Imagine. "Ok, everyone got their brushes?" Darren asked his children. He was at the house with them and had recently bought some face paint. He thought it would be fun to distract his 2 year old son and 5 year old daughter with it. "Yeah!" they both answered in unison. They were so excited. Sami was already mixing some paints together as Kyle poked his own face with a small brush. "Should we do Kyle's face first?" Darren proposed. Sami jumped in excitment and Kyle agreed. Both Sami and her father took great care at putting paint over the toddler's face. Darren put a blue strain on his neck and Kyle hit it, "Tickles, Daddy", the little boy laughed. It made Darren grin. He painted a grey cross over Sami's forehead and exclaimed proudly "Now you're Tommy Gnosis!". Sami frowned dramatically but didn't ask. The kids had fun putting paint over their father's head and eventually hair. Kyle was trying to handle the brush correctly and Darren was encouraging him. "Oh wow, that's gonna look so good" he smiled, feeling the brush over his eyelid and cheek. "I'm home!" you said excitedly as you open the gate and quickly closed it behind you. The kids ran to you across the fresh grass. When you noticed their hands full of paint, you immediately stepped aside. "No! Don't touch me with your rainbow hands!" you joked dramatically and ran around the garden. Sami and Kyle were running after you giggling. When you reached Darren, you could feel tiny hands putting paint on your naked legs. "You lost" Darren smiled. "Well, don't you look good" you joked back. "I'm offended. You really don't get our kids' contempory art skills" Darren exclaimed. "Must be that" you nodded. He leaned on to kiss you, but instead of doing just that, he rubbed his face against yours, putting half of the body paint on you. "Dare!" you giggled. "Now you're a piece of art too" he grinned. You did just the same and kissed his lips lovingly. You looked into his eyes to see him looking back at you weirdly. "Don't say it" you warned, a smiled threatening your face. "You were already one" he winked forcefully. "That's it! You ruined the moment with your cheesiness" you joked. "Nope. I just made it a hundred times better" he said as he took you into his arms to put his cheek against yours. You watched your kids running around with the paint while you cuddled into your husband's arms. What a great thing to come home to.
