"Well me, Cristina and Izzie had a conversation about you when first arrived here and I came up with the nickname McDreamy for you"
"Can't you not call me Shep like the others" he asked getting up and placing his shorts on
"I'm going to call you both"
"Well then I'm going to call you Mcsteamy"
"No cant Sloan has that"
"McReally,really hot?"
"Avery"
"Mchottie" he asked again
"Seriously your really going to call me that?"
"Yes I am because it's true." He said getting closer
"Right you we have to go" I said walking away
"What are you not going to give me a kiss" he said obviously disappointed
"Come here" I said opening my arms and he walked into them wrapping his arms around my back and kissing me
"I love you Mer" he said
"I love you to Shep" I replied placing my head on his chest.
