"Hey it's Mr and Mrs Shepherd" Amelia said as we walked into the door
"Amy what are you doing here" I asked
"Well I was very disappointed that I could make your wedding so I thought I would come visit you and I may have came to ask you for a job" she replied
"I'm going to go take our bags up its nice to see you Amelia" Meredith said grabbing the bags
"Amy you have a job at Addisons practise why do you need a job here"
"Well she thinks I've fallen off the wagon again"
"Have you?" I asked
"No Derek I haven't I've been sober a year and a half why would I throw that out the window"
"Well I'm not in until 1 so if you want to stop by then we can talk but at the moment I need sleep" I replied hugging her quickly
"Ok I made lunch plans with spencer anyway I'll see you later" she said before walking out
When I got into the bedroom Meredith was lying passed out on top of the bed so I pulled the covers over her then setting an alarm and jumping in next to her.
