"What do we got" I asked helping the gurney out the ambulance
"John doe car lost control on the wet road and crashed into a forest" Steve the paramedic replied
"Wow he's really bashed up" Meredith said meeting us outside
"Ok let's get him into trauma one and page O'Malley he's the trauma attending on today" I said running the trauma
"Dr Shepherd come look at this" Bailey said pointing to his head
"He has a large open wound in his head and the brain is showing Parker has he gained consciousness since you pulled him out his car?" I asked
"No sir his pupils have been unresponsive the whole time" Steve replied
"Right that changed everything get the wounds covered and send him up to ICU and we'll find the family" I replied taking my gloves off and walking out
"Chief we found some of John Does things at the wreck" a firefighter said walking in then towards me
I looked through the stuff but when I got to one item I stopped and I changed my mind. I ran back into trauma one where Bailey was stapling his stomach with Meredith.
"GET HIM TO THE O.R" I shouted
"Derek we can't do anything for him" Meredith said
"It's O'Malley!!!" I shouted again and watched their faces drop.....
