Anna: If that happens (while standing) then you can't tell anyone about my secret but please do share that other book with the military.

Yukimaru: But why?

Yukimaru: I see. (while standing) Before you go. (hug Anna after walking around the table) No matter if we become allies or enemies I promise to protect you as your guardian. So please remember that during tomorrow's meeting.

Anna (hugs Yukimaru back): I'll remember.

(hallway)

Sabrina (in Anna's mind while she walks after closing the door): I'm glad that went well.

Anna (in her mind): I don't know why you got worried. Yukimaru always listens to people.

Sabrina: At least your general is different from the vampire general.

Anna: Were they more strict because they were focusing on the war?

Sabrina (after sighing): Yeah. Let me tell you there were so many people debating it gave me a headache.

Anna (after lightly laughing): Wow. (stop walking after seeing Makoto) Captain Makoto good morning.

Makoto: Please drop the captain. You're not a lieutenant you're the Vampire Queen. So I should be greeting you formally.

Makoto (rubbing the back of his head): Do you have a moment to talk?

Keith (sitting up after opening his eyes): Yurei where's Anna?

Yurei (after appearing near the bed): She's talking to Captain Makoto outside the base.

Keith (while getting out of bed): Can you take me to her once I'm done getting change?

Yurei: I can.

Keith (in his mind walking to the bathroom while stretching): I wonder what they're talking about.

(outside base walkway)

Anna (while looking at the view): This is a nice view even though you can't see any nearby lands.

Makoto (standing behind Anna): I wanted to apologise for what happened during our fight yesterday. It was my plan to have Renji be disguised as Shoto.

Anna (touch the ocean with one hand while kneeling): Well it did surprise me bringing back memories of things I'm trying to forget. However, I knew someday I might be tricked by that. (in her mind) But I can't tell him someone did trick me when I was captured during the time I was a half-breed.

Makoto: Did you have a crush on Shoto?

Anna: I did. It's thanks to him that my days weren't so gloomy because of my sickly body.

Makoto: Is that the reason why you suffered because someone you like died for you?

Anna (looking at the ocean while the wind blows): That's some of the reason but I couldn't face you and Yukimaru because all three of us were close to Shoto.

Makoto: So did you try to move on?

Anna (while standing): I did. After remembering that Shoto wouldn't want me to sit around doing anything feeling sorry for myself. So after regaining myself, I tried keeping my distance from my squad but that didn't last long because Lilly did her best to make sure my days were always happy.

Makoto: So she took Shoto's spot to keep your spirit high?

Anna: Yeah. However someone soonly entered my life stealing my heart.

Makoto: Anna do you actually like that demon who you turn to be your servant?

Anna: Keith asked if he could serve me. (while turning around) I just took him by his offer and I don't treat him like one because he's still my partner no matter what rank we are.

Makoto: But you made him your food.

Anna (mad while her eyes glow red): He's not my food!

Makoto (after he felt frozen): Okay calm down Anna. I'm sorry for calling Keith your food.

Anna (eyes stop glowing setting Makoto free): Keith told me to rely on him. His stubbornness made me love him.

Makoto: Well you're both stubborn but that's what brought you two together.

Anna (smiling): Maybe.

Keith (wearing his soldier outfit while walking towards them from a distance): There you are Anna. I was wondering where you went.

Makoto (look at Keith while Anna turns around): Good morning.

Keith (look at Makoto while standing next to him): Morning Captain Makoto. (look at Anna) Did I interrupt something?

Anna: No. We just finished talking that's all.

Makoto (after noticing): I'll leave you two alone then.

Keith (after Makoto left): Why are you hiding your face?

Anna (after sighing): Did you hear anything?

Keith: I did. I didn't mean to ears drop but I want to hear it from you.

Anna (turns around after sighing): I love you Keith but (while the wind blows) do you love me?

Keith (hugging Anna): I do. I feel bad that I stole your first kiss without your permission yesterday however it was the only way for you to listen.

Anna (wraps her arms around Keith's hip): At least I tried not to kill you by drinking all your blood.

Keith: Even in your royal form you fought back well. It was I who didn't notice the signs sooner.

Anna: I'll try not to be so distant but it will take me a while to change my ways.

Keith (rubbing Anna's head): Take your time. I can wait.

Anna (look at Keith): Keith I have to know. What made you give your heart to me?

Keith: I didn't fell for you because of the change in your appearance. I fell for you because of what you are. You fail to notice you risk your life to save people and do the unthinkable like making allies with the phantoms.

Anna: Is that really how you fall for me?
