This is from Ace's POV, and unfortunately I've had the idea all day to hurt him...

Not intentionally of course, I want him to be happy but all I get as a result is making angst. This has plot that contains bits and pieces of my version of books 1-5.

Book 2 will have some parts of the edited version, that admittedly isn't there yet. Book 6 will just be parts that we don't see, like what happens at NRC only. Or...nah nevermind with 6

ᰔᩚ-Ace Pov-ᰔᩚ

After being picked up by the some crazy looking black carriage, I never expected to wind up in a coffin but I guess weird things happen. My gaze shifted to the other first years in the room as the head mage guy mumbled about the burnt up coffin and the forced open one next to it.

"Some impatient guys they were" I whistled, turning away from the scene and standing idly. While the head mage ran off, some of the older guys decided to handle the ceremony. I stood before the creepy mirror after some other loud guy got his dorm chosen. "Heartslabyul?" I raised a brow before shrugging and going with the other guys from that dorm.

After every first year was sorted, some short guy introduced himself as our dormhead along with some other guy. I grinned as they started talking smack about the head mage, snickering under my breath. The head mage came back in after a bit with two students behind him and...a talking cat...sure?

One of the two glanced at me, my heart throbbing for a moment. "What was...that?" I clenched my shirt as he looked away, a bored look on his face as the head mage started talking to them about breaking their 'gate' or something. My mind was just preoccupied on the glimpse of his face, why did I think he was kinda cute? Maybe I'm just tired...yep.....tired.

In the end none of the two got picked for a dorm which seemed pretty pathetic, a grin growing on my lips. Though I didn't have any time to laugh as the next moment there was fire everywhere. "What the heck?! Woah-" I dodged the flames, running to safety before tripping and falling into someone's arms. I knocked them over accidentally before getting up, "Watch where you're go-" it was him.

"You bumped into me...not the point, are you ok?" He made up his face for a moment before touching my cheek and asking if I was fine. I looked away with a scoff before standing up. "Ok rude..." He stood up afterwards before running back to the action.

The next thing I knew, the cat was captured and thrown out before we were allowed to head to our dorms, except for those two. Sucks to be them I guess.

I was heading back to class after getting into a little fight with the dormless guys. I can't lie to myself, it sucked. I got in trouble with the headmage AND the cute guy was upset with me...dang. It didn't matter right now though so I might as well head to class and forget about it.

Later in the day I decided to not do my cleaning punishment cause I didn't feel like it. I left class as soon as it was over and made my way to my dorm, whistling on the way. Before I could get far, I heard someone yell from behind me. "Crap-!" I ran, no way in hell I was gonna get caught and forced to do some chores.

"OUTTA MY WAY!!" I saw some blue haired guy up ahead, pushing past him and almost getting to my destination. But outta nowhere a large pot dropped on my, knocking the air outta my lungs. "BWAHA- WHAT THE-?! A HUGE POT?!" I groaned, trying to pull myself from underneath the thing. It was painful as hell, the cute guy crouching down in front of me with narrowed eyes.
