Yunho practically flew through and anyone could see his panic from the way he almost stumbled on his step. Thankfully, he managed to keep himself straight until he reached his destination.

His Jaejoong.

"What happened?!" He hissed at the sight of Jaejoong lying in bed, slightly sweating and unconscious.

Yunho didn't wait for an answer though as he reached for Jaejoong's hand and carefully pressed his ear towards the man's chest. He knew his beloved's fine but he had to make sure. Hearing the familiar heartbeats though, he heaved a sigh of relief.

"So?" Yunho's face hardened all over again, remembering the scare he'd felt earlier. He was actually driving to a seminar and receiving that phone call... He shuddered.

Yunho's basically half grateful and half amazed he didn't end up getting into an accident with the stun he pulled. However, he's aware he's caught on the various combined speed and red light cameras and soon he'll probably be sent the fines for speeding and violating other traffic rules. Don't get me wrong. Yunho's not the kind to mind the amount of money he had to pay. I just realized how insane and stupid of me to drive like a madman when I could've get myself killed.

"He was choosing the chocolates when he told me he's feeling dizzy." Leo informed quietly. "I was just telling him to sit down and rest when he suddenly fainted. Luckily, I managed to grab him on time."

The man had always been quiet and calm but the way he carried himself right now irked Yunho for some reason. How could he still be this relaxed when his employer is still not conscious?

"Calm yourself, Mr Jung. I had checked and there's nothing wrong with Mr Kim. His condition is still the same as last week." Perhaps sensing the uncomfortable atmosphere, Doctor Lee intervened professionally with a reassuring smile. "According to this man, there was a slight crowd at the section where Mr Kim was. That could be the cause-"

"He fainted because of that?"

"Actually, it's a common thing. He'll start experiencing discomfort whenever he either stand for too long or surrounded by too many people. It can be too much to handle and his body automatically shut down." The Doctor explained calmly. "By the way, Mr Jung, did Mr Kim ever complain of exhaustion after our last appointment?"

Yunho frowned and after a brief silence, shook his head.

"Then did you notice anything different with him? Say, perhaps he get tired faster than before?"

"Not that I was aware of... But he sleeps more now. Even when they went sightseeing, he started sleeping during the ride for the past few days.... Right, Leo?"

"Yes."

"It seemed like he's showing the symptoms earlier." Doctor Lee noted thoughtfully and Yunho felt his blood run cold. He's well aware his Jaejoong's pregnancy wasn't at all ordinary even after taking the man's body condition into account. Although it's only the second month, Jaejoong's weight had increased drastically. Most obviously end up on his stomach and chest as well as his thighs but the weight gain had puzzled even the good doctor considering Jaejoong's check up doesn't come up with any complication. His organs, hormones, urine, blood and all those things are relatively still normal despite the extreme and sudden increase of weight. Nothing was amiss, yet, and Yunho's terribly scared it'll aggravate Jaejoong's condition later in the future.

Doctor Lee had actually suggested to scan but unlike normal pregnancy, any type of scanning can strain their baby so Jaejoong obviously decline. The man even refused to do any ultrasound of their baby.

Yunho himself couldn't force Jaejoong to change his mind. He respected the man, no, he loves him too much, to pressure him to do otherwise. "What are-"

"Urgh... Uhh... Yun... Yunhoyah...?"

Startled by the hoarse murmur, it took him a few seconds to react. "J!" Smiling in relief, Yunho helped the disoriented man up. "Steady, Love. Steady... That's right. My J's so good... Comfortable?"

Fully leaning on the pillow, Jaejoong weakly nodded as Doctor Lee briefly checked his condition again.

Yunho smiled when Doctor Lee nodded, signaling Jaejoong's vitals are okay.

"Where am I...? It's so white... Our baby...?" Jaejoong's eyes widened with panic as soon as the question left his mouth and he clutched at Yunho's arm with desperation, looking a lot more awake than a few seconds before. "Yunhoyah?! Our baby?!

"It's okay. Our baby's okay. Calm down J, Love, look at me. Look. I'm not lying, our baby's okay and everything's alright. You trust me right?"

Jaejoong gasped breathlessly, eyes still blown wide. "Yes, yes. I trust you, Yunhoyah. Our baby's okay, right? Okay? I didn't hurt our baby again, right?"

The desperation and guilt in Jaejoong's eyes tugged at his heart and Yunho swallowed. "Yes, Love. Okay. Shhh don't cry, it's not your fault. You didn't do anything wrong."

"But I went out to the mall to get chocolates and I- I fainted? Yunhoyah, I fainted?"

"Don't worry, Leo got you, Leo took care of you, Love. And if it's anyone's fault, it's mine... I gave you the permission to go, remember? I told you it's okay. But that's not the reason, J. Doctor Lee said it's normal. Right, Doctor?"

"Yes. Don't worry. Everything had been checked out okay. However, considering your fragile pregnancy, I think we might have to consider restricting your movement earlier than expected." Looking a tad bit sympathetic, the doctor smiled kindly at them. "Just to be safe. You don't really have to stay in bed all the time yet but leaving the house is no longer doable, Mr Kim."

Yunho bit his lips, turning to look at Jaejoong. The decision is his to make. When they first met Doctor Lee to confirm that they indeed want to continue with the pregnancy a few weeks ago, the doctor had warned them that at one point of time Jaejoong will have to stay bed-ridden for his baby's sake.

Jaejoong's reply was as expected.  "Okay... Okay. Anything for our baby... Right, Yunhoyah?"
