The Grey Reality

First date (kind of)

7:30PM
I was walking up to the front porch of the victorian looking house when I heard a car drive up behind me then stop, so I turned to look. A man that I had seen before but couldn't put a name to the face.
"Hello" he said
"Hi can I help you" I replied
"Ehm I'm here to see Meredith what about I walk with you" he said walking In front and he went to knock on the door but I stopped him by walking in like Meredith said to do.
"Hey Alex there's a guy on your doorstep looking for Meredith and I recognise him do you know him" I asked and he looked out gasped then closed the curtains again
"Derek that's Finn Mer's ex"
"Ok wait here" I said walking out
"So Finn what do you want with Meredith"
"Well I came here to get her back who are you?" He said confused
"I'm Derek.........and I think you should leave"
"Do you know what I'll stop by the hospital tomorrow" he said getting into his car then driving away
I walked back in and up the stairs towards Meredith's room and I walked in seeing her stand there with her back to the door looking in her closet so I walked up behind her and I put my arms around her waist pulling her in.
"Hey sweetie you almost ready" I asked
"Actually no can we just stay here tonight I'm not feeling to great" she said sitting on the bed and putting her head in her hands.
"It's ok we can order pizza and watch a movie if you want" I said hugging her
"Ok do you want to stay here tonight"
"Yea sure you order pizza and jump into bed and I'll go get some of my things"
30 MINS LATER
I arrived back and I met the pizza guy getting out of his car
"Hey you live here" he asked
"Yea how much do I owe you" I replied
"23.54"
I handed over the money and went inside and handed Karev his pizza then headed upstairs
"Hey special delivery for Dr Grey" I said walking in
"You or the pizza because I'd prefer the pizza" she said joking around
"Oh really what film do you want to watch"
"What about anchorman"
"Yea sure" I said getting up getting ready for bed, throwing on the movie then jumping in next to Meredith
"Meredith Finn stopped by earlier"
"Yea what did you do"
"I asked him why he was here and he said that he'd stop by the hospital tomorrow"
"Oh really to bad for him I'm not on tomorrow" she said giggling
"Well I'm slaving over a desk all day tomorrow so if you want to come and keep me company at some point tomorrow feel free"
"Ok I will just to keep my man sane" she said putting her head on my shoulder
"I love you Meredith Grey"
"I love you too Derek Shepherd"
We fell asleep an hour later in each other's arms"
