A girl comes walking up to a guy sitting at a fire in front of an old cabin with an old garage off to the side.

Guy: You're back early.

Girl: Yeah, well... there wasn't exactly anything there to obtain.

Guy: What do you mean?

Girl: Everything was destroyed. Torn apart... with what seems like claw marks all over the place.

He slightly averts his gaze down, thinking.

Girl: But that's not all.

He looks back up at her.

Guy: What else?

Girl: There was a body... of a beast. I believe it was a werewolf.

Guy: A werewolf... None of those have been seen for quite a while. Are you sure it was one of them?

Girl: Absolutely positive.

Guy: Then the world is about to have a big problem on its hands. They won't stop until everything is destroyed.

Girl: What do we do?

Guy: We need to involve the humans. This is something we're all going to have to work together to beat.

Girl: You think they'll do it?

Guy: Caleb seems to be a pretty sensible leader. That's why you're going to talk to him about it.

Girl: What? Why me? Why not you?

Guy: Because the last time we worked directly with the humans, I saw how close you two were getting. I'd imagine he'd be more inclined to listen to you.

She lets out a sigh before nodding.

Girl: I'll head out now.

Guy: Be careful. There's no telling where those beasts are hiding.

She nods before walking off.

Inside of a tent, a guy is sleeping on a cot. Another comes walking up to the entrance.

Guy: Hey! Come on, Caleb. Gotta wake up.

He comes walking in, shaking Caleb, which causes him to jolt awake and start breathing heavily.

Caleb: What happened?

Guy: Nothing. Everything's okay. You just told me to make sure you didn't oversleep again.

Caleb: Oh... right, yeah. Thanks, Mark.

He sits up, rubbing his eyes with his hands.

Caleb: Guess I just got into a really deep sleep there.

Mark: You definitely deserve it after what we went through last week.

Caleb lets out a sigh.

Caleb: We didn't all get what we deserved.

Mark: I know. But you gotta stop blaming yourself for it. Those creatures came out of nowhere to ambush us. It was your quick thinking that got the majority of us out of there.

Caleb: Yeah, well... when you think about what you should've done... it just eats at you...

He trails off before another guy comes walking up to the entrance.

Guy: Uh, Caleb...? Is this a bad time?

They both look at him.

Caleb: No... Michael... what is it?
