Glee Reunion

Imagine. May 19th, 2019. Ten years ago, the pilot of Glee aired on television. To celebrate, Darren, you and your family were invited to a reunion with the cast and crew at the Paramount studio. Even if Darren kept in touch with all their castmates, it was always a good reason to be all together again. You stepped into Paramount Studios, with your 6 year old daughter holding Darren's hand and your 3 year old in your arms. You were escorted by a guy in a suit. When you arrived to where the party was, you found out they rebuilt a part of the set. You grin and look around you, amazed. You were back at McKinley High. Darren was grinning too, looking at everything as you walk in the corridor. You heard noises coming from a familiar room, the choir room. Lea suddenly stepped out of the room, a beautiful little girl in her arms. "Oh look baby! Look who's here!" she said to the 2 year old girl as she points at your family. "Auntie Lea!" Sami screamed as she runs to hug her legs. "Sweetie!" Lea said as she pat Sami's hair. Lea's daughter hide her face shyly in her mother's neck. "Rachel, it's just Darren and y/n" Lea laughed. "It's okay, don't worry about that" you say as you hug her. Darren did the same and Lea said "They really wanted to play with your feelings tonight. I cried three times already". You laughed and waved at Lea as she walked away with Rachel in her arms. You put Kyle down and stepped into the choir room. You were amazed by what you saw: the exact choir room, like nothing changed. All around the walls, you could see old pictures of the cast and crew and the trophies that the New Directions won. You turned around to Darren who was as amazed as you were. You could see his teary eyes as he sighed. You smile and hug him.

You let the kids play with the other's kids and went to greet everyone: Naya and Ryan and their son, Chris and Will were there too, surely with Aaron, Heather Elijah and Taylor, Kevin, Dianna, Jenna...everyone was there. You discussed with a lot of the cast and the crew. And you saw Darren sitting in one of the chairs of the choir room, in the back where he always sat. You join him and take the seat beside him. You smile at each other and took each other's hands. You don't need to say words, you knew what he felt. "Feels like yesterday, right?" you heard beside Darren. You both turned to see Chord. "Man! I didnt see you there!" exclaims Darren as he hugged him. "I just arrived! Gosh, it's so weird being here again!" Chord said. "I know right? I feel like Blaine is taking control of me again!" Darren jokes. Quickly, all the cast members where sitting beside you, like nothing had changed. Like you were in the choir room on a normal day, ready to shot a scene. You took a few pictures of them, and then you make every kid sitting on the choir chairs. Sami and Kyle, Aaron, Rachel, Elijah and his sister, Naya's son and a few of the crew's kids. Darren and you were holding hands, looking at the kids. All of them were wearing something from Glee, even if they had no idea. Kyle was wearing a bowtie, Rachel had an animal sweater, Sami and a few girls were in Cheerio uniforms, Elijah was wearing an jacket of McKinley with the number 5 on it. You look around you, Lea was crying again, squeezing Matthew's arms tightly. The photograph said "Cheese!" and all the childrens said it back with big smiles on their face. You couldn't help but to smile too. What a GleeFul life.
