Acid in your blood,
it spits through your words,
and hits me in the face,
in the heart,
in the lungs,
until it bleeds,
until I can't breathe,
though I loved you all the same.
I always loved your hands,
there were big and strong,
you punched me in the head,
you slapped me until I bled,
until I saw green,
though i loved you all the same.
Your eyes are red and evil,
still I love you all the same,
your teeth are sharp,
your tougue forked,
though I loved you all the same.
Your words are wicked blades,
that stab me, repeatedly,
your hands are like claws,
jagged and uneven,
like my heart,
though I loved you all the same.
Not a hug,
not a kiss,
no memories,
that you'll miss,
but still,
I loved you all the same.
