

Sabrina: You're not going anywhere with that leg. Plus Yurei is looking for him now so we have to wait.

Anna (after sighing): Sorry for acting like that. I'll wait until we get news about his location.

Sabrina (hugging Anna by the neck from behind): You both act so alike. Rushing into battle to save the other one without even thinking of a plan.

Anna: That's because we care for each other and our friends. We're done losing people.

Sabrina: I know.

(shadow realm palace random bedroom)

Shadow King (sitting on a chair while Keith opens his eyes): Took your time waking up.

Keith (sitting on a chair having shadow hang cups chains connected to the wall): Where did you take me?

Shadow King: Welcome to my palace. You should be happy I gave you a nice room to be in instead of being in a cell.

Keith (after looking at the hand cups on his wrist): What do you want with me?

Shadow King: I know killing your friend was wrong but why not join me and find a way to bring him back from the dead?

Keith (eyes glow a bit): Why would I join someone like you? You're going to trick me and make me one of your puppets. Sorry, but I knew your plan and I would never betray my partner.

Shadow King (while standing): It looks like there's no point in chatting with you. I just have to break you by killing that girl.

Keith (at the same time when he moves): I won't...

Shadow King (after Keith got shocked by lightning from the hand cups): You can't even stop me while you're here. Just sit there and wait. (while opening the door) If you do end up breaking free you'll be too late.

Once the Shadow King closes the door the hand cups disappear so Keith immediately stands and runs to the door. When he grabbed the door handle Keith immediately got shocked making him let go.

Keith (while shaking his numb hand): Dam.

Yurei (while appearing): There you are Lord Keith.

Keith (shock): I'm surprised you found me this soon. So does Anna already know?

Yurei: Yes. From what I was told from Lady Sabrina, they had a feeling the Shadow King wants to control you. Lady Anna understands you couldn't do anything while being in between the two realms.

Keith: Well they're right. So does Anna have a plan?

Yurei (while Keith walks to a window): Actually Lady Anna asks what you want her to do.

Keith (leaning on the wall near the window): Tell her to continue as planned and stay with Renji until I meet her there.

Yurei: Because she's now a target?
