Chapter 68: Planning

Lily

"Ok I really need to start planning this wedding." I say walking to the living room with a cup of coffee.

"Ok I'll help. Go get a pad of paper and a quill." Missy responds.

"Hello ladies." James says coming down the stairs his hair messier then usual.

"Hey babe." I say kissing him on the check.

"So Sirius, Remus, Peter, and I have order business. We are going to be in London. " he informs.

"Ok have fun. Missy and I are just going to plan for the wedding. Do you have a specific date in mind?" I ask.

"No but not the winter." He says.

"Ok."  I respond.

Time skip a few hours.

"Ok so we finished the guest list, picked a venue (my parents backyard. It's really big), flowers, and a date , September 5.  The boys come home shortly after with scratches and Sirius has a bloody nose.

"Well you guys look like you got hit by a bus." Mackenzie says entering the kitchen.

"Thanks for stating the obvious Kenzie." James says rolling his eyes and holding a rag to a gash in his forehead.

"Come on let's get you cleaned up." I suggest.

The worst out of the four of them was Sirius. He had a broken nose, huge gash on his shoulder, and lots of bruises.

"Well what happened." Missy asked the boys.

"We were patrolling." Remus started. "Then Deatheaters came out of no where." James added.

"But we took care of them. Sending all sorts a spells the got scared and ran off.but we were able to catch Barty Crouch Jr." Sirius said.

"That's not what happened. These two knuckleheads." Remus said pointing at Sirius and James.

"They decided not to wait for the other order members and tried stopping them by themselves." Remus finished.

"Well I couldn't let them take my Padfoot."

James said siting in Sirius lap and dramatically throwing his arms around Sirius.

"I just couldn't image what would've happened to my prongs." Sirius added as equally dramatic.

"But moony he saved us so are love for each other could last." Sirius and James said in unison.

"Hey what about me." I  said playing along.

"Oh I just use you to make Padfoot jealous." James said.

"Hahahaha he's mine Lily." Sirius mocked.

I then whispered something in James ear causing him to turn pink.

"Sorry Padfoot. But my heart belongs to Lily." James said pulling me into his lap.

"That's not fair. Lily's bribing him with her girlyness!" Sirius accused.

"Oh shut it you man-whore." Missy said hitting him with a pillow.

"You didn't. Oh it's on little sis." Sirius said getting up and chasing after Missy.

This resulted to missy and I being slung over James shoulder and Missy over Sirius'.

"Put me done." Missy said pounding on Sirius back.

"Ow ok ok." I'll put you down." Sirius said throwing her in the couch.

"Please put me down." I asked sweetly.

"Of course." James said and throw me down on the couch next to missy.

Remus, James, and Sirius were laughing and I think Peter left.

"Tomorrow James we have to try out different cakes for the wedding." I inform him.

"We only have about two months to plan. It's July 7 and I planned for the wedding to be on September 5. The ceremony and reception will be at my house. I have the guest list all ready and plan to send the invitations out by Sirius' birthday (July 9)."

"Ok sounds good. Anything else I have to do?" James asks.

"You have to pick out 4 groomsmen to walk down with Bella, Cinder, Molly, and Iris. You also have to pick a best man to walk down with Missy." I inform.

"Well that's easy. Griffin can go with Bella, Peter can go with Cinder, Arthur can go with Molly and Remus can go with his sister. Sirius can be my best man." James declares.

"Well not that that's sorted out we can go find dresses and tuxes. " I state.

"Alright that settled. I'll ask Peter and Griffin tomorrow when I see them for another Order patrol." James said.

"I was also thinking that Molly and Arthur's kids could be the ring boys. You know Charlie and Bill could carry the rings. " I suggest.

"Sounds good to me but who will hold/watch Percy." James asked.

"I'm sure my mom or your mum would be happy too." I add.

"Your right." Jame said kissing my head.

Time skip to July 9

By 10 in the morning the invitations had been sent out. And by noon we were celebrating Sirius birthday. We ate cake and opened presents. Sirius favorite gift was from missy, Remus , and James. They had gotten him a motorbike. By 5 in the evening I had gotten replies from the cinder, Bella, Iris, Griffin, Peter, and weasleys saying they would be happy to be a part In the wedding. I quickly wrote a reply to Molly, Cinder, Bella and Iris that I want to go shopping for dresses in a week in July 16. I told James and he sent an owl to Arthur, Peter, and Griffin about finding tuxes on the same day. He also made sure to say to Arthur to bring bill and Charlie.

"Thank you for this fabulous birthday." Sirius said.

"And thank you for this beautiful machine." He said marveling at his motorbike.

"Anything for you Siri baby". James said.

"Aw thanks Prongsy. I love you." Sirius said.

"Not as much as I love you." James argued.

"Well screw both of you because I love Sirius more then you James and I love James more then you Sirius!" Missy said wiggling her way between them.

"I'm not going to argue with that." Sirius says hugging his sister tight.

" me either ." James said joining the hug.

"Same."'Remus said as he joined in as well "come in lily pad." James said with and outstretched hand.

"Oh alright. " I say joining the hug.
