Imagine. Sami was so bored on this Friday afternoon. Her parents worked, plus she was in charge of that goofy guy she called her brother. But of course, he was busy doing whatever homework a 13 years old needed to do and she was left alone in that empty and silent living room. She searched on the shelf for a movie or something to make time go faster. The shelf were literaly crawling with dvds. She looked again and eyed Frozen. That sure put a smile on her face. It was her favorite when she was little. She remembered the weekends watching only that animated movie all day long, singing along with Dad and laughing with Mom. She took the dvd to see it, but something from behind fell on the floor. She eyed it and frowned. She had never seen this before. The box didn't look like a professional one and could read "Our vlogs" on it.

It was her Dad's handwriting. She took a look at the clock, her parents wouldn't be there before a while, maybe she could see what this was about. Curiosity took over her as she put the dvd in the player. She went on the couch and pressed play. And there she saw it. Her mother, she looked younger, probably 20 years younger she guessed. Her mother sat on a chair in front of the camera and started to talk about her day. Did her mom used to vlog? She had no clue! She knew she used to film her and Kyle everytime something happened, to the little accomplishment to the biggest, but never she would have imagine that she used to vlog! "But I don't think they're killers or something like that...if they are then, this would probably be my last video...if they're not, then that will probably be the beginning on a long journey" her mother said to the camera. Sami recognized that her mom was talking about her uncles and aunties from college. The whole dvd was hours of vlogs of her mom and her dad. "Guys...look" her mom said to the camera with a huge grin on her face. She turned the camera to the bed where Sami could recognize her father sleeping. Her mother went back on the screen and squealed silently. Sami laughed, now she could live in a world when her parents were just two people in love, and she loved that.

"What are you watching?" Kyle asked as he jumped on the couch next to her. He held in his hand a box full of cookies, that he ate grossfully. "It's some vlogs from Mom and Dad" she explained. "Oh. Aren't you afraid that there will be...you Know...weird things...?" Kyle suggests. "What do you mean?" Sami asked as she took a cookie from her brother's hand. "You know...weird things!" he repeated with wide eyes. "Oooh. Urgh, gross. Thanks Kyle" she said as she put the cookie back on the box. "Look at that!" they both heard her father say behind the camera. Her mother was in front of a mirror, looking at a little baby bump. From the date -2012-, they could guess it was Sami. "Look at that! That's fucking amazing! Hey little peanut! You're starting to showing yourself finally!" he says as he points at the bump. He seemed so happy. Sami and Kyle kept watching thousands of videos from Starkid's shows, their friends, Broadway and their life before their parents had children, had them. "Look how in love they look! I wish someone would look at me like Daddy looks at Mom one day" Sami confessed to her brother. They heard the door getting opened and two familiar laugh were now audible. "Hey guys!" Darren said to Sami and Kyle as he led you to them with your intertwined hand. "Hi! Why did you stop vlogging?" Sami asked you. "Uhm okay" she chuckled. "I stopped vlogging because I had other things to do! We had you and I had my work and I didn't have time for that anymore" you explain. "Maybe we could do an update" Darren suggests with a smirk. "What do you mean?" Kyle asked. "We should shoot a video now!" Darren explains. Both of your kids jumped from excitement and happiness just like their father and you had to admit, it was a good idea. You put the camera on and sat on the couch beside your kids and Darren. He clapped his hands and joyfully said "Welcome back pals! And welcome into the 2028 version of our family!".
