Imagine. Darren's cab parks in front of the Belasco Theater. He gets out of the car, takes a bag from the trunk and opens the passager door. "Come here sweetie" he says as he takes your 3 year old in his arms. The fans immediatly freak out at the sight of the little girl, well known in the Darren's fandom. With her father's hair and her mother's eyes, she was a perfect mix of the couple that those fans love so much: you and Darren.

"Hey guys!" Darren says to the fans. "Hi Dare! Hi Sami!" you could hear. Sami hides her head in her father's neck. "Say hi Sami" Darren says. Sami shakes her head and makes Darren chuckle. "Sorry guys I guess she's a little shy. See ya!" he said, going into the theater. "Daddy, who are they?" "They're fans baby" he answered as he walks towards his dressing room. "What does that mean?" "That means that they like what I do" "I like what you do too Daddy. Does this mean I'm a fan?". Darren giggles and put Sami down. "I don't know, maybe".

A few minutes after they finally enter Darren's dressing room, Stephen came in to inform Darren he had to rehearse. "Darren, rehearsal in 5- Oh, hi cutie" he says looking at Sami. "Stephen, this is my daughter Sami" he said as Sami hides herself behind Darren's legs. "Hi Sami" Stephen said, kneeling down. "I'm sorry but uhm... Y/n had to go to work today and I couldn't find anyone to take care of her so I thought-" started to say Darren before he got cut off by Stephen. "That's okay, I understand. Sami, do you like to draw?". The little girl sneaks out her little head out of Darren's legs slowly and answers "Yes..." shyly. Darren laughs and put his fingers through her curly black hair. "Would you like to draw me something while Daddy rehearse?" he asked, standing and holding his hand out to her. Sami smiles, agrees and followed Stephen.

While Darren was rehearsing, Sami was telling the story of her countless drawings. "And that is Daddy and Rebecca... And there is a mic because they're singing- And that is Daddy, Mommy and me at the park and..." Stephen did his best to listen to Sami and direct Darren at the same time.

After the rehearsal, Darren and Sami came back to Darren's dressing room where the make-up artist was ready to do Darren's make-up. "Mommy's gonna come soon baby, you two can go home after" "I'm good here!" she said, looking at Hedwig's clothes. "Daddy why does she put make-up on you? Daddys dont put make-up on, the mommys do" Sami asked as she climb on the chair besides Darren. "Well sometimes daddys can use some make-up too if they want to" Darren answers, trying not to move too much. "Oh... Can I have some?" "Sam. That's-" Darren started to say. "You sure can sweetie" cut the make-up artist. "Let me just finish your dad and I will do it" she said winking at her.

When you finally made it to the theater 40 minutes before the show, you run backstage to take your daughter and quickly say hi to your husband. You knock on Darren's dressing room door and open it to see Darren and Sami both in Hedwig make up. You laugh at the sight as you greet everyone on the room. You kiss Darren and hug Sami tight, telling her how much you've missed her today. You started to talk with the crew, the cast and Darren as Rebecca said "Sam! What does Daddy say before the show?" with a grin on her face. You look at her confused as she winks at you. Sami looked at herself on the mirror, snaps her fingers and says "Mama looks good!". You all laugh about that little piece of you and Darren, on this make up making fun of her father.

She definitely is the sunshine of your life. After a few kisses and waves, Sami and you went back to the apartment Darren and you rented while in New York. She couldn't stop talking about her amazing daddy day, the songs he sang, and the drawings on your family she did. She definitely was your little Broadway Baby.
