Karaoke Night

 Imagine. You and a few of the Starkid cast members go out to a bar for a karaoke night. You and Meredith were picked as the drivers so you couldn't drink. You walk through the hall of the bar, holding hands with Darren and sit at a table not far from the stage.

After asking what everyone wanted, Darren and Joe went to order drinks. You look around you at the crowded bar. It was nice, a few lanterns were hanging on the walls with a few rainbow flags to celebrate the new law for marriage equality. Everywhere people looked happy and relaxed. You were too. It'd been a while since you did had a night with your Starkid friends. You've missed them. Darren and Joe came back with the drinks.

As Darren sat beside you, you take your favorite non-alcohol drink and clink glasses with everyone. For most of the night, you and your friends caught up, laughed and drank.

One, two, three, four drinks. The guys were definitely more than just tipsy by now. Darren was laughing for nothing, and became way more flirty and out than usual. Joe was ready to sing all night long and and Brian was all over Meredith. "Darren, you're so drunk" you laugh as he leans on you. "I'm not...not really" he manages to say before kissing your lips.

When Joe finished singing, Darren quickly stood up and walked to the stage. "Woooo! That was my friend Joe ladies and gentlemen! WHOOO!" he clapped. "He's so drunk" Meredith laugh besides you. "Oh he is" you answer chuckling. You saw him looking at the songs the karaoke proposed, and kicked one off by saying "That one is perfect!".

When you heard the first notes, you couldn't help but to laugh. "Let's Get It On" by Marvin Gaye. For the beginning of the song, Darren sang with a low and deep voice, trying to sound sexy. He also wiggled his eyebrows a few times at you. You couldn't stop laughing, and same for Meredith. "Let's get it on, baby...you know what I'm talking about" Darren sings as he puts his feet on the chair next to him. As he began to air thrust, your eyes grew wide. Meredith slides on her chair, tears running down her cheeks from laughing so hard. You blushed and covered your mouth in amazement. "Oh no" you say all loud as you laugh.

You make some sign for him to stop, but you could see his wry smile. He walked to you, straddle you and sat on your lap. "Let me groove ya good" he sings as he made your hand slide along his muscular chest. "Oh please tell me no one is recording this" you say, every eye on both of you. Darren went back on the stage to finish the song, and everyone applauses him.

He came back, sitting beside you and asks you "So what? You're seduced right?" "I am. 100% right now" you say sarcastically. "Great! Mission accomplished!" he says as he took his drink in his hand, ready to take another sip through his straw. "Hey hey hey stop. I think you had enough for tonight" you say as you take his drink from his hand. "Hey!" he whines. "You're no fun" he pouts. You laugh and put your non-alcoholic drink in his hand. He eventually drinks it without noticing there wasn't alcohol on it. The next morning, Darren could not remember any of this, but this night was something you and Meredith would never forget.
